Skylon Tower Revolving Dining Room

Super fun place to eat. There is a perfect view of the falls. I would highly suggest it. I would say if you get car sick or sea sick easily to not do this attraction. The reason being because the restaurant slowly rotates. I didn't get sick but you might want to consider that before reserving. Overall rating is a 10 out of 10. Awesome.

Incredible restaurant at the top of skylon tower. Please be aware this is a pricey tourist spot. Dinner was fantastic and views are just incredibly.

Absolutely amazing Views from the top. The food was okay tbh, they should work on platting, temperature and quality of the food. It’s pretty average if you go by the price. Otherwise service, atmosphere was very good. The drinks options they have it’s pretty good. Highly recommended Pina colada. I might will go one more time for dinner to have night view from the falls.

VERY expensive for what you get. As a couple we got 2 appetizers, two beers and 2 entrees and it cost us $250 WITHOUT tip. Great service so they still got a good tip but it was insanely expensive. On top of that we were huge fans of getting our picture taken while waiting for our food but as someone who works in the tourism industry it's to be expected for this type of place. Love Niagara but I don't think we'll be back.

En effet, nous n'étions pas assises près des vitres et donc nous n'avions aucune vue sur les chutes, seulement sur les gens devant nous. Nous payons le même prix que ceux assis aux vitres alors que nous n'avons clairement pas passé la même soirée. De plus, il était obligatoire de prendre un plat principal (impossible de prendre uniquement une entrée), le moins cher étant à 50$ et ceci n'était mentionné nulle part. Nourriture très moyenne. Je ne recommande absolument pas!

If possible avoid this place. Huge discrimination for vegan/vegetarian people. No vegan option in kid's menu. The front end was responsive however the manager/ supervisor was extremely rude. I had requested for table for 5 nearer to glass window as it was my parents 1st visit to Niagara, however even when there such window adjacent tables were available, it wasn't allocated to us.

CN tower 360 restaurant in Canada was so better than this revolving restaurant. Even resolving deck was also not impressive. I won't recommend this restaurant in case you prefer vegan/vegetarian meal.

If you want very sub-par food, (My Prime Rib was gray snd tasteless, zero spice on the beyond basic potatoes and broccoli. The cocktails were even terrible. Service was great! Views were great.

Food was terrible. Dish of lettuce thrown at us, followed by cold steak and undercooked veg. Coffee thrust upon us during the main course, then a foul mousse served as dessert. Wouldn't ever recommend.

Maybe it was because I went on the Easter long weekend but this dining experience was a disaster. We had reservations but had to wait 45 minutes to get seated. The food was awfully bland, cold and took long to be served. I got an eggplant parm and the cheese had no flavour and was very thick. The eggplant was mushy and had no salt.

This restaurant is a waste of your time and money. The CN tower 360 restaurant is a much better experience and not this chaotic. I would recommend seeing the falls from the actual observation area and go to a different restaurant.

Worth every bit for the experience! It's a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. This is fine dining with excellent service, and exceptional food. I ordered the chicken breast in the herb sauce, and it melted in your mouth. My boyfriend ordered the Filet Mignon Bearnaise and I'm pretty sure he fell in love on the first bite. The sauce was divine! For dessert we had the Praline Cheesecake and Creme Brulee, both of which were amazing! The floral drinks were also unique and tasty. But even all that does not compare to the view! You get a Birds Eye View over the falls and city, it's breathtaking. Certainly a place to not miss!

I had changed my reservation from 6: 00pm to 6: 30pm this morning, but the restaurant told me around 6: 00pm that my reservation has not been changed… the waiter in the phone has a super bad attitude too. I don't understand why the restaurant being blamed on me when it's their fault specially it’s on my birthday. Since we are driving from U. S, I only can say this is wasting my time.

People eat here for the exceptional view so the food is expensive, but is it GOOD/WORTH it? As weekly steakhouse patrons back home, we had high expectations for our filet mignon & NY strip & having read the reviews, we knew both were the better choices from the menu. However, my medium NY strip was more medium well and barely had any flavor/spices. Was dry with very little sauce underneath and to be able to finish it, I had to ask for more sauce!
My ladies medium rare was more medium and had a 2nd bearnaise sauce that was tasty (best option for the $)

As for the FRENCH ONION SOUP, it was the best both of us lactose intolerant frenchies we've ever had and we def paid for it! So be careful ;) ;)

Check time of sunset & book yr reservation 30mins to an hour b4!
If late/summer, you also can make the 10pm fireworks atop the observation deck but its cold and windy so dress.ontop of a dress & we went late to be with as many well dressed ppl bc it IS a tourist/casino town so most patrons don't seem to dress up to drop $250 on a meal for a couple!

The professional photographer did a great job of not getting the reflection in the glass (instead of the taky photoshopped one u can buy from Skylon Tower)

The Skylon Tower has amazing 360° views of the Niagara Falls area. Reservations at the restaurant entitle you to free entrance to the Observation Deck. You check in 15 minutes before your reservation and are directed to the elevators. The glass front elevators go up the outside of the tower. The restaurant is an experience in itself as it slowly rotates approximately one complete turn per hour. The decor is upscale with white tablecloths and napkins. That said, I have to discuss the food. Our meal started out well with tasty New England Clam Chowder and French Onion Soup. The bread was served cold. The Calamari was so chewy as to be inedible. The entrees were not much better. The Marinated Salmon Salad had nice ingredients, but the salmon itself was not seared and had a mushy consistency. The Tortellini tasted like it had been frozen. One piece was actually hard and stuck to the plate. Despite the breathtaking scenery, this was the worst meal during our vacation.

My wife and I went there on a whim tonight, after mixed reviews, and I want to say, first and foremost, how nice everyone on staff was.

It is a very unique experience, and as long as you know you're paying for that as much as the food (everything was wonderful by the way) you truly don't have any right to complain.

A special thank you to one of our servers who comped one of our desserts once the fact we were in Niagra Falls for our 5 year anniversary was discovered.

Skip the food and just go 1 floor higher to enjoy the view. Wouldn’t go back for the food.

Very mixed feelings, over all I probably wouldn’t recommend. The food was ok, but VERY over priced. They were charging $110 CAD for a bottle of wine that costs $15 USD at the grocery store back home. The service was really slow, we had to ask for the bread that gets served at the start, we waited about 35 minutes between finishing and taking away our appetizer and our entrees getting served. We skipped dessert because it was late and we were tired.

My only other comment is that the rotation is REALLY fast for a revolving restaurant. I’ve been to a few in the US, and this one is by far the fastest we’ve been in. It literally made me dizzy sitting there. We did 2 full rotations in an hour and a half, and it can make you very disoriented once you’re back on solid land. At other revolving restaurants it’s usually takes that amount of time to do one rotation, so it was very weird.

Overall, it’s a very touristy experience. If you’re looking for somewhere really nice and upscale, I would look elsewhere. This is upscale dining for tourists, and that’s great if that’s what you want! But if you don’t want a touristy experience, I wouldn’t go here.

Great company, we had the buffet. Not the best but we came for the views, will try the table order restaurant next visit

The view and experience are what you're paying for here. The food is terrible and pricey - the dishes are bland and overcooked.

The view was great, but the food was mediacore at best. If you want the view, just pay the deck view, not the food, over priced, and the quality is not up to par.
