While visiting in the area, was touched by this eye catching logo, I so support good business ethics like this, does A heart good & encourages all around it, how could it not, Right ~? ~ The Red Brick Cafe across the street was also such a supportive Cafe with friendly & welcoming place to Enjoy and get warm, well worth the visit, CK it out ️

I tried calling the head office MULTIPLE TIMES to explain that I DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE but they're still charging me rent.if this issue doesnt get resolved soon I'm literally taking legal action. Don't get involved with these braindead idiots if you know what's good for you.

I rented an apartment from this company for over 18 months. There was rarely an occasion when there was a month of NO INSPECTIONS! So much interruption! When I finally gave my notice, I get a letter stating that my request to move out has been approved LMAO! As though I needed their permission! I had originally paid first and last month's rent therefore December's rent would have been covered by my last months rent as I was moving out at the end of the month.on the 6th of December - they tried to take out a months rent. When I emailed I got absolutely NO RESPONSE. Then, on move out, I tried several times to go in for move out inspection and had to try to hunt down someone when I went over.nobody to be found! I ended up having to leave my key fobs in the mailbox at the management office on the last day! No response as to when or how I will receive my key deposits? I would say. RUN AWAY from this place! Its the worse place ever!

Time wasters. Drag on a process for months just to decline you. Lead you on the entire time.

Garbage company to rent from would not wish my worst Enemy to rent from these clowns

Been living in this apartment for over 1 year now. I have an 11 month old daughter as well and I have a flea problem. Don't know where they are coming from since I don't have a pet. I had a cat 2 months ago but had to re home him because my daughter is allergic and I always took him to the vet every 3 months to have flea treatment put on him for the reason we live in a building with people who have other pets. But skyline is telling me that I have to pay $164 2 times to have my place sprayed to kill them? What is that? That's not my responsibility! I know for a fact my cat never had fleas and the fact when my cat was here we never had a problem with fleas. Its only been since he was gone. So I don't understand why I would have to pay to have an apartment I rent sprayed. They don't seem to care that I have an infant who is being bitten and also my fiance. I'm ready to pack up and just leave. Also the fact they let anyone move into these units and I don't feel safe anymore. Cops are here almost every day. Junkies everywhere. People fighting all the time. We moved here because it was convenient for us and we were told this was a great neighbourhood and safe. That was an absolute lie! Now that I post this review I wonder if I will finally hear back from someone! I'm done being nice so fed up!
