Went there had good time, but after time slot ended I was going to washroom but was stopped stating we are closing. Although it was 8 but since everyone was there dint found it to b big issue

Took my toddler and had as much fun as she did. A bit expensive and not super jazzed about having to buy special socks but it was a super fun night out for both of us so we will be back.

Kids loved it! Staff was very helpful. Beat part is wasnt too crowded and has ample of parking!

Kids are our gold and pride and our future. Unfortunately this place don't care about that, charging 2,50$ for bottle of water is just sad. Time we had to cut the cake in that room was just ridiculous. They actually evicting you so you have to get everyone out, with guests and cake. For the drinks, they had pitcher of root beer, no cans, just pitcher.
Insanely expensive place, we spent 500$ for nothing.
Never again.

If you have a toddler, go to the Flying Squirrel instead. I don’t find this place very tots friendly unless you go at the designated time. They do not have a parent pass for all hours, in comparison SkyZone isn’t as family oriented, more geared for older children

Kids like the place, but I hate it. A very big and powerful ceiling fan makes my stay there waiting for kids very unpleasant. Every single time, after being here, I have a headache. I asked staff if they could make the fan spin slower or turn it off from time to time, but my requests were ignored. I will avoid this place in the future.

Had a blast! I've already been back with some of our other grandkids. BUT.we arrived at open, and the bathrooms were already or still discusting. **RECENT EDIT ** we've been back, I went in ahead and did a washroom check, mens anyway, and was pleasantly surprised to find a very sanitary washroom! We brought the kids in, and my wife gave the ladies' room a thumbs up also. The kids had a great time and had to bribe them to leave! Little on the pricey side, but in our opinion, well worth it. The staff are friendly, and there are areas for the younger children to play, Sky Zone has birthday party rooms and packages available amongst other events. This place was a fun visit. Its a bit small but good for kids, except for the heavily rigged and what probably should be considered illegal claw machine. Not even gambling, you'll absolutely never win. My three year old daughter put her $2 in and the claws motion was so limited it couldn't reach far enough to the back of the machine to actually grab a toy off the top. I saw another kid hit the drop button, it did nothing, so he hit it two more times. The claw dropped maybe one inch, and went back up before going back to its home position. The kid that went immediately after had his money eaten almost instantly as the claw moved a bit, almost out of his control before dropping half way, clawing at air, before going back up. This machine is literally a scam stealing from children. This place should be ashamed for taking money from children and giving them nothing. No tickets, no candy, nothing. One star.

Went on a Tuesday, wasn't very busy which was nice. Weekends are generally quite busy

THIEFS! I just went there with a gift card for 20.99, the guy who served me (ethan) told me cost was 21.99 so there was a dollar difference. I told him I would pay the extra dollar, and without realizing it I put my card on the machine and he charges me full price! When I told him what happened he said he understood I would pay full price in debit, wait WHAT? I talk to the alleged manager "Sam" and she only says "sry, there's no refund". Please, don't come here to get ripped of, go to funvilla instead!

I never imagined that my son's birthday party would turn from joy and happiness into sadness and pain because of a team of irresponsible teenagers running this place. Imagine that there is no wise person running this place. The person who runs it is a young teenage girl who does not know anything about responsibility and respect with her team. The reason is that children (10 years old) are not allowed to jump and play except in one place and quietly, otherwise they will be kicked out, as the alleged manager said. The worst birthday party that my son and the invited children and their shocked parents had, we all left the place amidst the joy of the work team and their impolite dances, pointing at us with obscene movements with their fingers, joy of victory. My attempts to reach any responsible person to raise the problem have not succeeded so far. I am still trying to remove this painful memory from my little son's memory.

Very stinky and dirty. Too crowded, bad management and bad maintenance. My kid refused to get in because he felt sick about the air.
And I asked them if I could get a refund and I got refused.
I won’t bring my kids there anymore, and don’t recommend it.

It’s a disaster. First off when you arrive it takes for ever to check in get situated. I was 20 min early and still had to wait. So the jumpers technically did not start right at there time
spot. You only get. 45 min in the party room to do cake pizza and gifts. The pizza is HORRIBLE! They have 15 min till the next party comes in to clean and get it ready. Not worth the $400 dollars. Also make sure to double check how many people you have in the party. I thought that it’s 10 kids plus the bday kid free. It’s not your child is included in the 10. It’s not worth the money. Very rushed and Frustrating! Won’t be coming back and def won’t be recommending to any friends of family!

Terrible. Spent 15 min out of my lunch to get my granddaughter in (db/CC machines did not work) then once they did they charged me 2x for the session. After I discovered the dble charge they would not refund it.

I’ve taken my children here many times. We went yesterday and the facility was FILTHY. When we arrived mid-afternoon, there was slurpee spilled on the floor in multiple areas and when we left 1.5h later it was still there. The garbages were completely overflowing and about 6 pizza boxes were thrown beside the garbage as there was nowhere else to put them. They were at capacity but they certainly did not have enough staff to service the facility. They need to do better.

Great fun for kids! My complaint is I called to inquire about a family package I saw online and was told it was only available for walk in, that was perfectly acceptable. However when I arrived I was told that pricing was no longer available.

I had gift cards and free jump passes from previous kids gifts, decided to bring my 3 kids today Sunday March 12. Was told I’m unable to use gift cards or jump passes as it’s March break! Anything I find online states March break starts on March 13th the Monday. Never heard of a store limited the use of a gift card to a specific time. Very disappointed in the customer service I received and that I couldn’t use the gift cards or free jump passes. I have 11 free jumps on it! Now instead I am out 80 bucks. Also to the manger who was very rude I think you should take some customer service courses. Do better sky zone. Do better! What’s the point in having gift cards if you can’t use them? To all who read this review who are looking at buying gift cards think again!

I went to a birthday party and I had someone help me by the name of Payton. She was so polite and kind and was the highlight of the customer service we got. You could tell she genuinely enjoys her job. Don’t let this girl go anywhere. She is an asset
