Solid service. Got stickers printed here and turn around was fast. There was not a lot of options for size and shape, but everything came out as described and for a reasonable price.

Went here to print off some posters and flyers. They were very helpful and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Very fast service, reasonable prices, and great quality prints!

Incredibly kind local print shop that went above and beyond to help me out of a terrible situation Staples left me in. I was inside for about 30 minutes and saw Jay extend that same level of care and consideration to about 6 more people.

Always nice when supporting a local small business is easy and frankly I don't know why I'd print anywhere else.

I've been to SL Graphics on multiple occasions and each time I was met with friendly, efficient and professional service. The owner and their son would always explain step by step of the services they would provide and would have it done within the discussed deadline. On top of that, they negotiated fees which were actually less than the competitive rates of other printing services in Toronto but for better quality of work. I was always left feeling very pleased with the service and its quality. Would definitely recommend SL Graphics!

When you are dealing with this SL Graphic store, you MUST HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHEN IT COMES TO PRICING FOR BUSINESS THEY CANNOT MISPREPREST THEY HAVETO BE REALISTIC AND THEY ONLY SAY BUT NEVER DELIVERY THEIR PROMISES. IT WAS A VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Just picked up Holiday cards for our that we will send to our clients and cards are perfect! Guys from SL (I met only Dipesh and Prakash) suggested the sizing and printed some examples for us so we can check how the card will look like. Awesome experience, highly recommend

Helped me out with some urgent printing and got the job done in a timely fashion. Easy to pass them files by email and staff offered support choosing materials for a banner. Friendly folks, would recommend.

I’ve had it with this place! This time, rather than asking me to move so someone else could use the computer while I fixed the files on my laptop, the guy leaves me sitting there then charges me for using the computer the entire time I was there (which was maybe an hour). I didn’t know I was getting charged. This is what happened: I had tried to print files from my USB stick but they weren’t formatted correctly so I had to change them individually, which I did on my laptop. I didn't move from the chair I'd been sitting in initially, and didn’t know that I wasn’t sitting in the appropriate chair, until I paid at the end. So, part of this $8 computer charge included the time I spent not using the computer when I was doing the following: fixing files on my laptop, waiting for someone else’s print job to finish (which took at least ten minutes), waiting for my files to print (which also took a really long time, because it was just so slow), and chatting with someone I knew who had come into the print shop—I definitely wouldn’t have spent time chatting with the guy if I had known I was being charged for it. The owner said he did charge me less than what he would/should have, but still: I was charged $8 to sit in a chair while I was not using the computer for most of the time. He says people came in wanting to use that computer. I don’t know how I was supposed to know that unless I was told. They could have come in to the print shop wanting a multitude of other things aside from using that specific computer. I wasn’t paying attention to these other people, as I was busy with my own work. This entire time, the boss was sitting next to me, across the short divider. It would have been easy for him to ask me to move, or to suggest that I leave and come back. I'm not a stranger to this place. I would have been happy to leave to deal with files elsewhere or would have gone to sit in another chair, had the guy ask me to move to a different chair. This is totally ridiculous. On the plus side, I’ve had some fine experiences there printing drafts of things, but for final print jobs, I have always gone elsewhere, as things don’t always come out as expected here. If I ever complained about lines through the paper or anything, it was always somehow my fault. I didn’t bother complaining this one time when straight cuts were on the diagonal, as I wasn’t in the mood for another instance of being blamed when it was someone else’s mistake. And I didn’t complain when, a number of times, the print quality wasn’t what I expected. I’ve been living nearby for the past eleven years, and have gone there on and off throughout that time, and quite frequently over the past year, for draft copies, but had never been there for quite so long, so I was never there long enough to find out the details of these computer charges. It’s too bad because they’re close by.

Writting this review because this place and its staff deserve a lot of credits! They're very understanding people. Fast response, and of course excelent service. Keep it up! Thanks for doing my prints everytime.and a special shoutout to Dipesh for understanding me. Thanks!

Went here to print a super nerdy D&D map large enough for 6 people to pore over. The staff were super helpful and the map came out BEAUTIFULLY. Rich colours, high quality. Definitely will be coming back.
