Alyssa is just the best esthetician. She makes every visit so great, I know my skin is in the best hands with her. The staff is always so welcoming and makes for a great visit everytime.

Pedicures here have always been amazing! Great service every time — Alyssa, Hannah and Yvonne have all provided excellent care and make the experience so fun. Always a treat.

I don’t appreciate their policy of keeping my credit card on file in case of no showing to appt. As well everytime I make an appt it’s limited availability for services. I believe the customer service provided isn’t align with the high price services. Compared to a basics salon this company should be doing way better at treating it’s customers.

I went to Skinsational and this is the result of a pedicure. The skin was rubbed raw on both heels, skin was hanging off and it was painful. Called and was asked to come back. Owner "fixed" it, made excuses for the person who did it, blamed my feet and offered to put a credit on my file. I am not going back and have just flushed $50 down the toilet. If I get an infection, I will contact the health unit.

I love this spa! I live over an hour away, but anytime I'm near Barrie I work an appointment into my schedule. Best manicures and pedicures anywhere from Barrie to Aurora with really nice quality products. And their staff are the absolute best, so friendly and always make me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

After my negative review, the owner responded with a “not us” response. I regularly have a pedicure and rubbing someone’s skin raw with a dry file is not how it’s done. The oil used had dried off and regardless if the person is training to be a nurse is not a reason to say it was your paying customers fault. To make it better would have meant just giving me my money back instead of forcing me to come back.
All you had to do was refund the money instead of blaming the client, who trusts you to do your best.

I love Skinsational. They are professional but warm and the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. The prices are very reasonable for the high level of service.

Omg what an amazing place! I've been a few times getting sport pedicures and massages. The team make you feel so welcome and they do a fantastic job. This place is not just for women, guys go and you'll thank me later!

Received a gift certificate for Christmas so went to Skinsational for the first time, for a shellac manicure and pedicure. Within 2 hours of getting home, the polish on middle finger peeled right off. In all my years of going for manicures, at other nail salons, I have never had this happen. As we were going on vacation the very next morning, there was no time to go back. Extremely disappointing.

Went in yesterday with a bridal party to get our nails done, this place is beautiful, clean and the staff is great the only down fall is that not even 3 hours of getting a regular manicure done the nailpolish started to chip thats my only complaint.just keeps on peeling

So after reading reviews I decided to give this place a chance I don't usually write reviews myself but my expierence today with my facial was absolutely amazing not only have I never felt that relaxed in my life but my skin is looking and feeling absolutely spectacular my facialist (blanking on her name here) was the best not only was she extremely easy to talk to, She gave me tips to work with my dry skin and gave me some samples of the worlds most best smelling face moisturizer. Will definitely be back. Thank you skindational the peel was great!

I have been going to Skinsational Day Spa for well over a decade. I have tried laser hair removal at two other spas in Barrie and let me tell you, they SUCKED! I spent roughly $2000 and have had over 14 session with almost no results. I have gone to Skinsational THREE times and I am BLOWN AWAY! I had booked with Ria Marsland and have told her countless times how I am overly impressed with my results. Thank you Ria and Skinsational for you continued excellent service. We went with a bachelorette party and got the package with a mani/pedi, facial and massage. We were all extremely happy with our services, and I will be going back.

I'm very happy with my experience at Skinsational. My first time there, I went in a group and we all got shellac French tips done. The service was excellent and my nails lasted much longer than any previous manicure. This time I went for a basic manicure and polish, and again I had an amazing experience with customer service and the outcome of my nails. This time, I actually chipped one of my nails on the way out, and the girl who had done them touched it up right then and there for no extra charge. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area and definitely recommend Skinsational to anybody looking for a relaxing, professional, and elegant spa experience.
