Skypark Airport Parking

Arrived 30 minutes late for pick up at the airport.car had no seat belts on the rear seats.not recommended.

I made an appointment for parking for 4 days a few months ago, but it was full on the day and told us that there was no seat, so what did we make an appointment for, we went to the airport to check in before returning, but there was still no seat He also told us otherwise, what do you want from me? The attitude is very bad. The point is that since there is already an appointment at that time, you should reserve the seat first. It can be said that if you don’t show up within the reserved time, you can move the seat to someone else, this is reasonable, otherwise the appointment system is nothing

They werent "available when we arrived" and apparently we weren't "noticeable enough" when the shuttle got us from the airport. The lots pretty trash, and as rude as they were I will say it was definitely not worth the price. I'll be sure to use a different lot next trip

Great Service! Wish I could go 4.5 stars. The only downsides were that it was a pretty long wait (20 Min) from the time I called for the shuttle until pickup. The competition's vehicle drove by many times while I waited. And the vans they use are very experienced.not that it's that big of a deal since your only inside of them for less than 10 min. On the upside, check-in/out was very fast, price was great and having my car waiting and warmed up when I got out of their van was a nice touch.

I parked here and came back to scratches on my car.
I made a reservation and got a confirmation but when I got to the parking I was told it is full. The only way to park is to give the key to the attendant. There was no choice for me, so I left the key and upon my return there were scratches on my car and the side mirror. Very obvious some tried to park carelessly.
The attendant was not helpful and I sent email to the company but no reply.
This is a scam. I will contact Better Business Bureau or any who can take care of this.

This is a nice convenient place to park your vehicle prior to travelling. They offer competitive rates. You pay on arrival. They offer you a shuttle to the terminal. Once you arrive you can call them and request the shuttle to bring you back to the lot to retrieve your vehicle. You have to be patient as they will not come right away. The parking area is fenced but they do not assume any liability.

Choose any other company other then this. After waiting more than half hour last night with my two year old in terminal 3 and calling them 4 times for a pick up, the rude driver shows up with an attitude and tells me this is free shuttle, you have to wait and not complain!
They only had me to pick up so I guess they though why give a shuttle service for only one family.
The operators and staff have no clue what service is and only benefit from the monopoly and shortage of parking options.
Haven’t tried park’n fly to comment but while I was waiting for my shuttle they had a car pull-up every 30 seconds.

The gentleman driving the shuttle was lovely but they advertised Valet parking, we reserved Valet parking and when we arrived we were told (with a bit of a chuckle) "We don't have Valet". The vehicles are jammed in together, there's no main building to wait in for the shuttle so you wait in/at your car until the shuttle bus drives by. The lot is pot holed and muddy. We will use Park N Fly next time.

If I could rate this company as 0 stars I would! They advertise ‘valet parking’ and when you show up the parking lot is a nasty mud pit with no valet. Self park only. The transport vehicles are dirty and gross. Upon arriving back to the airport we waited more than 30 minutes to be picked up. Each time we called we were given ‘just two more minutes’. Stay away from this company!

Not the best customer service and website is a little confusing but otherwise no other problems.

I had mt car parked here for a week, when I returned my seat and mirrors had all been adjusted, which I didn't think much of, but then I noticed my sunglasses were missing and there was an entire cigarette on the floor of the passenger side

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I came back from vacation to find my driver's side mirror smashed. When I called they said they're not responsible and I'm parking at my own risk. They jam the card in like sardines so I'm guessing this is a regular occurrence. I will never be using the Airport Rd Skypark again

Never park here. I made a reservation online, received a confirmation, yet when I showed up to park, they told me they were full and were turning cars away. I showed him my reservation confirmation and was told to leave and go elsewhere. Thankfully Park n Fly had availability. Never again. Terrible service.

I reserved a self-park spot the night before, got confirmation # and printed receipt.i go there the next morning and no self park available, only valet? !? So i had to leave my keys and they parked my car. Other than that, things were ok, quick drop off and pick up.driver was fine.

I've parked the car here a few times without issue. The cars are jammed in but I've never had an issue. On our last trip we booked the car in for a week on their web site. All was good. We arrived and were told the lot was full, even though we booked in. Many cars in front of us in line having the same experience. The attendant seemed just as frustrated as we were but couldn't help. We scrambled and ended up at park 'n fly. It was a bit more money but service was great. Just a heads up. If you are booked in, give yourself time just in case you have find another spot.

I wouldn’t even give it one star. Was there to park at 2: 30am just to be told they wouldn’t honour their coupon telling me it didn’t apply to our air service. Won’t return calls. Even their coupon on their webpage is outdated.

The drop off was great. On return, we arrived around 1: 30 am and called for pick up and told to wait at a certain spot. When the ride arrived, there were too many people and had to wait another 15 minutes for another ride. Inconvenient, but not bad, just not what we or some of the others expected.

No room in the parking area - we have always used Skypark but this will be the last time. You have to drive around to find a spot and then there isn’t much room

Valet? What valet? What a joke! Place look nothing like the picture. It’s an out back, low grade gravel pit full of pot holes that cost me over $95 for 4 days. Staff rude and said there is no valet … that it closed a little while ago.what a way to start our vacation. If I could give a zero rating I would.
