I have been seeing Yana every few moths for the past 3 years. She is true professional and so pleasant to be around. I always feel completely comfortable and trust her wholeheartedly. She has never tried to upsell me like many other places have in the past. I highly recommend Yana and skin med for any cosmetic treatments or laser.

There are so many clinic out there. Choose another. The process of getting any kind of medical treatment is personal and should be handled as such. The manager, Yana was unpleasant to say the least. If you aren't spending big money, don't expect to be treated well. Funny thing is that I intended to have more treatments done (and since have, at another clinic), but my first appointment with this place was a test - run to see if I liked them. I didn't, go somewhere else. They don't deserve your business.

Always have to wait for ~1hr for the doctor. Yana the owner Said laser would work and then after 4 appointments told me jks its probably better to switch to chemical peeling.
Not responsible not punctual not efficient and makes me mad. A waste of my time.

DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR SKIN! Not experienced in treating my skin concerns which is fine, but what makes me mad is the fact that they wouldn’t tell you instead just keeps on selling you their products. I don’t recommend wasting your time and $$$ here.

I did a laser photo rejuvenation here and MAN O MAN am I pleased with the results! I have rosacea, start of fine lines and general lack of plump and this showed a definite improvement. My skin looks like ice rink after a Zamboni. The treatment is TERRIFYING it hurts (I must admit I am a big baby tho) and my skin was red and splotchy and had red dots for close to 5 days and then still had some dots for another 5. I was nervous this would stay for ever. (it's possible my recovery time was longer because of the rosacea)

2 weeks after treatment there was a definite definite DEFINITE improvement in my skin quality. A) skin - not red. I was literally living my best life leaving the house with no foundation. B) fine lines around the mouth way way way reduced. Like way reduced. C) forehead as smooth as when I was 5 D) noticeable reduction in this angry red spot on my nose from a vicious esthetician E) cheeks full of collagen AKA plump AF

I seriously highly recommend this treatment despite how you'll look right after treatment. Yana is a dream. Very kind and knows her stuff. I trust her completely.

I have been to SkinMed a few times and honestly this is the only place I would go to for my skin care needs. Not only they are very professional with their overall work and setting, but also really take care of their clients. I really enjoyed my laser hair removal treatment! It was completely painless and very effective. Delivered with excellent customer service and conversation. I would definitely recommend this service to others. It is always a relaxing experience. Overtime I go, I leave happy! I highly recommend!
