We reserved a trip from Niagara Falls to Toronto. First they change the location of the departure stop many times and it without clear which one was the final one. And then, they delayed the bus 3h later than original hour at the last minute without an explanation. Now we hope to finally have this bus. I absolutely don't recommend.

Awful and stressful experience with Flixbus and Sky coach Lines. Had a trip booked from Toronto to Niagara Falls and black toi Toronto. First trip to Niagara Falls ok but for the trip back terrible (pick up location changed twice, can't access ours reservation on the website, delayed 3 jours)
