I have to give Sky Wireless glowing reviews, especially after having to deal with me. My swaying back and forth between Android and IPhone is enough to play on anyone’s nerves.

However, that all being said, dealing with Steve and Irene has been fantastic, with quick responses, patience and excellent customer service. This is going to be my 3rd phone with them and I couldn’t be happier with my dealings with this team of professionals.

Terrible customer service. Waited over a week after emailing, calling and leaving a message, and trying the online chat still have not heard back from them.

Moved my five lines back to Telus through a Sky Wireless EPP and instantly regretted it. While filing out all of the online paperwork it asked me if I wanted to transfer my numbers and had me provide all of the info required to do so. Then once I received the sims, the paper literally says if you requested a number transfer call to call an automated system to complete it. Come to find out that the salesperson didn’t program any transfers, said I had to do it myself online or through a customer service rep. Why ask for all the information on the sales form if you’re not going to do anything with it? Then because I once had a Telus account in the past, it was a nightmare getting the myTelus system to allow me to add my new account to it, it took multiple tries using account numbers or the temporary phone numbers I was assigned to finally get it working. Then every time I asked to transfer one line, the myTelus system would basically boot me out and force me to wait around 30 minutes (the time for the number transfer to complete) before I could log back in. I had to do this five times. I can’t believe I was stupid enough to come back to Telus and Sky Wireless provided me with the exact kind of service I expect from Telus. The only reason I came back is because I moved into an area that wasn’t covered by Fizz Mobile. My experience so far makes me regret moving

Very professional and helpful. I have their corporate plan with my company, and I got my personal line moved there recently. Marylord is a great and super helpful account manager!

Do not use this company. They will not help you if you have warranty issues. My phone has constantly restarted since I got it. After 10 days I called and they told me they dont cover warranty even though the website/telus shows 30 days. Customer Service was awful and I was told I would have to send my brand new phone away to get fixed with NO loaner phone.

I was quite happy with the service because I had trouble transferring my old provider to Telus and the person on the phone said it will take a long while which it did.

Terrible Experience.
I ordered a Phone with Plan on Last Boxing Day. After 2 week Still didn't receive Any follow-up. My Phone died before 2 days
I did Texts.calls, emails, more than 20 times. No Responds, feeling like I am Stupid, No reply. That's not professional.

I am Stuck, don't know till To Wait or Go for Other Carrier.
Very bad Experience.

If you have Value your time, Go Somewhere Else

Waited weeks for my phone to even ship and then I had to email them and wait another few days to get my phone activated, which was frustrating because I couldn't even use it once I got it. They weren't responsive when I emailed them about it. It took me two days to port my number over which is something that I should just be able to do quickly online. When I actually managed to speak to someone they were nice, but other than that dealing with them was a slow experience. I would avoid ordering online with this company, though I'm sure they are good in person.

I have had a personal cell phone thorough my employer for over 15 years now and have dealt with all the big providers and many of their distributors. TELUS was offering a great deal this time around and I contacted the distributor my employer recommended, which was terrible! I spent two weeks wasting my time and still had no plan activation! Just by fluke I ended chatting with Irene Hidalgo at Sky Wireless, she answered my questions being fully aware that I was already in the process of signing up with someone else and gave some great advise. At my request she called me and we discussed all options and I decided she was the person I wanted to deal with. Within 24 hours she accomplished what the other company could not complete in 2 weeks. She is polite, professional and responds immediately whether via phone or email. This has been the easiest switch over of cell companies I have had in the history of owning a cell phone.which has been a while! I highly recommend Irene at Sky Wireless!

Poor Customer Service
They activate the phone service prior to shipping and delay answering questions. One of my question took almost a week to respond. If I hadn't cancelled the service prior to getting it. I would have been on the hook for 1 week of cell phone service without having the pleasure of using it

Anytime I've had any issue with our Telus account, Shirley Solano has been a savior! She's always quick to reply back and quick to put in our orders! Even if it's not something Sky does, she provides the numbers to contact Telus. I manage three carrier accounts for our business and it's great to know I have next to no headaches when she's taking care of us!

Shirley Solano was my point of contact with the company when I decided on a new phone and provider. Super quick replies to my questions, problems, etc. Knowledgeable too, never "let me get back to you". Very on the ball. Definitely worth your while to ask for her by name.

I needed to upgrade my phone after my existing Telus contract had expired and I was looking for local shops but ended up deciding to go through Sky Wireless's EPP Plan. Irene, Steve, and the whole team were super quick to help me out since I would need the new phone shipped to me before I left the city I was in at the moment. The phone came the next day and the process was seamless. I would definitely recommend their services to other friends and I will be returning to them to continue my services in the future.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Monica Stewart. After countless phone calls trying to figure out my corporate plan and waiting on hold hours on end. Monica made sure to complete the process. Although it went an hour past closing time, Monica took the time to sort out and process my new two year contract with Telus and has made her self readily available for any concerns or questions that I have through email. I needed an upgrade to my phone in a very quick turnaround and within a few hours Nicole had my new phone on route to me and it arrived as scheduled half way across the country the next morning. Fantastic Customer Service.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I spoke to Maggie S at the Woodbridge location, and she was phenomenal, courteous, informative, patient and most of all reassuring. She walked me through my request with ease and confidence. Moreover, I didn't get transferred from one party to another. I highly recommend sky wireless and Telus. And thank you again Maggie!
