Skyway Park

We left 2 vehicles at Skyway Park from Dec. 25,2023 to Jan. 1,2024. We received 5* service, quick shuttle drop off and pick up, courteous staff and a good price. We highly recommend this parking lot for hazzle free airport parking.

Good drop off and drive to airport. Bad experience when I came home. I used valet parking and they delivered to me a damaged front bumper. Their snow plow hit it. They did NOT honour the repair although they promised to. I chased them for months.

Extremely unacceptable service. I made the reservation on the phone for my father with a man who promised he would send all the information and confirmation over through text message and guranteed a price of $295 CAD after taxes. However we received no information/confirmation and when my father went to the location he was told the price was around $483 CAD. I spoke with an employee there who told me he had no idea who i spoke with but there “was no such thing as the $295 price tag”. They could not confirm which employee i spoke with and why i was lied to then unable to answer any of my questions they hung up the phone on me. Absolutely unacceptable and 100% i’m telling everyone i know to avoid this service.

Terrible service, had an amazing vacation and then we get home and they somehow managed to destroy my brakes completely, and of course won’t fix anything or do anything for me because “they are not liable”. Stuck in Toronto waiting 4 hours for a tow truck. Do not go here. Waste of money and time. So unprofessional.

We flew out of YYZ and used SkywayPark to park our vehicle for 3 weeks at their north location (7855 Finch Ave West, Toronto, ON L6T 0B2).

On our return, there were several problems with the minibus sent to collect us from the airport and return to the lot.

1) The interior of the van smelled strongly of gasoline fumes, as if there was an exhaust leak or fumes being drawn into the ventilation system. It made us all feel sick.

2) Numerous seatbelts in the vehicle were broken or not operational.

3) The main sliding door to the passenger compartment had a broken latch, and could only be opened from the outside. There was a perspex screen separating the driver compartment, so there would be no way out of the vehicle in the event of an accident or fire.

I notified the driver of these problems but he appeared to either not care, or to simply not understand, shrugging his shoulders.

If you value your personal safety, avoid this company!

Great place to park while you're away. Shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and courteous. Price was reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised on picking our car up that they had it waiting at the office for us and it had been washed. We'll definitely be back.

Impressed with prompt pick up at airport, complimentary free car wash. Highly recommend them. Have used there services for many years.

Left our truck and keys there for their valet service in December 2022. Unfortunately when we returned the manager Kumar informed me that my truck was stolen from the lot - he then told me they moved my truck to a "more secure" lot because thats where they keep their higher end vehicles. I was hoping since this was a place where you leave the keys and they park your car it would have been safer and more secure. He told me many times that Skyway Park has lots of insurance so not to worry that they will cover everything - that never happen. A couple of days later i received an email from corporate saying that they would "work with MY insurance company ". So they had no intentions of making it right on their end. Its unfortunate really - took me over 2 months to replace this truck and i was out thousands of dollars.
They never even refunded me for the parking i paid for.

My wife and I use Skyway park and have for approximately 5 plus years now. We only use the valet park so our vehicle is clear of ice and snow in the winter when we return and is nice and cool in the summer when we get there. Nothing but great service our vehicle is always well taken care of. When you first pull up you're greeted with a friendly smile, they help with your bags for the shuttle, the transfer to the airport is seamless. The service of washing the car and detailing is excellent. Nothing worse than coming back from a two-week trip in your vehicle's all covered in dust and dirt, these gentleman take great care of it for you. Your return is very simple as you come through the baggage area once you've collected your bags you just make a phone call with the code on the top of your receipt and depending on which terminal you're coming from and whether it's International or not they tell you where to go and it's simple. 5 to 7 minutes later you're on your way back to your vehicle. I highly recommend Skyway park I guarantee you'll be happy with the service. Jim Chamberlain

Was Here 3 4 months ago Came with my wife The staff seemed ignorant they dont talk at all and they said wait for shuttle when we were waiting in office the guy in the office left too And Stood outside And then a Punjabi came too office and started talking to us and he was quite A good talker lol we waited 20 mins but Just bcos of thiis guy we dont mind it bcos we loved to talking to him Would love to meet tht guy again overall Service was Good

We've been using Skyway Park for the last 3 years. They are great, fast and reliable. On my last trip, I had an issue with them driving my car for 22 kilometers after I parked it, but when I talked to the manager, he told me that their employees don't take the cars on unnecessary rides, and they only move them to their other parking lot to protect them. I recommend to use Skyway park for all your parking requirements.

Good prices good location.good staff.we arrived home from europe tired, bags lost and then noticed scrape on car.the men reached the manager mr Suresh K.who assured me all would be looked after.unfortunately the car had been hit by a snowplow and was recorded.they do photograph every vehicle in valet parking.he was a gentleman and all was settled well.we have used several times and will be back.it is not luxurious but suitable.thanks suresh

Service was prompt and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver broke off the handle on my suitcase loading it in the shuttle at the start of my trip. He never mentioned it and I did not notice until after he left. Not a good start. There was also confusion when we arrived back. There were signs at Pearson Airport directing us for Off-Site Parking pickups, which we followed. From there we tried to call the number Skyway Park provided on the receipt. No answer. So we followed the directions they had given us and had HIGHLIGHTED on the receipt for our return pickup. We proceeded to terminal C and post 19 and tried calling again. This time they answered and then told us we were in wrong place. The original place we called from was the place they wanted to pick us up, not what was on receipt. So, not sure why we were given wrong instructions at Departure. A shuttle soon arrived the driver told us we were at the drop off point and not the pickup point for Air Canada. Eventually after contacting the office, the driver did take us back from that spot. Mostly all was good but these 2 issues lowered my rating of might have been a really good experience.

Paid for VIP service. Called to get picked up from the airport and when I got to the office they asked what car. Never got the service I paid for. Asked to be reimbursed the extra I paid for the service I didn't receive and they said a manager would call me. Given the name Suren for a manager and never replied or responded. Paid for an extra service, kept the money and never received that service promised.
I will update this post if they contact me to try to rectify the issue

Highly recommend this establishment. The people were super friendly, very helpful and acoomadating. The service was precise- got me to and from the sirport in record time and all round just a great professional experience. And their prices cant be bet. Highly recommend!

Update: the manager explained there have been theft and security issues in the area so they moved my car to the more secure lot 3kms away and offered a free week next time. Much appreciated. Only thing is it would have been fine altogether if they let me know this in advance.

All was great until returning to my car that had been driven 7KMs. Should have been less than a KM to move it to the lot. Someone was clearly driving around in my car while I was away 3.5 days. Spots of oil drippings ON TOP of my car as well. Didn't pay to have any work done while parked. Ridiculous. Not booking with Skyway Park again. Do not recommend.

I have been using Skyway Park for a few years. I have never had an issue with their online reservation or in person service. I usually take advantage of specials for car wash and detailing. They have always done a great job. Compared to other parking sites, they are reasonably priced, shuttle is always there and ready to take me tot he terminal and I haven’t waited more than 10-15 minutes when I call for the shuttle on return flights. Check them out if you need parking for the airport.

First time I've used them but will be coming back. Valet service at self-park prices. Picked up at terminal within 10 minutes of calling. Car ready and running. No surprise charges. Best I've used!

Great experience using Skyway Park. Did not have to wait long for the shuttle going to and from the airport. Friendly workers and my car was started and ready to go when I got off of the shuttle. Very convenient and I will be using them again in the future!

I’ve used Skyway park several times and have always had incredible service. I do the VIP option where they clear off and warm up your car and bring it to the front of the lot (so needed in the winter months). They’re always quick, friendly and really well priced. Special shout out to Kumar who went above and beyond to hook me up on my last booking- when I had last minute changes after my departure. Easy to get a hold of & always great with problem solving.

I was going away for 5 weeks in May 2022 and found that Skyway Park was offering the best offer for a long term parking, so booked a self-park spot. After booking they called me saying the lot is fully booked and offered me the valet parking instead. There was no problem until I dropped my car off and took the shuttle to the airport.

While I was away, I checked the app connected to the GPS device inside the car, which showed that the car had been moved 3 times in between two different lots. I did not get any notification from Skyway regarding them having to transfer my vehicle multiple times without my permission. It was unpleasant, but I understood.

After I picked up my car in June, I noticed a cigarettes burn mark on the passenger seat. There was also an apparent smoke residue mark all over the headrest. It was clear someone was smoking seating in the driver's seat while the passenger seat was empty. I don't smoke, and no one else drove the car. I drive a Porsche with leather seats, and my car was just 3.5 months old when I dropped it off at Skyway. I got my car in an immaculate condition in February 2022.

I contacted Skyway and explained what I found. I was cautious trying not to be rude, and they said a few times that they'd investigate. After a few exchanges of phone calls and emails, they stopped getting back to me. It's been over 3 months now. There has been no attempt to offer a compensation or a repair. Repairing a cigarette burn mark doesn't even cost that much. I wasn't going to leave a review but I've waited long enough for them to fix their mistake.

Great service, friendly staff. Able to drop-off and get ride to airport quickly. Pick-up was within 10 minutes of calling. Car was ready for us. Price was good too. Will use again. Thanks Skyway Park.

I had a dead battery when I arrived back to pick up my car (old battery, not from their actions!). They boosted the car, tidied it up, and got me on the way quickly. Both drop off and pick up were easy, fast, and inexpensive. The people who run the biz are wonderful. They will even detail your car while you’re away. Next time!

Skyway Park is incredible. I used their self-park service. Unfortunately I lost my car key when traveling, and Skyway worked tirelessly with me and my family to help get me the alternative car key. It was such a reassurance that my brother did not have to wait to physically give me the key, and that we trusted Skyway to hold the car key for us. They gave me the car key in the shuttle ride to my car, and were extremely kind considering the rough travel experience we had. Highly highly recommend them to anyone wanting to park in Toronto, impeccable, trustworthy and hardworking staff. Thank you Skyway Park!

Honestly, the promo was a hoax. They say bronze detailing was free on the promo and still charge full price. If you were to choose detail for the promo, I would suggest choosing a 20$ coupon instead of detailing. Because they don't even remove the little coffee cup left inside your car and they call it interior detailing. I parked there for two months of valet service with no cleaning of the car and no promo applied. Paid the full amount and the people are ridiculous, not friendly, had no smile, and not welcoming. Just wasted my 500$ for a couple of months, I would have better off parking somewhere else. I will not be choosing this place again, I will pay extra for some other friendly places that care about their customers and their cars. It's a scam parking our car under the sun with the name of the valet parking.

Decided to try these guys for airport parking and was disappointed.
The lot I used was on the property of Wet and Wild off of Finch, but there is no signage at all making it difficult to tell if we were in the right place in the dark at 4: 30am.
This lot is also a gravel lot, so when I picked up my car after a week it was covered in dust and will need a good clean.
Drop off at the airport was smooth and efficient.
Pick up was a different matter. We called for pickup and were told it would be 12 minutes - it was 20 minutes. Then the driver was either ill or tired because his driving was extremely erratic and dangerous (repeatedly wandering into the next lane, braking weirdly, etc). I'm just glad we made it back to our car safely.
I will not be using them again.

I arranged to have my car detailed while away on vacation. The service provided was very professional. The mats I was planning to throw away turned out like new. The interior was well vacuumed and the exterior was shiny. Everything was clean and tidy. All my car belongings were neatly placed in a bag in the trunk. If you are short on time, this is an excellent way to get another task off your to-do list. I highly recommend this service.

The service was great! This team was courteous and quick! We got there and were quickly loaded up and shuttled off to the airport and only needed to leave the car with them to park. When we returned and called for pickup, they were there very quickly and had our car right out front and waiting. We were on our way in minutes!

Highly recommend this parking facility when flying out of YYZ. Express service, clean car when you come back and friendly staff. Less than 5 minutes wait on both ends for the shuttle service.

I have been parking at Skyway park for several years now. The location is very convenient especially the new one at Dixon Rd. The rates are extremely good but the best part is the friendly and very helpful staff. Their drop off van is very clean and has fiber glass barrier for COVID times. Very easy to book online and their valet service is extremely good especially in winter as your car is ready and warm when you get back from airport. Amazing service and amazing prices. My go to place for airport parking.

What can I say about the folks at skyway park. Amazing guys! Dropped my car off for a week long trip. Pick up and drop off was flawless. The online app was easy to use. Had simple check in and check out.

Got my car back and it was detailed perfectly. My car was clean inside and out just like new.

Miss placed my wallet they came to the rescue escorted me back to the terminal and found my wallet.

We often fly out of Toronto. When we do, we always choose to leave our car at Skyway Park and have done so for years. The new location is even more convenient to the airport. The last time we parked, the manager suggested we do detailing of our car. Usually we would decline, but we hadn't cleaned our car for years, and, to be honest, it was pretty dirty inside. Imagine our shock and joy when we returned from our trip to find the interior completely pristine like it had come out of the showroom. It was not an easy job, I'm sure, and the result was that our car was the cleanest it has ever been since we bought it. The Gold detailing package is highly recommended!

So glad I came across their VALET parking lot! Staff is very courteous and their shuttle is ready and on time when we need them, coming and going. Will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

Really difficult to find … They tell you that they offer valet parking, sent on a wild goose chase trying to find pick up location, all to end up eventually at parking lot, that is slow with delayed transport to airport … Never again as had to emergency park in Pearson parking and nearly missed our flights, just awful experience!

We had a fantastic experience with skyway park recently. I booked the valet service and parking for approximately 2 weeks. Drop off was easy, handing over the keys and payment and then the driver helping us load into the shuttle for a quick ride to the terminal. Upon our return I called them for pick up and they sent a dedicated vehicle for us as we were travelling with our baby. When we arrived back at the lot our vehicle was sitting there ready for us, running and warmed up which was perfect considering it was -2 that day. The vehicle exterior had also even been washed as part of of a promotion that was running at that time. I am so glad to have found this service and looking forward to using it again on our next trip.

Arrived within minutes of notifying them i was ready for pick up. Bonus points for offering complementary exterior cleaning of my car and water to cool off. Staff were very courteous and supportive. Excellent valet service for a decent price!

My family and I had an excellent experience parking with Skyway Park. I’ve parked at competitors’ lots in the past and have had several negative experiences. The team at Skyway was professional, courteous and provided excellent service. I was on a shuttle within two minutes of parking my SUV. The driver was extremely polite and drove cautiously. Their shuttle bus has obviously been modified to ensure compliance with COVID-19 regulations – the barrier between the driver and my family ensured that we all felt safe. When we arrived from our trip, the pickup was seamless. We were on the shuttle bus within a few minutes of calling them. I highly recommend Skyway Park and know for a fact that I will be using their service in the future.

We called when we first arrived and were told to park and wait 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we called again and were told another ten and that “now they would send someone” ten after that we called again and were told another 10. Here we sit. I think this is where we live now.

The customer service was excellent and the drop-off & pickup were seamless. I would definitely use Skyway Park again and recommend to friends & others.

Highly recommend. Have used for about 8 years. Great rates and its actually faster than the other lots - take you right to terminal right away and pick you up when you arrive. Never once had an issue. Used during the lockdown and the van is "Covid-proofed" with barrier between driver and the back of the van. Felt safe with their protocols in place.

I have used their service for a couple of my flights and I am very pleased. They are very punctual and their prices are very fair.

I highly recommend using Skyway Park as a place to park your vehicle while you travel. Quick drop off and pick up and I’ve never had damage to my vehicles. I’ve used them quite a few times.

I have parked at Skyway Park lot for Toronto Pearson International for many many years (I'm a university prof who often has conferences to attend) and have always found them very reliable and friendly, and, of course, much more affordable than other parking lots. Even in the midst of the covid situation they are still up and running, and extremely quick to pick up or drop off.

1- Leave keys with them
2- keep keys to yourself (Chose this one)

The front desk person was the driver who dropped me off using the shuttle bus.

So I think they are short of staff, but they are doing their best

I travel regularly between Toronto and Montreal, every 4 to 5 days. I needed an affordable and reliable place to leave my car and chose Skyway Park from the reviews. I have never been disappointed. I book in advance online, I get to keep my keys so I am sure that nobody is driving my car during my absence. The shuttle is fast and reliable. I usually call as soon as I get my suitcase and I barely wait 5 minutes outside till the shuttle arrive. Would recommend.

This is awesome place. Reasonable charges, shuttle service and no issues at all. I parked my car near pearson for 5 days, I was dropped instantly and after 5 days was picked up instantly once I call them upon reaching airport. Service is highly commendable and recommended.

I travel a lot and tried different parking options for my trips before. I v been using Skyway park services for couple years now and very satisfied with the service.
Very quick pick up at the arrival (even with me loosing the ticket and not being sure where I parked:)
Could not start my car last time I came back. They were there with the booster right away.
Overall - quick professional customer service and compatible rates. I would definitely recommend them.

Best airport parking in the entire GTA. Rates are top tier and the shuttle is extremely convenient. They also offer other services like an oil change and various levels of detailing your vehicle, among other things. Been using them for years.

Any negative reviews you see here are very rare occurrences and since no company is perfect you will always have negative experiences from someone. That being said, the reviews saying "don't visit this place" or "stay away" or "never again" are completely unfounded. Even in the super rare case you did have a negative experience it's not going to happen a second time and as I stated earlier no other place in the GTA compares to this company both in price and convenience so if you go anywhere else well.good luck!

Used to love this parking. But over time, as it got more popular, they jacked up the prices and cut down on service. Not worth it anymore

The way there was great but on the way back the driver was very rude. Complained about the number of bags we had, almost got in an accident and dropped our bags on the floor when we got to our car.

Much better prices than Park and Fly. Best of all, when they pick you up from Pearson, they have a valet service so your car is already waiting for you, cleaned of snow and ice, and nice and warm. Quite pleasant when you've just come back from the Caribbean and are wearing just a windbreaker in -20 degree weather!

The shuttle was rather fast and friendly. The only problem I had was that I had some trouble comprehending the person on the phone when I called them to get them to pick us up.

Would and will use them again!

We have been using Skyway Park now for many years and would never go anywhere else. Excellent service and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Valet service is really great and very much appreciated when coming back from the sun to snow covered car without gloves and hat.

When I arrived to pick up y car. It had a completely flat tire. Staff told me it was documented to have a flat around noon that day.over 10 hours later, they drove my car on the flat which wrecked my tire. Skyway refused to pay for the tire that was damaged on their lot and driven flat on their lot by them. I am now out almost $245. I have attached photos showing that my tire was driven completely flat and that the tire was almost new.

DON'T USE THE CROOKS!

Skyway Park is the way to go when flying out of Toronto Pearson. I have used them for over 10 years and wouldn't think of using another company.
Their shuttle service is fast and friendly. They offer good value compared to onsite airport parking and other parking services. When you use the valet option, your car is started and warmed up ready to go when you return.
Give them a try - you won't regret it.

Courteous, efficient and best pricing. For years, this has been my Pearson Airport parking choice. They have never once disappointed.

I’ve used the old skyway park numerous times and have always had good experiences. This is the first I’ve been to the new location. I like that all vehicles are on one lot. I used the valet service this time and very pleased. They check vehicle for dents etc and take down odometer reading to avoid misuse.

This company was amazing. Very nice people, attentive, very very reasonably priced and FAST! There are some companies out there that will make statements trying to get rid of the competition. Experience them for yourself and see. WILL 100% DEFINITELY USE THEM WHEN FLYING

This is, by far, the best airport parking company around and now I discovered that they do the best detailing job I've ever had done on my car. Without exception, every person I've dealt with over the years has been friendly, warm and professional. They are always the first van to show up at the pick up and I'm not left waiting. This last time, I decided on the spur of the moment to get my car detailed because while I've been meaning to do it, it just doesn't get done. The car interior looks like new and the wax job is perfect.no white wax residue anywhere. Thank you to whoever did the work! Amazing job! I have been going to Skywaypark for years and as a small business owner, myself, I know how important customer satisfaction is and these guys deliver every single time. Thank you!
