Tori and Chanel are just lovely and I always look forward to coming here because I end up leaving looking younger and better than when I arrived! Their corporate follow up calls can become a bit much but stop when you ask them to.

Consultant woman always makes me uncomfortable. She is very cold, I do not like asking her questions. She's the type of woman who never smiles and just drains the fun and life out of the room.

2023-BOTOX & Juvederm Ultra - Absolutely fabulous experience like last time. Chanel, is very warming and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I can't stress enough how amazing of a job Tori did on my lips they look photoshopped! Tori also did my botox and did an excellent job. As well as, a very highly skilled nurse customizing my facial needs by addressing what areas I was most concerned about and did a fabulous job! I took advantage of skin Vitality's excellent promotions.
Lyla is sweet and wonderful as well, she did my touch ups. You are in great hands either way at skin vitality.

Absolutely Amazing staff! Skin Vitality's treatments and staff met all my expectations. I definitely felt that I was in great hands. I am extremely impressed by my personal experience as well as positive I'll be returning for future treatments.

After spending almost $3000.00. That I didn’t have. It was a total waste of money. After 6 weeks i went back for an appointment and there was absolutely no difference. They recommended I keep drinking water and exercising. Hmmm. If I knew exercising helped I wouldn’t have done it.
Nurse also suggested that I repeat the procedure. So another $2000.00. Only to get disappointed again.
For Yolanda, maybe she is on commission. All she wants is your money. People don’t waste your money. Hit the gym instead.

Easy touch up. I was reminded of their Mother’s Day special and I booked an appointment and was seen the next day. Staff are alway pleasant and I had an excellent nurse administer my treatment. Being going to this clinic for years and overall have been good experience!

My skin is very tired and lifeless. I was recommended to take at least 3 sitting of PRP micro needling treatment. A month ago I got my first sitting. It was a good experience. The nurse was so gentle and she explained everything in detail what I asked for. After a month I can see my skin looks more smooth, less tired.and I hope I will see more better results after all sittings.

I got botox and juvederm here and I love my results I had seen tori, lyla, and Ali and I was happy with all of them I did need a revision with my botox just because my facial muscles were very strong and it was my first time but the revision was free of charge for my botox and botox will be different for everyone! I also got lip injections twice the first time with lyla who was amazing but I wanted a little more to help with where the filler was sitting in my lips after the first time and I saw Ali for the 2nd round of injections and he was amazing! Very thorough and gave me the exact results I wanted! Overall I think the experiences were great and I will definitely be going back when the time comes.

Lyla did an amazing job, she used the minimum quantity to achieve a natural look. Her focus was the end results and not to sell higher doses of Botox. The injections were as light as feathers. My online consultation with Nicoleta was top notch. She was professional, attentive and very informative. I was nervious about getting PRP and she really eased my Anxiety about the treatment and I am so glad she did. PRP was awesome and my skin has been glowing ever since. I've been going to Skin Vitality for five years at least, and have always been happy with the service and results. Once my Botox didn't seem to take for some reason - it wore off really quickly - and after they saw me and the outcome they added back to my account all the units used, no fights or hassles at all.
