Editing my first post. This is day 7 of my tiny 4 unit botox to reduce the lines on my upper lip. I cannot explain how happy I am. My next appointment will be next week to touch up and to be honest, I am so excited. Thank you to all the staff for making this experience a positive one! Can't wait to see the "touch up" results!

Andrea was the most amazing person to deal with. She really ensures that you understand different treatment options and how to best achieve your personal goals. The entire experience was amazing and everyone was very professional.

Was supposed to have my first appointment today. Was en route 15-20 mins prior to my appointment) when I received a call they were running 40 mins behind. They wanted to reschedule but now I’m extremely disappointed and have a bad taste in my mouth and didn’t want to drive all the way back home to turn around later to drive back. I’m not sure how 20 mins prior to my scheduled appointment they realized they were at least running behind by 40 mins. Extremely disheartening. I most likely won’t try to go back.

Gorgeous and comfortable decor, friendly knowledgeable staff, easy and painless and I got an amazingly good deal with their Mother’s Day special so don’t miss out on their upcoming Father’s Day specials!

I haven't used this business yet however the online consultation was 5 star. Nicoleta took her time to explain the products available. I did not feel rushed or coerced into purchasing their products. I'm looking forward to my appointment at the Stoney Creek location.

Highly recommended! I had sagging bags under my eyes and deep marionette lines. I got filler in my cheeks and in the deep marionette lines. I also got Botox to minimize the muscle movementsthat create these lines. Love the difference! So happy! Amazing staff

I posted a review 3 weeks ago, and since then I went for my follow up.
So a week ago today I went for my follow up
I still had full movement in my forehead, it’s like the first girl didn’t use all 47 units (the placement of the injections was odd, but I still said to myself try to the process)
, in my follow up the girl said I would need 20 more units and I would need to pay, so she left the room and made a “phone call” and said her higher up approved my 20 units. (Her injections were complete different I did have a better experience the following up,)
There is no way I needed 67 units in my forehead, (lots of ppl I know have had Botox and not one of them needed more then 40 units, and they had way more wrinkles)
I still have movement and I’m so upset about this experience
I went to other places for consults and they told me I would need 32 - 36 units
I did not have crazy wrinkles to begin with
Not sure why I decided to go with skin vitality when I finished up my consult
But I did.big mistake
I should of went to one of the other two places I seen. It has me hating this entire experience
And I would definitely never go back.
I went to skin vitality years ago for lips, and then slowly stopped, I decided to treat my self with Botox and biggest mistake was settling with the place I guess I knew already.
Never again.

I needed to contact patient care and Kany at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful. I've been coming to this clinic for botox for over a year and it's always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this clinic for all your treatments!

I get today Botox and injection treatment. I am 76 years old and I didn’t expect miracles but I have to say that I was well informed about my treatment by Andrea she took the time to explain me everything and she made me very comfortable about my treatment. I have to say I am Really amazed with results. My treatment is not finished yet I have to be back in two weeks and I am expecting the best and I am not scared anymore. Place is spotless beautiful which also makes you feel very good inside.

Well, I was really exited on my first day when I had first treatment.but a two hours later I was suffering very bad, it is now one month past and I still have not finished my treatment, there is some complications, therefore don't count on my first very optimistic write up. Professionalism in this clinic is VERY MUCH in question.

I went in for a consultation for my acne scarring and I’ll definitely be getting the PRP treatment here. Everyone was super warm & welcoming, the place was beautiful. My first face treatment out of three. Vampire face treatment. The RPN who did the work (Claudia) is very professional and knowledgeable. On top of her medical expertise, she is great dealing with clients and carefully navigate with success during the whole process. Great service. Will recommend to friends. Next visit next month. I was extremely skeptical going into my appointment and almost cancelled because of the negative reviews. However, I decided to give it a chance and was pleasantly surprised. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not once did I feel pressured into any decisions and I was not asked for my visa up front. In fact, it was the complete opposite - I was given several different options including doing the bare minimum or going all out and getting everything I wanted. It was also made perfectly clear that I did not have to make any decisions at the appointment. I could take as much time as I needed, including going home to think about whether or not I wanted to proceed with any of the procedures. In the end I opted to do some Botox (did not do all the areas we identified, but started with one area). I am very happy with the results, as well as the service they provided.

From my first consultation to the day of my procedure! I received my FIRST ever botox and lip filler treatments with nurse Nicole and it was an amazing experience! The staff are so friendly and professional and you can tell they want nothing, but for their clients to feel happy and beautiful! I would reccomend for anyone either experienced or not to come to Skin Vitality!

I went in and got sucked it to signing myself into getting "freezed" on my tummy.
It was super painful, I went through agony afterwards, and it did absolutely NOTHING. I followed everything they told me to do. I wouldn't recommend it. I paid $2600 for 0 results. If you want an actual change.spend a bit more and get it done properly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this clinic on Saturday. I decided to try a new place since my regular clinic was booked up. I called ahead to see if I could come early for freezing they said yes. I came 15 mins earlier. I left an hour and a half later. Why did it take so long? During this time I walked out and saw 2 staff members smoking right in front of the door literally against the door outside. Not very professional/ not good advertising. I asked to have my lips corrected as the one side started to look bigger than the other. Nothing was corrected my lips look exactly the same (with one syringe of filler) seems strange. I called tonight (tuesday) and she didn’t seem very helpful or understanding. I mean I just paid a lot of money for something that looks like nothing was done. She then went on to tell me that it was my metabolism. Umm. I’m pretty positive it does not dissolve completely within 3 days. I am so very upset about everything and I feel like I can’t trust this clinic.

I have been considering getting Botox for the last 4 or 5 years, i finally pulled the pin today! While I cant say if the results are awesome yet, I can say the ladies made me feel so comfortable and eased any concerns I had. They were welcoming and kind. I cant wait to start seeing some results!

I had lip fillers done at Skin Vitality with nurse Neda and I can't thank her enough! I absolutely love my lips and nurse Neda is incredible! I can't say enough wonderful things about her! During the whole process she kept me so calm and relaxed and the treatment went so well! I love how my lips turned out, she made me feel like a princess! I would recommend nurse Neda100 times.the best in the biz!:)

I haven't seen any results as i only got a treatment yesterday but I thought it important to let everyone know that I found the customer service and client care to be excellent and I will definitely be going back. There had been a miscommunication and although it wasn't the fault of the Stoney Creek office, I know they worked hard to help smooth it out. I felt like office Liz and my service provider, (also) Liz, went above and beyond with their care and compassion. During this crazy time in the world, when everyone is stressed and worried about the future, I really appreciate being made to feel special. THANK YOU!

Absolutely pressure sales scam! DO NOT GO HERE! They will make you pay for anything and everything you DO NOT WANT! I'm getting a lawyer.

I am 6m post cool sculpting on my double chin area and can’t believe it actually made a difference. I read that results can vary and was leary but wow! I even got a few compliments from family who I haven’t seen in a while.

This place is a total scam. I would leave zero stars if possible. I felt very pressured to buy without having anything explained to me. After spending a good amount of money no one called with me to follow-up with concerns I had ot my results. I am very unhappy and caution anyone about the services here. Very unprofessional.

I agree, you can tell its just all about the money and that probably comes from the top. I refused to get work done here; walked in and walked out.waited for 15 minutes and not even a greeting, not to mention someone in the back i couldn't see dry coughing and sniffling the whole time.do yourself a favor, stay clear of this place

Absolutely love this place. Had my consultation and treatment today, (botox). Great staff, great vibe, clean and no pressure for procedures I didn't need. Will definitely be back!

Super weird vibes. When you book your appointment, they know exactly what you’re going in for. When you’re at the clinic, you fill out a form prior to your treatment. You get in a room and it’s like they don’t what you’re there for and before even starting your treatment they’re already up selling you.

Gorgeous office, nice people, but services are WAY overpriced. I’m skeptical I even got everything I paid for. Won’t be returning.

I too, like most of the negative reviews had the same issues with this company! In my consultation was ask for my visa to secure payment which should always be after or at least the day of treatment. During the consultation we had agreed on Botox as well as cool sculpting and was promised three different areas of my chin to be done which upon treatment today was only given one area. Since then I have seen no results and I didn’t get what I asked for. I also experienced bruising right after which they said i would not get and they offered me “complimentary chin tighting” which consisted of massage balls.

I understand that’s cool sculpting has no refunds but I would like the other treatments on either side of my chin done as promised during the consultation for my pain and suffering!

I am a bit of a sceptic. I went into the St. Catharines office because of a Black Friday sale that arrived in my email inbox. It was for cool sculpting, and although I thought about it, cool sculpting wasn't for me. But I confessed I had these maturity spots on my face that have been bothering me for years. They gave my a half-price special and set me up with an appointment in Stoney Creek for 3 Fraxel sessions. On the day of the appointment, I got lost, and called customer service. They were so thorough and helped me find the office over the phone. When I arrived, they welcomed me and gave me tea, and Jennifer outlined the procedure in detail. She answered all of my many questions with confidence and patience and I got the treatment. It was a 5 star experience for me. I am in the first few days of recovery, and make up is doing the trick with the darkness of my skin as it heals. I can't wait to go for my next treatment in a month from now, and finally have a face free of age spots!
