I had a great experience with Nurse Lindsay receiving a Forma facial/botox treatment for wrinkles. Lindsay listened to my concerns and questions and answered them very clearly and fully. She walked me through the treatment plan on what she thought would yield the greatest results and made sure I understood every step of the way. Getting anything done to your face can be nerve wracking but I felt comfortable with her and confidant in her skills. She gave me clear after treatment instructions and let me know things to look out for (first time). It's been roughly a week since my treatment and I'm really happy with how things turned out and have had no issues. The medical consultant Amanda at the front desk was very nice and helpful with organizing my appointment. Overall great experience with this clinic, I would definitely return for follow up treatments.

My experience at Skinatomy was exceptional to say the least! Staff are very knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. Big shout out to Amanda for her amazing customer service and friendly demeanour, and nurse Kat for performing my treatment. My confidence level now is through the roof, 10/10 recommend!

I do not recommend this place as they push for packages and don't give you the full information. I was told they dont do single sessions and since I was desperate for a solution I ended up paying for it. Only to realize they do have single sessions. Totally waste of my money. I hated going to my appointments and dreaded setting up any. In fact I have few more sessions left and I would rather not go to this place. Service is terrible and good luck getting a refund. They should not be in business. I highly recommend NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE. Make sure you always research before going to a clinic. That was my biggest mistake. There are plenty of other places that have better pricing and service providers who treat their customers with basic respect.

There was zero pushiness and everything looks extremely natural. Amanda was extremely accommodating with booking my services and able to address any questions I had to follow. My services were done by Kat, who did such an amazing job and was very quick. I’ve had PRP done at a number of locations but none compare to her. She moved quick and made the service so much more comfortable, compared to other locations. Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend this location!

I've been back to Skinatomy for botox, fillers, threads and skincare treatments, and every time I am absolutely pleased with my results. The staff are friendly, the environment is amazing and I always feel my best walking out. They don't push extra treatments or products and are honest with the expectations of each treatment. Corrinna, OH, my goodness, Corrinna is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, she goes beyond and above, so kind, pleasant and oh so helpful, she REALLY is an asset to this company. I visited this Clinic second time in 3 months, I spent there more than 3500$. The first time I already noticed one of the nurse her name Kat had a bad attitude and was not professional at all. But I thought everyone has a bad day. So I met her today again and I experienced the same. She is not friendly at all wich is one thing, but she not even giving me proper answers for my questions when I mentioned her I got a dark circle after under eye filler call Tyndall effects. I also asked other questions I newer got a professional answers neither, I think its important to fell safe and comfortable when u get this kind of face treatment but she made me fell like I have no right to ask questions. I was thinking to do my jawcountering but im definitely not going to go back this place. People whu work with personal services need understand attitude its matter.

I lost allll trust until I met with consultant Amanda and Nurse Kat. Originally going for a half lip but Amanda guided me through to get a full syringe, the best decision ever!

Nurse Kat was so gentle and professional, barely felt the needles. Her massaging afterwards was soft but with the accurate amount of pressure

Was curious about some of their services and had a really great consultation with Amanda that went into detail of the services offered and answered any questions I had. The team at the clinic was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I appreciated how knowledgable the nurse (Kat) was and the care she put into every service. I never felt rushed or pressured into services and have always been able to get appointments that worked with my schedule.

Misleading, disappointing, and horrible customer service.

It was my birthday, and my partner decided to give me as a present a botox section for my forehead, frown lines and around the eyes. Thus, he reached out to the clinic, sent pictures of my face and spoke with the doctor to understand how many units would be enough. The doctor said that 40 units would be enough and would cost $452. He bought the package and booked my session.

I went to the clinic on my session day, and a doctor quickly looked at me before starting. To my surprise, she said that 40 units wouldn't be enough even for the frown lines and if I wanted to do the treatment, I would need to buy extra 40 units, to a total of 80 units (for the forehead, frown lines and around the eyes) and $904!

I explained that this service was already agreed with the other doctor, who saw my pictures and sold the 40 units package. In order words, they were asking me to pay double what was agreed.

I'm not sure if this is a misleading technique to hook the customer, and they will charge you much more when you get there. Obviously, I said I wouldn't pay the double for the service, and they told me the only thing they could do if refund the payment and give me $50 credit to use, according to the doctor's words, "when I was ready to enroll for the complete treatment. "

It turns out Skinatomy refused to honour the treatment and didn't even bother to check with the doctor who agreed with the services. I left the clinic extremely frustrated, disappointed, and feeling scammed.

I recently went to another clinic for the same treatment, and with 30 units of Botox, they executed well the whole procedure for less than half of Skinatomy was trying to charge me.

I surely recommend you avoid Skinatomy.

This is a fantastic clinic, staffed with knowledgeable nurses and very organized administrators. I’ve never had any scheduling issues and have always been treated with warmth and friendliness! I’ve been a client for years and greatly appreciate the level of professionalism across their whole team of staff!

It has been a great experience at this clinic. My skin shows changes after the first treatment just as I was advised by the staff before the session started. And after the first week I can see my hyper-pigmented areas fading away. I can’t wait for my second session to say bb to the old skin.

I highly recommend Skinatomy, since I had a great experience with my treatment with botox. This was my first time ever getting any work done, so you can only imagine how worried i was, but sure enough i felt super comfortable and at ease with all the staff. I was also very happy with the results, and continue to be a customer at Skinatomy.

I signed up for a treatment with Skinatomy, but it turned out that what I signed up for wasn't exactly the treatment I was looking for. They refunded my money, no questions asked and even offered me a free complimentary similar treatment. They are definitely focused on providing the best customer experience.

I have been returning to Skinatomy Laser Clinic over the past three years despite moving outside of the city.because they're THAT good! Prompt and educated responses from the reception team, clean and kind service, well-trained and knowledgeable staff, and most importantly incredible results. I've recommended Skinatomy to my girlfriends and they have all had similar positive experiences. Happy to call Skinatomy my go-to place for all my skin's complex needs.

I don’t recommend nose filler to people who have straight bridge because the filler can’t lift your nose. Only if you have big bump on your nose, you can fill it, otherwise you pay over $1000 for nothing noticeable. First image is my nose before nose filler, second image is my nose 2 weeks after filler with no swelling which is bulky and ugly. They had to inject some materials again to burn the filler which worked but I just experienced the needle pain for it and everyday I tell myself you just wasted your money. Unfortunately my experience with skinatomy was not what I was expecting for a couple of reasons.

- The consultation was not good. One nurse was saying you have to have threads and filler doesn’t work, the other one was coming in the room and saying no that’s not good for you, go with filler it works! You feel even they don’t know what is good for you and that’s what happened with my nose. So disappointing.

- It is important who does the injection. I agree that I’m sensitive to pain but first nurse was rolling the needle in my nose which was so painful and I almost faint. They told me go home and come another day with a friend. Second visit was with another nurse, she was experienced enough and I didn’t feel that extreme pain and it was much better. But she injected too much on my tip which is completely visible on second image. When I complained for making my nose ugly, they scheduled the third session. Trying to convince me that my nose looks amazing and I’m wrong but they said they remove/burn some areas to look less bulky. After 3 days I have the same nose before I come to this clinic. Result? Getting confused by hearing different suggestions from different nurses in the same room, experiencing too much pain, ugly nose with a bulky nose tip for a couple of weeks and wasting money.

I wish they were a bit more HONEST in the beginning not after they finished their work. I had to tell that we can’t lift your nose by filler and we don’t do threads anymore because “we have received too many complaints” that was exactly what operator/director told me when I told her please remove this bulky filler and try threads because filler didn’t work. Too disappointed for not receiving honest consultation, for being charged before they meet me in person and for the whole painful process and rework to just have my existing nose.

My first visit to skinatomy was incredible. Dr Nadia is so professional and knowledgeable, Amanda and the whole skinatomy team are the best. Very clean clinic and super professional team. I would highly recommend skinatomy. The Happy Clinic.

I go to the Mississauga location for Velashape treatments. The staff is always more than welcoming and the results I am seeing are fantastic. A bit of a hiccup in the consistency you need to see results due to Covid but they gave me a complementary treatment and were more than accommodating to reschedule once reopening. Let me start by saying cleanliness is everything and once I walked the place was sparkling clean, the staff was the kindest staff I’ve ever met at both locations, I got lip fillers and Botox done at the Mississauga location then my lip again and cheek fillers at the Toronto location cristina took very good care of me and assure me it would be painless which surprisingly it was, I will referring my friends there too, thank you skin anatomy.

I wanted a clinic that had experience doing everything. Not just one area. Nobody came close to what Skinatomy offeres with top line products. Also prices are very reasonable. Within 5 min I got a call from Amanda who was extremely service minded, and she answered all my questions. I have got my botox done there twice and I will definitely keep going there. They are very professional.
