SkyVu Solutions-Phone Repair

It seems like my service is always blocked or expired even though they take automatic payments every month. I have to call them to get it fixed all the time and the lady that answers the phone is rude as hell. She basically tells me I pay for a service that never works and o well. The younger guy is not so bad at least he tries to help and get it back up and running for you.

These guys have the worst customer service ever. First you give them your credit card for auto payment, they take the money and you need to call to them to get the service. When you complain about anything they ask you to call the manager. If lucky to get in touch with the manger, she just denies that you called at all? The kept charging for months with no service that I had to call my bank to block them and get the charges back. Now they stated charging me with a different name. This business should be illegal.

Brought another android box from them. Because they couldn't fix my old one. But still having problems with there service still. Freezing up on channels and movies? Plus they say to Text msg them. But they don't answer you Back. For Days. This cost me $150.00 cash?

I have always found the staff at Sky Vu helpful either in person, by phone or text. I have been a long term customer and find their customer service excellent. Even when it is an "end user" issue very patient in explaining the correct steps.
