Skyline Reflections

Used Skyline Reflections a couple of times now. Walter is really great at what he does, and evidently cares about the customer. I had one minor warranty concern (more to do with the way Tesla frameless glass works than anything install related) a few years after install that I felt was small, but there was no hesitation from Skyline to get me in to take a look. Thank you, 5 stars, highly recommend and will always be my first stop for tints.

I got all my windows tinted here for my C300 and although the overall job was well done, the driver-side electronic adjustment seat switch has been fried. Before I took my car in, the electronic adjustment worked just fine but after the tinting service, it was defective. I figured it could've been the motor in the seat which assists in moving the seat up and down but after further diagnosis and insight from peers and Mercedes themselves, the electronic seat switch which is in the door, has been fried by too much fluid going down my door. This also happened to my father, to clarify, not at this business but another so I am certain this didn't just conveniently happen on its own. It was perfectly fine right before the procedure but not fine after. Thankfully, none of the other seats have been affected, only the drivers side. Considering the price of which it costed ($361.60 including tax) to get my windows tinted, it is quite frustrating for this to happen as you'd imagine. Not only that but it'll cost $664.50+TAX to get it replaced at Mercedes. Almost double of what it costed to get my windows tinted alone. Other than being quite disappointed at that, the windows have held up pretty well (since July 12th, 2023) so far but I just can't bring myself to giving a higher rating than a 1 star if my driver side seat (most important seat) has been rendered useless at this moment. Especially considering the repair charges would be almost double the tinting service even if I repaired the seat myself. I hope you understand my concern.

10/10 tinting and customer service! I texted their # when they weren’t even open, they responded very fast with their pricing and services. The next day I had my trucks windows tinted and they look AWESOME! I forgot to get the guys names but I had it done on Wednesday and the process and service was great!
