Skyliner Rental Apartments

Without a doubt, I will recommend this apartment for any small family size. It’s very convenient for all amenity, walking distance for subway and all kinds of stores. I have rented their apartment for almost a year now and so far, the experience has been flawless and enjoying living here.
In my opinion the only thing that this apartment is missing, a door that opens by key fob and handicap push button. (Not disable friendly)
Moreover, their staff is extremely professional and friendly. Specifically, Getu has been awesome in following up about the maintenance request. As soon as I walked in to the budling the fresh smell refreshes me all the time.

I requested to maintenance services in my kitchen and washroom they did it in a professional way very quickly. The place is amazing the manager is very helpful. It's a nice, clean and very quiet place. I recommend people coming here.

I agree with the other reviews here. I have not had a pleasant experience moving into the building and do not expect my tenancy will last longer than the term on my agreement.

This building provides a great location to all amenities - shopping, subway and university. I have lived here for almost 8 years and find it to be quiet and clean with amazing neighbors on my floor. My maintenance requests are followed up quickly. Great staff as well. There are lovely improvements happening in the building to make it even more comfortable and enjoyable to live here.

Cockroach infestation is out of hand. Take advantage of covid and charge tenants for everything. Money grab company, NEVER renting from them again
