The nurse doing my service was absolutely a pleasure. She was kind, informative and professional.
Front desk felt judgey and it was quick for them to charge me but took their time and were extremely behind in time with the actual procedure (over an hour behind). Felt like they just wanted my money moreso than anything; except for my injector- she was honestly the only kind person and didn't rush the service or push for more. Let me ask questions and offered adjustments as needed too

Beautiful clinic! I was greeted by Kany who was really kind and Maisa was my botox injector. I got a lip flip and it was the easiest thing ever and Maisa was so gentle! Really pleased with my experience:)

Went for consultation for a Morpheus 8 treatment. Was pleased with it and hope it’s a right treatment for me. Will update once I receive the treatment.
- update - I didn’t do the treatment as I have an implant and that wasn’t discussed during the consultation. There is a work around but I wasn’t comfortable with that given that had to make a decision at the table.
So went home and had to contact the sales person to change my package to PRPs …
So I made an appointment for PRP but want told that I need numbing and have to wait for another hour for that so needed to change my plans for that day. At the end, I was happy with the treatment and will continue.
However the sales person didn’t update face and neck and originally that was my package so they only did my face.
So there is a lot of miscommunication and I impacts the customer service and I am taking off a star. I wish I can have one person looking after my and advice on the appropriate plan and be able to amend the package accordingly.

Today I decided to visit this clinic for the fifth time since I decided to take care of my appearance and prevent wrinkles over time the first visit was very well received and I ended up buying a package on sale I didn't feel forced to buy or make a decision, I went back three more times and went to do my routine consultation or maintenance in which I always spent an average of twenty to thirty-two units, the manager today when I arrived took me to the office and told me to do the routine facial expressions before the treatment what is my astonishment that this lady tells me that I need 87 units and that there were only 67 available to use that I had to buy another pack of units that gave me a good discount, remembering that I was at this clinic in February.the lady tells me that she had spent units on the retouch when the clinic says the retouches are free. The nurse comes into the room and tells me that I don't need so many units.and it went from 87 to 57 necessary units when over a year ago I never spent more than 32 and two units in each session.will I have aged so much in four weeks. I feel robbed, cheated and scammed I ended up spending my remaining units and will not return to this site. I know that every business has objectives to fulfill. But it is very important to be honest and professionally correct.this clinic will never see me or my money again.

Had a great experience at skin vitality in port credit. Very friendly and informative and not pushy (this was the best part) I love my results and will definitely be going back.

I had Botox injections to produce a slight upper eye lift. The nurse was very professional, and all went quickly and smoothly.

Facebook ads work! I was skeptical at first but the communication right from the start was the best customer service I have encountered in along time.
My appointment was made around my schedule and when I arrived, I filled in the information sheet and was brought in immediately. I spoke with the sweetest lady and then off to the nurse.
The procedure was painless, the pricing is fantastic and the deal offered on Facebook was TRUE
The clinic is clean, the people are fantastic and I walked out feeling really good. 2 weeks later, I am even better!

UPDATE: I went for my treatment appointment today and it went better than I had hoped. I have anxiety and have psyched myself since yesterday about getting injections in my face. I can get tattooed without any anxiety, but the thought of needles in my face had me on the brink of a panic attack on my drive over. As soon as I told my injector I was terrified she did a great job calming me down and she explained what she was doing each step of the way so I would know what was going on. In the future anything I want done I will have done here. I'm only about an hour out of my appointment and already am so happy with my results.

So far I have only had a consultation. I was nervous to go in but everyone is so comforting starting right from reception. I didn't feel like anything was being pushed on me and I was actually advised I didn't need things that I wanted which I respect hugely. I have my first treatment appointment next week and can't wait.

May is so amazing! I actually drive from downtown Toronto to Mississauga because I prefer to see her instead of going somewhere closer to home.

Skin vitality provided me with the EXACT amount of lip injections that suited my face. They made suggestions that were to benefit myself and they were honest in what would look beautiful and what was not necessary. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else

My mum got CoolSculpting treatment done under her chin. The doctor and nurses walked her through the process, what treatments would be best for her, talked about the healing process/potential risk factors and were transparent about the costs. I really appreciated that they didn’t just sell you every one of their services. They told you what would work best for your areas of concern and often times, it wasn’t the most costly procedure. It could be as simple as discolouration of the skin, or doing a light filler. Our experience with this clinic was great and we look forward to seeing what the results will look like!

Had my underarms lasered today. Jasmine used this cooling air that numbed me; hardly felt a thing!

Today I visited Skin Vitality clinic for my fillers. Nicole the nurse who did my injections was amazing. The entire experience from the moment I walked in to the reception was amazing, welcoming, safe and very pleasant. Each employee is extremely helpful, great customer skills, polite. Nicole explained step by step what she will do and she was extremely good at what she does. Very knowledgeable! Her skills of injection are great. My first consultation for Botox was a great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable right away which was important for me being wary of medical spas. Once there my wait time was reasonable however I can see how that would be an issue during busier times. I’m looking forward to my upcoming 2 week consult to assess my treatment effectiveness. I’d definitely recommend this service and new location.

Ive been going to Skin Vitality for like 3 or 4 years, ive had minor problems with injections (filler) but theyve always done their best to help fix any situations for me, and the nurses genuinely care. I ThiNk they get commission for selling but other clinics have tried to put me down in order to sell (like pointing out flaws they want me to fix) but at SV they just want to give u the best deal for what YOU want which is why im loyal to them for cosmetic procedures. I started laser hair removal last year, Angelica was one of my favourite techs, she's extremely thorough!

If youre debating laser i would say DO IT! I am a brown girl with really thick hair and there has been a significant amount of hair loss in the targeted areas! Im so happy! It takes a LOT of sessions but you notice a difference a few weeks after your very first sesh!

Staff is friendly and experienced. They know what they are doing and are completely transparent about everything. I have booked 4 PRP Hair sessions with them and they didn't try to promise me the world to get my money. Looking forward to my next appointment!

They give you a time to come then when u come tehy give u a different time to come my sister and mynself travel 30 km to come here and when she got her they saod she missed her appointment the last time we came they made use wait out sode for all most 2hrs the nurses is lovely and dose a realy good job but the staff need to fixed there appointment

To my misfortune I was pushed by the receptionist, who insisted, I speak with a virtual consultant when OTHER places I had spoken to were happy to give me prices and information I needed to help me make an educated and final decision of the place I wanted to book.

I was given prices and showed them what she needed to see in-order to make out the specifics and finalized my 'virtual' consultation with Sharon to book the procedures at Skin Vitality for June 25,2021 4pm

I made arrangements and had a person take time off their busy schedule to drive me here

To my disappointment (and dissatisfaction) I arrived I was told that I had to once again spend time speaking with another separate consultant who would (yet again) confirm pricing and procedures with me. I replied and said I had spoken to the 'virtual' rep that was imposed on me prior to booking my appointment.

That did not matter and to my dismay, I was AGAIN put through another repetitive consultation 45 mins. And was given pricing over and above what I was originally quoted/told. The consultant on this day (Tatjana) began to add extra add ons when the initial 'virtual' rep (Sharon) had confirmed amounts I was asking for were enough for what I wanted to have done and lower in price than the ones Tatjana was now quoting me. To the Clinic's convenience Sharon did log the date and time of my call and noted nothing. Leaving ample room for Skin Vitality to change and play with the prices.

I re-explained my conversation with Sharon to Tatjana again. But it was falling on deaf ears. I ended up paying $1000 higher than the amount that I had originally booked at.

In the interim, I was looking at the clock and I mentioned that there was someone who brought me to the clinic the representatives said '. Well we cannot rush the process as it will take time to have it done the right way. '. I replied saying that I booked the appointment on the basis that I was arriving specifically of undergoing the procedure.

From 4 pm I left until 7 pm.

Helpless and frustrated and feeling swindled I expressed my disappointment, disheartenment and distaste to the consultant, the receptionist and the nurse of their structure and lack of respect to their clients schedule.

While waiting I met with dirty looks, and negative body language from all parties.

In the end, I was dismissed with a lopsided sided lip.

The representative called me asking me to come back after seeing my face on the video call. Without explaining what was going on as to why they were scared and what they were scared about.

I was told to press my face and let go to see if blood would rush back into the places I had pressed. To do this 4 times every hour and if hasn't to call them immediately.

Then the nurse called me the day after and the day after that.

Then, I received a text message with my name on it saying and I quote 'Hi, Skin Vitality would like to offer you a FREE Medical Grade Peel valued at over $200.00 with your purchase of Botox. '

So I called the receptionist today June 28,2021 at 3: 22 pm to inquire and was told I should have brought the message at the time I purchased the Botox and not after. And that I should save it for the next time I came here.

I said I am the same person who had experienced a mishap with their procedure the nights before and the receptionist replied to say '. I know I was there. '

Hurt, appalled and Speechless, I hung up.

I have received no compensation, no acknowledgement of respect for my time and of the individuals who drove me here, and hurt imposed on my appearance. Except for the communications and conversations I have just shared with you today.

While I understand we are all in a place of unsturdiness with Covid; as an organization if you choose to open up your services to the public you agree to continue to deliver the same care for and towards your customers with no exception or excuses. If you cannot then remain closed.

You decide is this the right place to go for you.

Had my lips done over a week ago and there all back and blue and there ar peeling phone to complain about them because iv had them done befor in different places and this has never happened to me and the reception lady was so rude i had to end the phone call

I received botox from this branch and it create a large lump on my face. It has been over 6 weeks and it has not resolved. I contacted the companies rep for these issues (Sarah and Nicole) ; Nicole never emailed me back and Sarah has yet to respond to my request to speak for over 5 days. Not happy or impressed.

I had great experience with my nurse Gabriella. Easily accessible with free parking at the back of the building. Gabriella was very thorough and explained the treatment very well. Thank you very much!

I went to Skin Vitality for the first time today. I had bought a mother's day package. I had planned on doing botox and fillers, which I had never done before. Nicole was my nurse and she was lovely, very kind, professional and honest. She took the time to get to know a bit about me and after learning I had lost 20lbs on weight watchers and have 20lbs more to go she recommended that wait to do my fillers so I didn't waste my money. She said my fillers would move south as I lost more weight and she wanted to best results for me. She also noticed that I wasn't sold some of the product I actually need to rebuild my jaw line and disolve my double chin. I was not happy about that, however she brought in one of the office managers who was able to upgrade one of the previously purchased fillers for free and honoured the same mothers day promo discount for me to purchase what I needed. They solved the problem as quickly as it arose. I ended up going ahead with 40 until of botox in my forehead and around my eyes. It didn't really hurt, it was like a small pinch. I am super happy with my service, the staff and their exceptional customer service. I look forward to using my fillers in a few months after I have reached my weight loss goal. Thanks!

Where do I begin? ! I recently visited Skin Vitality to begin my 1st of 3 appointments for PRP facial. I have spent the last 2 years just not loving how I looked & after a consult with Jocelyn (who is FANTASIC) I was set up to start PRP. I had tried everything else, so I figured I had nothing to lose. Well, 5 days after treatment ONE and I am already seeing results. My nurse was fabulous, the front desk staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was just so relaxing. This experience was like going to the hair dressers and the hair dresser telling you how she's going to cut your hair instead of how you want it cut. I will not return.

I went in for my usual Botox and Shayna had tended to me. She was awesome! She was super friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. Also, the clinic was clean and tidy. The receptionist was also very friendly and greeted me upon my arrival. I drive by a couple of Skin Vitality clinics JUST for the experience of the Mississauga location. I will definitely be returning.

The staff is really nice, clinic is clean. I had my first treatment and some areas were missed so i went back a couple of weeks later and now I'm finding that there are still areas I'm not satisfied with.

The nurses are super nice. The head finance system and customer service actually disgusts me. You guys can think you can get away with scamming and taking money away from the customers by not replying? Been waiting on my refund for 2 whole months, they are not contacting me back anymore. Fantastic team at Skin Vitality! I ust turned 50 and have never felt better! I was a sun worshiper in my 20's which resulted in some pigmentation issues on my face, chest and hands. I have been doing Clear and Billiant sessions and have had fabulous results - the pigment has been literally erased! Results are so great that I have convinced my husband to get some services done.

So disappointed with this place. My first experience getting my lips done and it's been a nightmare. I do not live in the area and have had to go back 4 times now for no apparent reason because it was screwed up the first time around. Finally going back this last time thinking they would fix them and having to bring my 3 year old son with me, I was told to rebook after already arriving because children arent allowed when it was a 2 second fix. Told the consultant I dont have a sitter as I am a single mom and have already been back and forth numerous times and I would even have my son wear a mask if they were worried. Again I drove there for no apparent reason. So inconsiderate. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Shocking service, no communication. I have already said I protect my identity by using this name. Since you went through my other reviews, do you have comprehension issues in comprehending why my name is not in your file? Or are you acting clever?

If the owner responds by saying she cannot find my name in their record, I will respond by completely exposing how these fake selfish people have been treating me. I have lost a job due to their lack of professionalism and poor service and results.

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic has many clinics across GTA I have been to downtown branch, Mississauga branch and oakville branch for my botox. I had a tribble experience in ALL of the above clinics for my botox I had over 80 units each time and none of them worked I felt their botox injections are fake my, it never worked for me and I am not even 40 years old. Never again going to this clinics

Had a chemical peel with Haley. She was very kind and patient and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. I recommend.

Had a under eye filler applied last year and recently experienced extreme puffiness in that area. Having read some info about this on-line, it appears that the filler was applied incorrectly. Booked an appointment for consultation a month ago and the Manager Nicole Zipa stated that if the filler was their product, they would dissolve it for free and would speak to their Head Office to see what sort of compensation they could arrange. (IF the product was THEIRS?) Do they not keep records? Returned a few weeks later as I had not hear anything and they then stated it wasn't their problem and they could do nothing about it. I left their clinic furious. AVOID this branch and company, they are not professional at all. No you will not find my name in your database, as you seem to use this as an excuse on many or your replies to reviews. However, you are very aware of this complaint, so if you wish to resolve it, you can call me.

I only go to Skin Vitality on Lakeshore Mississauga because they are so professional and provide great advice.
