I love the Orleans location - the staff is fantastic and they’re always on time for my appointments. I usually take advantage of the October sales (40%) off which has been amazing for some of my longer term treatments. I have seen amazing results and I’m going back for more!

Highly recommend Malorie at Skins Dermacare in Kanata. I initially saw her for a consult for Botox/Dysport to prepare for my upcoming wedding. Had my first experience at the new location yesterday. I had Erika as my technician and she was lovely! She made me feel so comfortable and I left with beautiful glowing skin! The new location is amazing! Can’t wait to go back again.

Yesterday was the first time in my life I have had any treatment for my facial skin. I had the chemical peel and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the procedure was. I look forward to continuing with the IPL sessions. The staff were efficient, pleasant, and reassuring throughout my appointment. Although it is too early yet to tell the efficacy of the procedure, I feel confident it will meet my expectations.

Another Nurse Monica fan over here. If you've been contemplating getting Botox, I really recommend you book with her. She's knowledgeable, caring, patient (I'm the most awkward chatter box when I'm nervous lol) and she never makes the appointment feel rushed, even though I always have about a million questions. I love my results and will keep coming back to see her!

My husband and I have seen Monica who is in fact an RN and we can’t say enough good things about her and her abilities. She is the most pleasant and sweetest person. Nurse Monica is so knowledgeable and has guided both Dany and I through each of our individual procedures with ease. We tell her what are envisioning and she makes it happen with which products are best to achieve the results we want. She takes her time and does not rush through procedures as I have experienced in the past, all the while making sure we are comfortable and we are always having a few giggles. I have had several different procedures and she is my go to girl! Thank you Monica, you did us right ️

I love the results I got from my chemical peel! Monica is a real gem, I had done a lot of research about the treatment I wanted but she still took the time to explain everything as she went. She's lovely to talk to and you can tell she knows what she's doing and loves doing it. Everyone I interacted with was super welcoming too. I will be coming back to try microneedling next! 100% would recommend.

10/10 experience at skins. Nurse Monica is terrific at what she does, and truly takes into consideration exactly what you are looking to achieve. I had previous injections done by someone else and was not happy with the shape - Monica got me in ASAP and corrected them to exactly what I wanted. I received dysport as well and when there was still a little movement I brought up my concern and again, she fixed it without any hesitation (free of charge). Highly recommend - I will be returning to see Monica in the near future!

For any women out there, go and see Erica at Orleans location - she is always learning about new procedures and products and shares all the secrets. I highly recommend her. I love the peel you gave me…just glowing!

I have been going to Skins since 2019 for Botox/Laser Hair Removal/Lip Injections with Melinda, aka my beauty magician! Today I was lucky enough to get the Laser Leg Vein treatment from several staff and I not only saw results immediately on the back of my legs, I was surrounded by such pleasant and knowledgeable women who were more than happy to answer all of my questions! I recommend Skins for all of your beauty needs ️?

Always happy to have my treatment of Laser Genesis with Anne. Great before and after care, explains treatment procedures and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Anne also gives the most relaxing facials. Best Esthetician ever.

Came here last year and was greeted by Anne. She gave me a free consultation and didn’t push for unnecessary treatments. I can tell that she truly cares about her customers and wants the best for them.

I got the teens acne skin treatment and milia removal. These two treatments turned my life upside down. I saw the improvements in my skin and my milia was removed completely. She acknowledged that the zapping near the eyes would be painful and it was but it was worth it.

At the end, she gave me some samples to try at home to improve my skin and didn’t push to sell anything.

I’m so glad I found this clinic and it’s truly the best in Ottawa.

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Cara and she did an amazing job. 100% reccomend to anyone looking for a talented eyebrow artist. Very kind, professional staff who are very organized.

I bit the bullet a couple months ago to get my eyebrows microbladed, which is when I was introduced to Cara. From the first time we met at our consult, to getting my brows touched up, the professionalism, experience, and attention to detail exceeded any and all expectations I had.

You know your brows look phenomenal when your husband comments on them!

I was here earlier this week and not only are the staff incredibly accommodating and pleasant but they are also very good at what they do. Injections received were painless and done very well. I also received great answers when I badgered them with my questions. I already booked another appointment in 4 weeks and look forward to becoming a regular. Thanks team!

Personally, I've never been to SKINS but pass it daily. I must commend this establishment for keeping the theme of uncreative Ottawa establishment names alive. In the East end we have a Delish Steakhouse and Bytown Catering alone! Now, SKINS. A dermatology joint seemingly funded by Buffalo Bill or a wild game hunter.

I'm sure these are wonderful people despite the creepy name. It deserves 5 stars for making me simultaneously laugh and gag on a daily basis. They also offer patrons something called SKINS points which sounds like a currency system a Texas Chainsaw Massacre video game would offer. As a verb, SKINS has a disturbing ring to it and who can ignore the beautifully tacky advertisement of a human rear right there off Innes road encouraging folks to get their "butts into SKINS"

My family and I have been coming to SKINS Derma Care for years and we've always LOVED getting our treatments done with Thi our AMAZING and very friendly aesthetician! My upper lip and eyebrows are always done professionally with the electrolysis hair removal treatment and it's wonderful how I feel and look. The treatments gave me SO much confidence in myself! Thank you SKINS for helping me bring out my inner beauty on the outside!

Unfortunately, the facility is really disorganized. I had to contact them several times to get an appointment. I contacted them for the first time on September 3. Initially, I heard back fairly quickly. After that, things went downhill quickly. I replied and no response for a few days. I send a follow up email. After a while, I get a message. I reply right away. Then a few days pass, I'm not sure if I had an appointment. I indicated I was available and would take the appointment on September 18 but no one confirmed. On September 16, I think I better check to make sure I have an appointment on the 18th. I thought I finally had an appointment and was really looking forward to it. Oops sorry it wasn't entered in our system. Almost 2 weeks wasted.trying to get an appointment and no further ahead. I am really disappointed but I guess it is better to find out now then to commit to a procedure only to deal with this nonsense. Hopefully, they will figure it out and things will.get better but I've chosen somewhere more reliable. My treatment will require a long term commitment and I can't even get a first appointment here.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Malorie and she was fantastic. Her and Julie were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They took time and care through the treatment to make sure I understood what was happening and that I was comfortable. I highly recommend Skins Derma!

I did my SMP with Cara and she has to be one of Ottawa’s best SMP technicians. From the start of day 1 to my final session, I felt like family to her and her crew and I highly recommend choosing Cara as your SMP tech. If you are still hesitant jumping into your first SMP session because of technician options, Cara is your light at the end of the tunnel.

I enjoyed my facial with Julie, she was very skilled at doing the facial, as well she displayed a kind and outgoing personality during my treatment. I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend Julie as well as the business.

I'm changing my past review. While everyone at Skins was very friendly I feel quite disappointed in my eye filler results. I do not recommend getting eye fillers from Skins. I don't know if the results would have been different at a cosmetic surgery office either however. I really wish I had been given a lot more information about the results and how the filler works. After spending 600$ plus tax there was only a tiny perceptible change in my under eye. It's not worth it. Initially the owner tried working with me to resolve it but finally, since my last email, I have heard nothing back. This procedure costs way too much for there not to be the desired results. For botox, Skins is great, not for under eye filler.

I have always a great experience At SKINS Derma Care but I was a little bit disappointed knowing that you uplifted the prices.: (

They provided me with alot of very good information, they were professionals and explain clearly the pros and cons of the procedure.

They were really nice and helped me a lot today. They answered all of my questions and concerns and I would definitely go back there again if I ever need any help for my skin ;)

I had my first appointment yesterday for a consultation and have done filler injections for the first time with Dr. Amber Gibbons. What a wonderful experience! Upon my arrival, Dr. Gibbons greeted me with a smile and professionalism! She was very attentive, polite and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions and concerns! Furthermore, Dr. Gibbons was so delicate and made me feel so comfortable while injecting the filler. You absolutely don't feel rushed at all! I might say that I was quite nervous being my first time ever, but I felt no pain or discomfort at all! I'm so so happy that I found an excellent Dr.like Dr. Gibbons to do all of my injections, micro needling, etc. I would highly recommend Dr. Amber Gibbons to everyone and highly recommend Skins Derma Care for all kinds of treatments! Skins Derma Care is my go to place for taking care of my skin. I have had such wonderful experiences with all the staff. I just finished my last treatment of Fractora with Kyra this past week and couldn’t be more happy with my experience and results. Kyra is extremely caring and knowledgeable. Always making sure I was aware of what was going on, how I was doing throughout the treatment, great conversation and always offering great guidance with products.
