I am doing botox with skin vitality more than 6 years. The nurses are so professional and they answer to my needs very well and I am satisfied with the results

I researched all clinics in Richmond Hill and decided to do my lips here- and I DO NOT REGRET IT! I had Elena as my injector- she is SO experienced! I was nervous about the prices but honestly- I can’t imagine going anywhere else. When it comes to your face- do it right the first time- do not cheap out! She made my lips look so good. Doesn’t look fake or cheap at all and she followed the natural shape of my lips. I even had 0.2 left in my syringe as she said I had enough in my lips and put it in my chin instead to fade my ‘butt chin line’. Any other nurse would have just used it up, or thrown it out. 10/10 you will not regret a session with Elena! See photos attached for before and 1 week after-

I had my first consultation today. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions and I am excited to get my first procedure next week. I have no doubt that I will be very happy with the service and results!

So I came here for Botox before and it was fine. Came for lip filler yesterday which I’ve had before by my dermatologist ones and at beauty bar clinic once. I’m so angry and upset. At the consult, I absolutely feel as though the price I was given for Botox was much higher than the original price. Opted not to have it and just get filler. I told them that I’d had juvederm twice and they insisted they use teosal and that it’s better. I said no, that I wanted juvederm, because I’d had good experience in the past and wasn’t familiar with teosal. I was told my the injector they don’t use juvederm for lip filler so I then asked “oh, so you don’t have it? ” And she said in a snobby tone “no we have it but we don’t use it for lip filler” I asked why and she said because teosal is better in the lips, leaves a smoother finish and lasts longer. I’m so angry crying writing this through my tears because the more I think about this the more upsetting it is to me as I tried 3 x to insist I wanted to go with what I was familiar with, I addressed my concern that I’d not know if I’d have a reaction. So as it turns out there’s no reaction but my top lip is completely lop sided with the right half having MAJOR migration. My bottom lip is way smaller than my top lip. I’m so angry that I felt pressured into being okay with this filler. I don’t know whether it was just a horrible injection job or maybe teosal doesn’t work for me personally or both. The comment about teosal being better and smoother was completely a lie. I’ve never in my past experiences had so many hard little lumps in my lips. I’m so embarrassed to show my face in public. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE AND GO HERE FOR FILLER

2021: My visit last week was the last of one of a set of cool treatments, which went exceptionally well. I had several areas done, and the entire experience - from consultation to answering many questions to booking appointments to actual sessions - everything has surpassed my expectations, to be honest. I had high expectations for the services I had selected, and the entire team hit it out of the park. I am quite pleased to be returning for 2 more types of treatment. This is a business I will continue to use, and will continue to refer family and friends to.

I was told they don’t use juvederm in lips even after requesting it because that’s what I’ve had. I never had this kind of experience where she refused and said she wouldn’t she only uses teosal and maybe that’s what doesn’t matter but what does is my lips are disgusting, lopsided, and uneven. Bottom lip smaller than the top, right side of upper lip has a ton of migration. The top lip is so lumpy and gross. DONT GO HERE IM CRYING SO HARD AS I WRITE THIS. How do I go into public? This makes me sick to my stomach and that the nurse could act SO ARROGANT YET DO SUCH A BAD JOB PLEASE DONT MAKE THIS MISTAKE

Went for both filler & botox to erase aging & frown lines. Was greeted. Everything on time. It is both welcoming and professional. I am a reprat customer. Explained thoroughly what to anticipate and what to do following the injections. We also discussed next steps for future considerations. There was a follow up email to remind me of what i can and cannot do following the treatment. I absolutely will return and recommend the services to others
