Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Bought a membership for my kids and added the parent add on and stayed for 3 hours 1 day and came back 2 days later and stayed for another 2.5 hours. It's fun for all ages and the kids loved it! Very clean, has good snacks and drinks and had lots of space for parents to just sit and relax while their kids play. Would definitely recommend going! It's a great workout for adults and kids!

It was an fun coming here and spending time with my nephew for his birthday. The only bad item was the railings were freshly painted which I felt wasn't the right time to do this during operations.

Great place, staff was quick and efficient and so helpful. Clean washrooms and cool stuff to eat. Comfortable seating for parents or kids who are tired. Would def go again and recommend A+ TIP: keep your socks for the next visit as you have to buy them!

Great place they quoted me the wrong price (cheaper than what it should have been) and they honoured they cheaper price. Can't complain about that

Booked online for my son to take 5 kids on his birthday. I also added the food option online but had to wait 45 minutes for pizza when she originally told me it would be 20. Do NOT add the food online. It would have been better for me to take them out for pizza afterward and probably cheaper. The place was disgusting around the food area. Nobody came once the 3 hours we were there to wipe tables or cleanup. Other kids had thrown pizza crust on the floor, popcorn, sticky stuff on tables etc. Kids had fun jumping but I dont think I would ever come back.

First time here with my 3 and 5 year old.looks like fun for the kids.lots of space.well managed, clean and organized.plenty of staff on site.

The manager on duty for this location was very unpleasant. Also the place wasn’t clean. There’s not much of activity available there. Definitely not going back again.

I took my son to Suzanne (East York) was a horrible experience. I went again one close to my home in Whitby is a day and night difference between the one I went last time.

Nice place you and your kids burn calories and have fun together. Very clean and well organized place.

There was one girl who made the birthday experience for my kids terrible. She was so determined to separate the toddlers from the older kids. Lliterally no one was there and the only toddlers and all the kids were the kids that we brought to the party. He made the experience very poor.

Why doesn't the owner comment on negative reviews, why only positive ones g? I guess they don't care a out criticism to improve their facility, maybe because it's always busy and they can print as much as they want. Im debating having my kids bday party for that reason. I have been there with my son numerous times, it's ok but nothing exceptional. I'm waiting for Flying Squirrel to open in Whitby, website makes it look much better and more well appointed.

Just celebrated my son's 9th birthday at this location amd I must say it was an awesome experience not only for the 12 kids but also for my wife and myself.
The staff was very helpful especially The young lady that was assigned to our party Olivia thank you for making my son's birthday one of his best memories to date keep up the great job.

I loved the experience. It is great for the whole family. There are just so many things you can do.

The facility is great for the kids, but not great for families of different ages who are looking for an activity to do together. Everything is totally separated and parents who paid to jump can’t even jump alongside their children.

There should be a family section instead of parents who pay money to jump but can’t as they have to take their child to a separate area.
Way more rules than other like facilities.

We wasted our money for two parents who couldn’t jump as we had each parent watch our children of different ages at their separate areas.

We recommend looking into other facilities before choosing Sky Zone Whitby.

The kids have lots of fun here. There are lots of different activities and they can happily spend 90 minutes here getting exercise that does them good.

Its expensive. Their waiver process is a nuisance. Maybe the place is run by lawyers. They have free wifi but it isn't very good.

This place is fantastic! If you want to have a great time to to skyzone it'd s great place to gather.even if your not jumping it's a fun place to visit.my kids enjoyed their time there for my daughters 9th birthday. We will definately go again

I recently went on a play date here with one of my friends, her kids and mine. I must say it was a pleasant expierence (well ended that way) I’m not to sure of her name, I asked before I left.it was a young girl with short blonde hair that assisted us, she was very understanding and helped us understand the prices and things, I had a free 30 minute jumping pass and she made sure that was applied on my overall bill. Kids had
a blast.

Kids had a great time. They wanted to play dodgeball together but unfortunately they aren't in the same age group. Overall a great trip:)

My child had a great time, so much so that we decided to eat out.
Wonderful place but my problem is that the placeis kind of small for the area.

There are no where kids of 5 years can play except beside the babies. They are calling kids of 5 years old - toddlers. Definitely they need reorganization. I talked to every manager there, it is just wasting time.

This place is great for birthday parties. I have taken my daughter here several times for her friends' birthday parties and they always have fun. The staff are organized and they take care of everything.

Great for all ages and they have many different type of activities not just what you see when you walk in. They have programs like league dodgeball, ninja warrior training, and an exercise program. And a lot of these programs are for adults too!

Very Interesting Trampoline Park. The only downside is that this place is always super busy, even in weekdays, so it becomes rather difficult/almost impossible to take your shy toddlers to the Foam Zone.

Excellent and helpful staff, great place to get out and have fun and burn some energy. You will definitely have a good night sleep from all the fun and working all your muscles.

This skyzone has the workers watching you like hawks. We came for toddler time and we weren't even allowed to jump with our kids. Everything we do a worker was right there to tell us, no u can't. I put on a carrier for my baby, before I can get it on fully, they were already telling me I cant jump with it on. Well duh. The other girl didnt let me jump period. But yet, we see other parents jumping with their kids. Everyone needs to be treated fairly. Smh. I would not be returning to this location. EVER.

Great place to visit but over priced for what you get. Not enough TV screens for the parents or sitting areas.

This place sucks for smaller kids. Parents cannot jump with toddlers or small kids. Toddlers can only jump by themselves, not even with other toddlers. If the kids are big enough for the larger trampoline area, they still can only jump straight up and down in one spot. No tricks allowed. Just up and down, nothing else allowed. The foam pit is no place for small kids either. Your kids are going to be bored 10 minutes after arriving.
Then there are the dozens of silly, picky rules. There are the liability waivers. The current method is very tedious and unnecessarily complicated. Another thing is that I get that you need to be wearing grippy socks. But they are super picky on the socks – They won’t allow competing trampoline places socks in the place…? It seems that they just want you to buy their overpriced socks, rather than just ensure safety. Same thing with the bright coloured shirt rule for the glow in the dark times. It’s not really THAT dark, it looks a lot like they are trying to sell t-shirts. Also, why so expensive for admission?
The only thing here that looked sort of decent was the trampoline basketball. That could be fun, but theres no way for smaller kids to play. It seems that smaller kids make up the majority of their business, so maybe it would be a good idea to try to figure out a version for the kids?

I had such a terrible experience here today. I came in with 2 toddlers, and was asked to fill out a new waiver on the computer. Halfway thru my application the system shut down and I asked for assistance. I waited for a few minutes for someone to come help, he came and left and instead attended someone else. I asked again for help and was just ignored. After a few more minutes they brought out waiver copies for people to fill out and I was still not given one so I figured I’ll fill it out online on my phone. Then I proceed to the line up to pay and I’m told I need to go to an atm to pay, so I leave the line and go withdraw the amount they asked for. I get back to the cashier, only for them to tell me I need to wait again in line so they can attend to customers that are still filling out waivers. Once it’s my turn to pay again, I’m told a different amount since they accidentally only told me the price for one child. At this point I’ve waited over 20 minutes with 2 toddlers, and the employees are Not being helpful whatsoever. They are too busy prioritizing there customers with larger groups and telling me that I need to be patient. Is this the type of customer service you provide your customers with? Or are you biased on the types of customers you prioritize? Regardless very disappointed in this facility. Definitely need better management, customer service and employees.

Let me tell you this place is great! I'm 32 years old and even had a blast! It's for younger kids obviously but the foam pit and slam dunk area were alot of fun for me too. We brought our 2 year old daughter here and there was lots for her to do. They have an ultimate warrior course. Climbing wall. Foam pit.
Slam dunk (3 different net hights) Dodgeball trampoline. Free jump trampoline and Toddler area. I would also recommend this place for kids parties and the price was very fair. Not too bad at all.have fun jumping

Awesome place, Ninja course is awesome and fun for all ages same with the trampolines and baskeball and the trampoline dodgeball.
