This clinic is 100% recommended, especially the nurse Paulina. I visited this clinic for the first time and I loved its wonderful service. After my treatment I needed some touch-ups, and they did it without any problem and without extra costs.

The ladies were very accommodating and welcoming at the Kitchener location.

My injector Elizabeth was 5/5. She had a wonderful demeanor and was very thorough yet efficient.

My issue was that I booked for a particular promotion (20 units for $87) but at no point when I was discussing my options and booking my appointment online did the customer service rep mention that rate is only applicable for the first 20 units. Unfortunately when I arrived for me appointment and it was determined I would require 30 units, the cost was much more than I had anticipated. While I chose to move forward (I'd already driven there and given up my morning) I wish they had stressed the importance of an online consultation prior to booking so I would have had an idea of the units required and cost prior to showing up for my appointment.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they made me feel so comfortable and excited. The process was fast and painless! Can’t wait to go again

From consultation to treatment the ladies were fantastic. I was going to a place before unfortunately it did close down but Ive absolutely found my new spot and Elizabeth was very straight to the point when preforming service. Can't wait for my follow up.

Had a wonderful time at skin vitality. Have had injections in the past however have never had them pain free. Clinician was extremely gentle, knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend to others as the atmosphere is professional, safety first always, clean, competitive pricing. 4 stars as the location is difficult to find being in the back of a plaza.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a laser hair removal consultation this past weekend, just wanting to inquire about pricing. One of the girls gave me a break down and had booked me in for an appointment for the upcoming Friday. The lady explained it in a confusing way but basically wanted me to pay for my first session at this consultation even though my appointment wasn’t for another week. Stupid me I ended up paying because I was confused and felt like I was being pushed to pay at that time. 2 days later I decide to call to try to get a refund and go to another salon because their prices are insane. Basically the financial advisor (I’m assuming, or consult manager not even sure) told me they don’t do refunds which I completely understood but considering I only went in for a consultation (which is free) and then felt forced to pay for a treatment that I have never even received yet? Ridiculous. When I explained the situation the lady said she cannot refund me but give me a store credit. I told her I wasn’t interested and I would like my money back (which was almost $600) because I have not had any treatment done on me and am not interested in having any sort of treatment done at this office. The lady’s argument was that at retail stores sometimes they don’t do refunds either only store credit, but I told her the only difference in that scenario is you will still have a product in your possession. My situation is different if you compare it to that scenario because I was never given ANY treatment. Basically I feel like I was hustled into giving away almost $600 for free. Awful customer service, and the lady continuously kept talking over me when I spoke with her on the phone. Literally have to file a dispute with my bank over this which is ridiculous.
I was warned by friends not to come here and I really wish I listened.

I do have a fear of injections, but I must say the staff at Kitcheners Skin Vitality have been more than comforting. And they conduct the procedurers with upmost care. I can relax my fears because I know I'm in good hands.

They are really excellent here, the prices are reasonable and competitive. They always have some kind of promotion going on so I always get really good deals. Overall happy for my first experience with a full face transformation, being it was a gift I was unsure of what to expect and what can be done. I got my first lip flip here from Paulina and it was an amazing experience. My lips look so really great and natural and it was a very quick process. I've had my lip fillers done here once before as well but I don't remember the nurses name, she also did such an excellent job. I'll be going back for my other services.

I came here for a treatment at the beginning of August and was extremely disappointed.

At first I was impressed because everyone seemed friendly, but I soon realized they really only care about making sales, rather than the clients concerns. The lady who created my account was very forceful and wouldn't let me leave her office until I agreed to spending $500 on a treatment, even though I'd only come in for a consultation. She was also very unprofessional, asking me "IF I HAD A FULL TIME JOB SO I COULD PAY" and "IF MY HUSBAND KNEW I WAS THERE". The answer is yes, to both, but that is none of their business.

As for the treatment I received, the nurse who did the treatment, already had the product drawn up when I got to the room. In reality I don't even know what she used as I didn't see her preparing it. The treatment also didn't fully work and I notice it wearing off already, just over a month after I had my appointment.

I would not recommend coming here at all. Look for other medi-spa's in the area, who actually care about their clients.

I have lips filler, before making an appointment I have confirmed got 50% off but when got a service they give me ony20% off (without telling, I was told "you have to pay") and then I ask this is 50% off? And she told me that one very cheap we change to another one and give me 20% off (without explaining anything) I don't know what another one brand or what difference! And I was told just better, I would not mind paying but I need explanation and give me the knowledge before I make a decision.
I call the service center more than 3 times and they said will have someone call back, but after 7 days, still, no one calls back, try email still the same.

This isn’t exactly a criticism of this location specifically, but I had a consult for coolsculpting. It was over the phone (which should have been my first red flag). I told the woman what I was looking for and she said I could do a green applicator. Once I got to my appointment today, they told me I’d need two applicators to see results. That’s an additional $750. They should really be doing video consults to more accurately gauge what treatment you need. Additionally, they don’t tell you how long the treatment will take, so I didn’t realize I’d need to be off work for 3+ hours. The women that worked at this location were super nice, so this isn’t a criticism of them specifically, but it was a frustrating experience overall.

I did filler in 2017 for my lips, they did not do it properly, l still have a cyst because of that on my upper lip, I visited another clinic they told me you have to remove it by surgery

I went for the chemical peel. The clinic was very clean, everyone there was very prpfessional and knew what they were doing. The products used were of good qulaity. My skin looked brighter within a week of getting the peel. I would love to go back.
