Vinny and Carmen were excellent waiters and hosts. The views from up here are exquisite. The food is excellent, the service is excellent.you truly feel as though you're at the top of the world up here!

Dinner was mid.

Views were cool for night. Looking forward to viewing during the day next trip.

The view from the tower is amazing. But the kitchen is nothing special at all. And the staff in the restaurant was not very friendly. And I was upset because the washroom was very dirty. Will we come back? Definitely not in the next couple years.

The revolving restaurant is the attraction.

We ordered the seafood pasta, and I found 2 scallops, 3 prawns, 3 mussles, and 2 very dry calamari rings amongst a plate full of linguine, certainly not worth $50+. The rack of lamb must have been delicious as my partner kept making 'yummy' noises. 2 meals, 2 drinks, tip $200!

We got a lovely dessert on the house to celebrate a 60th, retirement and an anniversary at the same time!

I would still recommend it for the experience, make sure you do the late evening sitting to enjoy the lights, and get to the viewing deck before everyone else does, to see the fireworks at 10pm.

The downside is the number of people, but of course! - it's Niagara Falls!

It was a nice experience. We got on the elevator to reach the top floor and had a beautiful view of the Niagara Falls. Because of the higher view, we could feel the charm and great of the waterfall. It was very cold when we went, but when we saw Niagara, everything was worth it. Tickets are not very expensive, I recommend everyone!

Best place to eat if your by the Niagara falls. Atmosphere is nice, not too loud so you could actually have conversations with whom ever your with. Comes with an amazing view that changes every 5 minutes because the whole thing is like on a turn table so your view changes which is pretty cool. Service is top notch and food is amazing, and the price isn't too bad. Will definitely dine here again when we go visit.

A unique experience, a wonderful view of the sky of Niagara Falls, there is a place for photography to make it a memory with Photoshop.

This is the perfect place for a romantic dinner date. The anticipation of arriving at the top, seeing the magnificent views of the falls and the entire area, listening to the music, and the slow rotation with changing scenery is all made exponentially better by the terrific food. This is one place I cannot wait to return to visit with someone special.

It’s a cool experience. However the place is small. It gives you a view of the falls from a different perspective. We paid 16$ for the ride. All you’ll need is couple minutes to enjoy the view. No need to use the restaurant if all you want is to enjoy the view. Also, there is cheap parking on Robison st (coming from Clark av/ behind the Starbucks)

It gets a li'l chaotic in peak times. Amidst all the that noise of crowd, dishes falling; the staff manages to provide a really good service. The views adds to it. They do remember if it's your special occasions which is a plus too.

Just save yourself the time and money and don’t go. Niagara Falls brings in too much money for places like these to not have amazing food and service. Every entree on the menu is $60+ and barely anything sounds appetizing. I had the steak dinner and it was very underwhelming. No flavour. Service was also subpar. I’m just waiting for Copacabana to open up so I can have a good meal again in the city.

Went for dinner. Elevator was cool, restaurant is beautiful, view is unbeatable, every table gets a nice view. The wait staff are excellent and fun, and the service is great especially considering how busy it is. Food was good. For what you get the prices are reasonable, sub 300 for dinner for two including app entree dessert and drinks, you can easily pay that much elsewhere in the falls and not get the view and experience. Worth doing at least once, maybe even twice. A trip to the observation deck is included with your meal.

I recently went for my birthday for the first time I must say I enjoyed it more than the CN tower. It offered better views, better food and much more relaxing compared to all the security you have to pass at the CN Tower.

If you can only do a few things in Niagara, the Skylon Tower should be one of them. If you want to truly get the best view of the falls this is the place.
We had lunch in the revolving restaurant and it was good food and great service. The prices are high but the ticket to the top is included if you eat. Otherwise the ticket to the top is sold separately.
Again, this is the best place to view the entirety of the falls.

Very cool place to eat dinner at. It was kind of trippy how your seat rotates around the entire building. To be honest there wasn't many good restaurant offerings, so you mine as well just go here plus you get the view. Just make sure you get reservations!

Amazing experience. Great food. Our server Bill was very nice and professional. Best view of the falls from the rotating restaurant! Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed dinner here, the duck pastrami was incredible, as were the views. The waiters were so friendly and helpful to us.

This tower offers one of the best views of Niagara falls area. Much better than the Skywheel. I went there in COVID times so there was no one on the observation deck, which made the experience more enjoyable.

The views from this tower are stunning, especially when you can literally feel the mist coming from Niagara Falls on the top viewing deck. Definitely recommend while traveling in the Niagara Region.

We were so excited to come here! What an awful experience! From the minute we arrived we went to check in and were asked to wait 15 mins then check in. We didn’t sit until 845 we arrived at 8 for an 830 reservation because when making the reservation it states to come early because after 15 mins after reservation time you will loose your reservation. What a joke. The service is the main reason for the 1 star and we wish we could give it a 0 but the food was horrendous as well. We had a better meal at the Outback! We were ignored and it had nothing to do with New Years Eve. All the tables around us were treated better and attended to. We had to ask for bread, water and drinks and each time we were treated as if we were bothering them. Next the food was terrible and we were very specific about my food allergy yet my dish came with it on my plate even though it wasn’t on the menu. They supposedly made me a new one however within 10 mins I had an allergic reaction and let’s not talk about the smell. Make us vomit. So not worth the $300 we spent.overrated.

Me and my boyfriend went here for New Year’s Eve. I have never once written a review for any place online but I was so disappointed with Skylon Tower that we both took the time to write this review. I was so excited for the entire experience. Unfortunately it was rainy and foggy so there wasn’t much of a view but you can’t control that. However, we were both extremely disappointed with, and honestly shocked by, the poor quality of the buffet. There were minimal choices of food, all of which were prepared subpar at best. I’ve been to trashy buffets with better quality food, prices, and presentation. In the end, with the buffet, one drink, and begrudgingly a tip, we each paid 85 dollars each. The staff was absolutely lovely. But for what we paid and the overall expectation of such a famous place, the results were NOT worth even close to the cost, especially on New Year’s Eve.

Der Preis um auf den Turm hinauf zu fahren ist zwar nicht gerade günstig. Die Aussicht von den beiden Decks ist jedoch 1A! Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf die Amerikanischen und Kanadischen Wasserfälle, sowie auf auf Goat Island. Auch dank der grobmaschigen Gitter auf der Plattform im freien ist es problemlos möglich tolle Fotos zu machen.

Place is cool because up top you get a really cool view of the falls and the city but I honestly rather save my money and walk a lil more to see the falls closer

I like it very much for the view of Niagara falls to take lot of pictures. You can see Canadian and American sites of the fall to have a better idea of the shape. You can see the moisture that goes up from the water going down, pretty impressive and beautiful. It is very nice I recommend it.

While the experience, views, and service were all great, my boyfriend and I thought the food was dismal. In short: the food was cold, bland, and disappointing for the hefty price-tag.

For an appetizer we ordered cheesy garlic bread, and this was the best thing we ate during that lunch. For entrees we ordered the tortellini alfredo and the chopped beef tenderloin burger. The tortellini alfredo was one of the most bland pasta dishes I have ever consumed. It quite literally tasted like tortellini tossed in heavy cream. The burger was cold and grey. The "shoe-string" fries were cold and not seasoned. Without reservation, I would say a McDonald's burger and fries is of much higher quality. Including the food and one alcoholic beverage, our bill was about $120. If I am going to pay that much for food, I expect much higher quality.

With that being said, the service was incredible, we were helped by 2 extraordinarily pleasant gentlemen. In addition, the view was breathtaking, and clearly the best part of our dining experience. Unfortunately, they really cram diners in together to get the most profit. Even though I made reservations months in advance, my boyfriend and I were crammed between two other couples, making the meal uncomfortable at best.  

To summarize: Although the view is incredible, I don't think the dining experience is worth the hefty price-tag for a meal. I think you are better off just paying for a trip up the elevator to the observation deck.

Dave and Carmen were our waiters. They worked all night in sync and did not forget our table. While one was bringing the dessert, the other was bringing water.

There is a minimum charge of 45 dollars per person. So, if you just want to have an appetizer, you can’t. You have tp order at least 45 dollars per person. They give you a break with the children though. Their special menu (which runs only certain hours) is half adult price.

The prime rib was cooked correctly according to what everyone ordered. I ordered shrimp cocktail and French onion soup instead. The shrimps were 5 big shrimp and horseradish sauce. The onion soup was bullion and stir fry onions. Too much bread inside of the soup and the cheese did not taste like gruyere. Now, to be honest, I do not mind changes on the cheese to make it less traditional. But, a good onion soup has the flavor of the alcohol. In my cooking, I use sherry.

We got to walk around the observation desk. You get to see Niagara Falls 360.

Visited at night, shops were open at the top so visibility from indoor is zero.outdoor deck was out of order due to weather.a real waste of money! And the parking was $30, ridiculous!

Wonderful service and beautiful views. Large portions of well prepared meat and fresh bread. Great cocktails and incredible desserts! They had a live pianist while we were there, which was a nice accompaniment to the ambiance. Only down side for me were the sides that came with my meal were basic and bland.unseasoned potato and a large chunk of steamed broccoli.for the price I would have hoped for sides that were given more attention. Overall a great experience and I would go again.

The restaurant is only desgined for customers to pay for view and tips. It is extremely expensive, the tables are very small and uncomfortable. The atmosphere is crazy, employees rush too much and very annoying music. I took my wife on our first anniversary thinking they would provide special service when i left them a notice during the reservation but the waiter was careless and focused on serving as many tables for better tips. The moment i finished my plate ; they brought the bill on my table without any notice which was an indirect kick out. The food was seriously unbelievable to the point where i had to drive to McDonalds afterwards to have a better dinner. Almost $ 150 paid for a small dish without any drinks or desserts.

We arrived just an hour before closing time. We visited only the observation deck. If you are coming in the winter, come prepared with hats and gloves and windbreaker.

Horrible service. One and a half hour wait before being seated even though reservations were made. Steak was cold and had to be brought back. Would not come back.

Awesome view of the falls and the whole of Niagara. It’s worth it going for lunch or dinner at the revolving restraunt while you are there. The ride up to the observatory will set you back by CAD 15 on the glassed elevator but if you are going for a meal at the revolving restraunt, it’s free. Yes you would have to pay for the meal

It was a beautiful experience being up there. Good views of the falls and the city. It was quite cold and windy up ther so be sure to dress up in warm jackets when you're up there.

Awesome view with great staff and service. The quality of food should have been better for the amount of money that was paid. Dan and Carmen were awesome, would recommend if the price equaled the plate.

Great view! But the food. The meats are good, I guess the kitchen don't know how to season the rest of the food. The service are lazy but not bad. Anyway I'm glad the pracing are below the ceiling though.

It was a horrible experience. You better go to MANDARIN for half the price. Food was either burned or not cooked properly. It was crowded. Paid over $220 for a 4 people meal. Menu was poor for a new year dinner. What a waste of money and time. Very dissatisfied. You paid that money at THE KEG and you get very good flavor and food.

This was one of the worst experiences at skylon tower for new years eve. Costumer service was horrific, way below standards. Food tasted like microwaveable dinner at walmart. The entire staff, kitchen should be retrained or fired. I was still hungry after my almost $200 bill and went home and ate mr.noodles and tasted way better. We had reservations for 11 and they sat us 10 mins before midnight. I brought my friends here to celebrate new years and i was so embarrassed. No apologies from staff, very unprofessional. Never coming back. Do not come and waste your money at this restaurant.

The food was amazing. The view of the falls was great. Service of staff was amazing. The dessert was very good. You also get to view the falls from the observation deck.

The only reason I give it 2 stars was because the service was great. However, the most disappointing dining experiences of my life. The food quality was incredibly underwhelming, limited in choice, and prepared poorly given the price and the reputation of the restaurant. I can honestly say I’ve prepared better dishes in my college dorm room with nothing but a easy bake oven and a microwave.

Upon arrival we were told we had to take pictures before entering the elevator. After asking staff not take our picture they gave us no choice. Once we went upstairs we were seated in a very squished area. The view is nice but you are eating with everyone else, there is no privacy. The system in having 2 separate waiters is confusing and lacks communication between them. Took them quite a while to take our food order and our drink order. We ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter struggled with opening it. Our food tasted as if it was previously prepared and just microwaved upon order. It is way overpriced and the turning in the dining room made us very dizzy. To say the least we will not be returning.
