Very welcoming staff. I felt very comfortable with everybody I interacted with. They were all very kind. Anna and Nikki took the time to answer every single question I had and to explain all the details of the procedures, what I would need, cost, etc. I felt that they were giving me their full attention and I did not feel rushed. I had an incredible experience both times that I was at SKIN VITALITY
My first session was with Jessica who was a fountain of information, so friendly, and professional, as well as personable!

The second time I was there I was serviced by Lisa Marie, and once again I was treated with smiles and warm salutations, and once again professionalism.

I am a disabled woman and use a motorized scooter, and everybody there was more than accommodating to help me! The environment that is created is very Zen very peaceful, and very friendly!

I highly recommend anybody that is trying to avoid the sands of time to please check SKIN VITALITY out and use their services. The results are absolutely beautiful and magnificent.

The absolute best, is that there is no pressure to purchase any of the incredible services being offered. After many years of having treatments, I can honestly say that the entire team makes sure your experience is informative, enjoyable and most of all very satisfied with the results. In addition, they offer incredibly discounted deals on their treatments!

Very disappointed in my experience with skin vitality. I’ve had numerous sessions and haven’t seen any results. Biggest waste of money EVER!

The customer service here is stellar. I am fortunate to have such a super RN to look After my needs. All staff are totally qualified and professional. I consider myself lucky to have found such an amazing place for my needs.

I took PRP Treatment (4 Sessions) from Ajax location and every session is a lesson and expeirence and the last PRP session is worst.
1. Firstly they are pretty expensive compared to all the major clinics offering same services in GTA.
2. They use old technology still, they put the sirenge and needles for PRP and do not use the lastest technology available in market.
3. Nurses are good, however, they are not experienced.every PRP session they do manual poking and the pain, heavy head will last for minimum 3-7 days.trust me this is my personal experience.
4. Their marketing skills and talk too good for the service they provide, however, nothing in practical.
5. They take the Credit Card details in advance and promise to charge only 1-2days before the treatment, however, they charge one week before (For example my last session is on 8th March 2023 and they charged my Credit Card on 2nd March 2023). And most important they will NOT inform via email or call even after charging well in advance for the appointment.
6. Last and most important, everyone especially front office team has lots of ATTITUDE, they do not talk properly and 0% customer service.

Everytime, we pre-book the appointment, however we end up waiting for 1-2 hours minimum. When we ask for the reason, they simply say we cannot give the approx time and the response is not even in a pleasant way.overall, horrible experience.please avoid this location.

Wonderful staff and service. You feel like you’re in great hands. Safety is their number one priority and I appreciate that immensely!

I did face PRP with Jessica and she is so amazing. She listens offers advice and made me feel comfortable. She is awesome. My visit wouldn't be the same without her. She is also stuck with me now:)

I have been very happy with my experience so far. They often have promotions making it much more affordable for treatments. The staff and manager at this location are friendly and professional. Also with so many locations, I no longer need to make a long commute or pay additional fees for parking.

Professional staff who were very friendly. In my experience they are accommodating of any special requests or explanations of procedures that may help a customer to feel comfortable. Very important in my books.

The nurse who completed my injections and front receptionists were great. The issue was with the people doing the consultation, they were pushing me to do more than I have ever previously done and made me feel so uncomfortable. Even after I vocalize that I think this is more than I am comfortable with they continued to pressure me leaving me feeling with a lot of anxiety. I did not have a good experience at all and left the salon not feeling well and spent double what I needed. This is horrible service, they didn’t make me feel comfortable and treated me as a SALE vs a person. I’m really upset about my experience there and may escalate this further. Would not recommend!

Skin Vitality Ajax is a wonderful and clean establishment! Everyone is kind and professional to deal with. Awesome experience, would highly recommend.

My experience at Skin Vitality, Ajax was very pleasant. The receptionist, Courtney was kind and efficient; she had several clients in the reception area when I arrived and was able to tend to all of us quickly. Jessica, the nurse, was equally kind and efficient. She took the time to explain my procedure, in detail, to answer my questions and to explain my next steps. She, too, was efficient but I felt cared for and in really good hands. I highly recommend this location; so much so, I've already prebooked my next few sessions.

Had an amazing experience! The ladies at the reception desk were so accommodating, especially since I was a bit late for my appointment, and Arienne F was very patient and took her time explaining things. The overall atmosphere was great! I definitely recommend this place.

Staff was not annoyingly helpful. It is a very clean place. I heard they have now Dysport too! They used to have only Botox which never had any effect.
My lip injection was horribly done by the way. Never again! In the winter, the injection sites' filler became visible! The filler clumped up closer to the surface. They looked like pearls.

I love visiting skin vitality clinic the ladies at the front desk are very, kind and friendly, I go there for botox and I have a wonderful experience each time.

Overall, I've had very good experiences at Skin Vitality in Ajax. The nurses are always friendly, thorough and professional. I've never felt worried about a botched treatment and have always had great results. Plus, it's a quick without long wait times.

This is my third time receiving treatments here and every time it gets better and better.

Lisa-Marie and Jessica have always been friendly, professional and excellent treatment manner when it comes to comforting when I was nervous and what not.

I have never had a negative experience with them and will be back!

Outstanding service by Shirleen at the Ajax location. Shirleen is my nurse injector that I have been seeing for the last two years. She is professional, courteous, kind, and always listens to what I ask. Truthfully, she is the reason why I continue at Skin Vitality. Ty
