I submitted a cancellation using their online form, it did not process. I called the location multiple times with no answer when selecting speak to an associate. I left 4 voicemails with no return call. I submitted a contact request online 3 times with no call. I finally called and selected to speak to someone to plan a party and was able to get through. That associate said their cancellation form was not working when I cancelled and it was a known issue. I had my issue escalated to get a refund since I had requested to cancel, I had not visited the location since submitting my cancellation and I had signed up to renew my membership under a different card and was not getting double billed since the previous cancellation did not process.
Nothing. Logic does not matter. Customer service is non-existent. They send me the link for a cancellation form, it doesn't open in 3 different browsers.
Playcious has trampolines and much more plus they have customer service. I've cancelled my membership to Skyzone and will not be returning.
The washrooms at this location are usually not clean, the filter in the water dispense has been in need of changing for over a month, the Vaughan location is way better if you have the choice which one to visit.
Excellent environment for kids, lots of room, lots of fun stuff to do, and a good exercise and energy burn for the little ones. My only issue would be that many of the staff are younger teenagers and are not as vigilant and active when it comes to controlling and monitoring the common areas unfortunately.
Parking is not very good. Kids had fun though. If dropping off for a party be prepared to get there early. You will need time to maneuver the parking lot and then fill out a waiver.
My kids went to this facility and came home to find rashes breaking out on their skin after about 12 hrs. This was the only place they went out of their normal routine. This facility needs to be cleaned. Getting more than you pay for didn't work out this time.
I love Skyzone, I play in a trampoline dodgeball league on Mondays and it's always a fun way to be competitive and get some exercise. I used to come as a kid and always had a good time.
One thing I've noticed making this not a 5 star review is that the state of the arenas are deterating. I've seen holes in the trampoline and even landed on a pad with metal bar underneath that's left some bruises.
Terrible customer care! I was wrongfully charged for three memberships, and when complained, they gave me the more absurd excuses to avoid refunding my money back. Ashanti M, their “ Membership Service Coordinator” is clearly lacking the basic customer management skills. After several emails requesting my credit card information he decided the refund didn’t proceed, even though the staff in the park misguided me on the process to cancel, and even confirmed a cancellation when obviously it wasn’t done. In summary, stay clear of paying for anything other than a ridiculously overpriced day pass. Providing your credit card number will guarantee you unnecessary headaches. I am still demanding my refund for $111.83. The question is, will anyone at SkyZone really care and be accountable for their mistake and account mismanagement? I sincerely hope someone will.
Hosted a birthday party (Sept 2023) at T. O. Sky Zone. The boys' restroom had pee on the floor around the toilets and urinal (as boys do). As kids are running in and out of the washrooms, they're soaking those damn $5 branded socks in pee and then running off to the trampolines.
I noticed the pee puddles at the start of our 90 minute shift. As we got ready to leave, the puddles were still there. Likely there's no regular cleaning spot checks.
I would like to start with sagging that the park is nice and I only giving them a 2 star as their business practices are shady at best. I’ve got the elite membership which you can cancel anytime, So they say. Just to find out that you can’t and the cancelation can only be done on a computer. I have called to inform them I was not able to and I was told no problem we will do it. Then 5 days later they still charged me for the membership. Called again to be told oh sorry but we can cancel it for you and you can cancel it by phone only on a computer and do so and then ask to be reimbursed. I did not and I was told too bad so sad you won’t get you money back as you didn’t cancel on the computer before the renewal. At the time I registered for this membership I was never told of this restriction. This company only makes money on unfortunate guest as me. I don’t believe it for a seconds that I am the only one that either went through this or will go through this.
We used to go there before the pandemic! My son absolutely love this place. Hopefully it will open this summer, so that we all could have lots of fun there!
Keeps the kids active and entertained for reasonable rates! Lots of open space and different mini activities like trampoline basketball. Looking forward to hosting a birthday party here soon!
We just recently went to Toddler Time at this location of SkyZone. What a time it was! The staff were so warm, inviting and energetic with our little one. The only concerning part is that we were the only ones there. We loved having the space to ourselves but worry about the sustainability of the business as leases in the city run high. I recommend showing up for this community space so that it can continue to keep our kids active.
We celebrated our daughters birthday party in Whitby Location, as private event, it was great fun and hospitality by the Manager and all staff members were super nice and friendly, everything was clean and safe for kids.
All our guests (Kids n Adults) had so much fun in free style jumping, dodgeball, foam zone and other activities.
We are totally satisfied and 100% recommend Skyzone to everyone. This place is real deal to have fun.
Once again thanks for the Manager and all staff members to make our event memorable.
Great love the place the only thing I did not like is that there is not a lot of places you can put your valuables without renting a locker Other than that everything is great
Great fun for the kids. Lots of trampolines. Rules are one person per trampoline and there are alot! Need to buy time. Time is allocated. Food and drinks available. Carry hand sanitizer and water for the kids. They get thirsty easily. Quite the workout.
Really great place to bring the kids in the summer time if you’re from this area. Really fun and exciting! Takes a lot of your energy but fully worth it
Had an absolutely amazing time, Anna-Lisa went out of her way to accommodate my family of ten and ensured we played safe and had fun! Thank you very much the entire team esp Marie for the extra socks! Great place highly recommend! Professional staff know what they’re doing!
Great place poorly managed. My kids didn't know where they could go and kept getting corrected. I asked for a rules sheet and they said there isn't one.my daughter kept asking me why they were telling her to stop. I still don't know. Some sort of colour system was happening
This place is perfect for all ages. My kids (9 and 16) both love it here. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff really know how to take care of the smaller children.
I took my family here and it was such a fun and exciting evening. We really enjoyed the diverse “play rooms” and I really enjoyed the dodgeball tournaments. This is a great place for a family, friend, or date day. Just be prepared to buy the socks and if it’s glow in the dark an overpriced T-shirt.
Lovely place to have fun this summer, especially with the kids and family. Had an awesome time, it really brought me back to my childhood as I reminisced.
The atmosphere isn't that great. They allow too many people in for the amount of actual jumping space. The employees weren't very friendly. Some were rude and one admitted to just answering "yes" when someone has a question that he can't understand. He didn't make the effort to actually hear the person so I stepped in.asked him the question and got the answer for the other customer. The girls at the main desk are very immature and gave attitude. Bathrooms were clean.
We went there because we noticed that there was a deal buy one get one free but the guy on the cash said no we don't have this deal, it was 8: 00, we spend 10 minutes trying to open my email to show him that deal but my internet was very slow, when we about to leave he called us and said you are right we have this deal but when we paid and get the socks we spent another 10 minutes, but the sticker was from 8: 00 to 9: 00, that's not fair because it was the cashier mistake not ours, very disappointed
Its a fun place for kids. No doubt. Plenty of room and trampolines for the kids to go crazy on. But this location is so strict! The kids really want the adults to join in with them a little. But the secret trampoline police (I like to call them bouncers) are all over you like flies on a steaming pile of chocolate ice cream. The Mississauga location is not as strict.
Parking here can be nightmare and getting blocked in is not abnormal.
I absolutely loved this place. I met the manager though I didn't know he was the manager right away. He was very pleasant and fun to talk too. The room is carefully monitored to keep the tiny children on one end and the big adults to the other. There is lots to do and the price is fair for what you get. I and my little cousin had a lot fun and I for sure will be going again.
I attended a birthday party at this location. Kids had an amazing time. Its non stop fun for your kid. Mine got really tired after jumping for 1 hr. Its a huge open space and its little difficult to keep track of your kid.
Get ready to sweat and have your heart racing at over 10000000 beats per minute. There are many different trampoline areas and tricks you can learn. The ball pit is an exercise in saddism, getting out of it takes all the strength you have. Don't be embarrassed if you look like a beached whale
Great fun activity to do with the family or with friends. It is not cheap, but the price is fair. At the service, though, could definitely have been a little more pleasant.
