I’ve been going to the St Catharines location for about a year and a half.
I really enjoy the Botox injections by Claudia.

I recently had cool sculpting done and was told I was an ideal candidate. What a scam!
I had 2 sessions, the first in October and the second in November and have seen absolutely no changes or results at all 4 months later. They give you a legal document to sign that states “I understand I may not see any results” and I can’t believe I went forward with it.
I am still paying monthly for this $2000+ treatment and there isn’t even the slightest wisp of any difference on my abdomen.
I am only 125lbs and pretty slim. Even half an inch of change is very noticeable on my body. I am exactly the same as I was before I paid for this treatment.
I am not writing this review out of malice. I simply want to warn anyone who is looking at cool sculpting - don’t t waste your money like I did.

I just wanted to say I think skin Vitality Medical is an absolutely wonderful place to have all your needs met. The staff is so friendly and kind and the prices are reasonable. I love coming here!

Just received my first laser hair treatment in a long time. Staff were very pleasant and polite and very informative and very knowledgeable. I look forward to continuing my treatments there. Highly recommend!

Skin Vitality has been my number one cosmetic clinic for the last 2 years. I've been to a few and Skin Vitality is by far the best. Very professional, experienced and easy-going where I always feel comfortable! Love Skin Vitality! The nurse practitioners and consultants are very pleasant and professional. Recently, I made a purchase on Skin Vitality's e-store. I was a bit nervous since I've never purchase a Botox package/treatment online before. Wonderfully informative! They were not pushy in any regard when I wanted to make my appointment for a few days after my consultation just to prepare myself mentally. I appreciated all of the info as someone who is new to skin treatments and will be a return customer based on the lovely service I received today.

For my regular appointment when I arrived the receptionist was dealing with a difficult customer- she was telling her everything she asked but she didn’t understand and was becoming upset - I understood her but I got the impression the woman wanted to make a scene- she handled extremely well - for me I had prepaid for my appointment but needed extra unit and Kayla was very helpful in expanding and managing my account to get me the best price for what I needed. My technician was very professional and made my experience flawless - very knowledgeable and pleasant- I’ve been going there for a couple years now and I highly recommend them!

I had a virtual consultation today with one of the nurses at Skinvitality and even though I wasn't physically at the clinic, she was able to point out and recommend the areas I should get work on, gave me a quote and was very easy to talk to. I will be booking my appointment to go in to the clinic very soon!

My original review was from four years ago and it had said great place very calming. I went back again two weeks ago for a different service. I had some injections done. Since my appointment over two weeks ago I can't tell you how dissatisfied I am. They really screwed up my eye brows. They look like Dr Spock. Would not recommend

I’ve had issues where I’ve trusted that the company texts being sent to my number contain accurate information that is personally catered to me. Unfortunately, it was only after I booked and arrived at my appointment that I realized that “the nurse you use has openings” text was NOT an accurate text. The nurse I usually request to do my injections was not available. I kept the appointment anyway (because I was already there and confirmed the appointment time). I went with the nurse who I haven’t used before and now I’m disappointed with my results. I have a droopy eyelid.
