Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Absolutely disgusting. On the weekend, the parking lot is rammed, you can't move, it's like a zoo. No parking, everyone parked at the front, people illegally parked just to fit. Disgusting. Inside skyzone is even worse. A zoo X2 with a sea of parents & kids. Never seen a place milk everything for money, it is disgusting. How are you suppose to manage all the parties and kids going in like this? Absolutely disgusting. Zero organization and absolute chaos. I would never come here again or book a party here. There should be a limit of people entering this place.

Not a great place for party. Very Very limited parking spaces for customers. They have a lot of empty parking spots from another side of the parking lot, but Sky Zone customers aren't allowed to park. They have a security guard stand there and tell you that the Sky Zone customers can't park and we gott drive to next building to park. Well. If it's weekdays, I can understand. But it's weekend! There are tons of parking spots are empty at same parking lot! If the property can't provide enough of parking spots for your customers, I believe you should move a new place.

We went here for my daughter's birthday party. I found the booking process to be easy, straight-forward and for the most part, all the questions are answered in the FAQ section before hand. I also had the corporate office confirming everything beforehand. And they coordinated some things with the Vaughan venue, which was nice. My daughter had a great time. It was definitely a birthday to remember.
*** Some notes for other party planners:
1. There is NO elevator, so we carried all our party favours and decorations up the stairs-I didn't know this ahead of time, so I even brought my wagon full of stuff including the cake.
2. I also didn't expect there to be a Host, so I didn't know there would be a TIP button while cashing out-now of course you can tip any amount, but I would have preferred to have that budgeted.
3. When you walk in, go to your RIGHT. The sign is not clear, especially when it's packed with people. The Group party sign-ins are in the right.
4. Don't expect much from the staff walking around "securing" the place. If BIG kids are in the little kids section, or the bigger kids are just going crazy, don't expect the staff to do anything. Even though it's their job, they turn a blind eye. So keep an eye on your kids! If you're hosting a party, keep a few other parents around just in case. Especially younger kids.
5. The parking is limited. Parking in neighbouring lots. There is at time a security guard in the parking lot that keeps things moving, but they will also advise the same, especially on the weekend.
6. This place is busy! Keep your head cool.

The kids they have watching the place are complacent and lack proper overhead.
The place is dinge and needs better management.

Fun place. Dirty and sticky but service is great. Understaffed but those who work there are nice.

Very messy, bad smell and very unhygienic washrooms, totally it’s not a good place for kids!

They are having lots of fun and competition. The pizza, popcorn and other snacks are very good and affordable. They sell the socks very cheap, so no overpriced items.

First time visiting & I enjoyed myself. The only down was that garbage was left on tables & on the floor, maybe hire a few more ancillary staffs.

The low rating I am giving this location is because there is lots of bullying going there. I took my two boys aged 8 and 10 and their two friends around the same age yesterday and today, and both times there was a group of seven or more boys much older than them, pushing their weight, bullying, and using profane language on my kids! My group of kids complained to staff about this, and they did absolutely nothing! This needs to change asap!

Used to be good. Now they pack the place up to the point you cannot move. Younger kids get stomped on, no toilet paper in bathrooms, bathrooms are disgusting, mess and garbage everywhere. The workers are not managing properly (ex kids jumping off without waiting for others to clear way, everyone budding the line no order). Would stay far away from this spot …

Honestly it is a bit messy inside.maybe it was the long weekend.but still a good place to let the kids to burn their extra energy!

Took pass for my child. After 5 months asked to cancel but it was too close to next month and was charged for next month. Disappointed that you need to be something like 3 days advance on cancellation

Awful experience. Be aware! There were kids that physically attacked our kids, swore all over. Management didn't do anything. There were too many people on Sunday. I'm sure if we called the police they would close down the place. Had to wait for everything. Very unprofessional and inexperienced staff. Awful birthday experience.

Parking is a disaster, sticky floors, smells like BO, crowded, customers are rude - what is there not to enjoy about this place?

This place is fairly fun for the kids if they come during a weekday to horse around. On a weekend, the place is way overcrowded. Since the time is fairly limited, and too many kids at absolutely every corner of this facility, that makes this this destination questionable, especially for the money you pay.

We booked this place for the birthday party. It was advertised as a "Worry free, everything taken care off" event - and for the money, you definitely expect something along the lines.

TL, DR: it was a complete disaster!

I got 3 kids, so I got some experiences running a b.d. Party at similar places. I've never in my life experienced so much stress at kids' events - the arrival of the first born was less stressful than this!

When you book something for 2 hours you normally (100% of the past experience) get a dedicated room, from start to end, where you can comfortably prepare, all guests can arrive, can give you gifts, and you can safely store them there, with other belongings, have some refreshments and have place to sit! Well, at Sky Zone: you do NOT get a room until all the activities are done. So, if you are not jumping with your kids, you literally have no decent place to sit - enjoy a metal bench for a good hour. You can't prepare your room, no proper space to store your gifts. There is no place where you would bring your food or other items. Eventually, you do get the room, and get under 15 mins to bring everything up (3 floors), and arrange it.
The problem is that there is no convenient or even inconvenient way to park your car, to carry the stuff from. You are forced to park on a "Fire route" and make quick runs upstairs with all the food, balloons, loot bags, and other decorations you carefully prepared and thought that you would have time to arrange - we didn't make it, half of the things stayed in the boxes as we didn't have time to unpack and decorate the room. There is one narrow staircase, which leads to everything, and as you are standing there holding your boxes, you enjoy the flood of kids running back and forth, who simply don't allow you to climb the stairs safely. And periodically, a staff member would be walking the same stairs with enormous garbage bags. 3 mins to walk up 3 floors, while carrying cakes or even bigger items - is just brutal. I did over 4 THOUSAND steps, bringing the things up and down in those 2 hours.

Guests didn't know where to go, where to leave their things, parking lot was a mess.

And on top of everything, they beautiful staff, forgot which room we booked, colors we chose, drinks we requested - all that had to be addressed from scratch under the 15 minutes of prep time.

In the past, I did manage to run a "drop-off party" in similar facilities for 20 kids, just by myself. Here, with over dozen parents helping at all times, all I managed is to steal under two minutes to look at my kids from the distance, literally a glimpse into how they were playing. No proper pictures of videos were taken - ZERO time spent on the floor with the kids.
As a parent - ABSOLUTELY worst party ever; and I celebrated over 20 parties for my kids and attended a 100 or more.

DO NOT SIGN UP THE MEMBERSHIP! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

When I initially signed up, I thought it was a one-time charge of $50, but to my surprise, they started charging my credit card monthly without my knowledge.the employee who assisted me during sign-up failed to inform me about the automatic renewal policy, which I believe is an essential piece of information for customers.

When I read reviews, I noticed that many others have experienced similar issues, some even got charged hundreds dollars! That’s theft! So I warn you please do not give your credit card information to them! They will steal your money!

Amazing place to spend half a day with your kids.
Do stay clear of rowdy teenagers. They may be aggressive, and you lil one might get cought in between.

I think it provides a good opportunity for kids to jump and enjoy themselves.
However, I think there are a lot of chances to improve their services.

We had our birthday party here today. Tharsikan was attending to our party of 10 kids.i have never experienced the level of hospitality he had to offer.our party of course, being with 10 kids, had some hiccups and he was the one to smooth out everything for us.thank you very much.

They have multiple locations. The Whitby one is very spacious and excellent to host birthday parties.
The other locations are small in comparison but all the locations are amazing fun for all ages

The workers that constantly follow you and make sure you don’t break rules are very annoying. If you look anywhere else there are kids breaking the rules everywhere but they seem to not care.

Everything is a real mess, the children don't follow any kind of rules, they play dangerously, there is no organization and there is no respect for the line of rounds.employees stare and do nothing about it or are always leaning against the wall joking and talking to each other

We came at open time at 9am and the kids really enjoyed as they basically had the entire park to themselves. This location has much more activities compared to the one in downtown. By 11am it had started to get a little busy.

Butttt the trampoline area was so dirty the foam pit was extremely dirty garbage everywhere on the floor. Not impressed. Maybe they need to have more proper maintenance.
