They are in the business of making money. Dr Shapiro certainly is. They should be investigated by OHIP for prescribing unnecessary overnight titrations which modern APAP (not CPAP) can figure out at home, much better anyways as required pressure will very during night anyways.

They have specific cpap machine vendor on site. This vendor wants to sell you their product. Only someone from clinic staff later informed me I can purchase anywhere. This looks like conflict of interest - the clinic should explain the process of purchasing APAP rather than hosting one specific vendor who did not tell me I can deal with any vendor.

Granted there were staff in the clinic that were helpful but that after I pushed. Lots of cpap vendors are like vulchers that are interested in just selling and getting government grant. Luckily I found one that was reasonably trustful as they found out i knew the process.

Dr Shapiro himself was helpful at first visit but later was not. I hoped his MD background would help me in finding issues that are possibly related to apnea.

I had a great experience with the doctors and staff at this location and thanks to them I was finally diagnosed with sleep apnea. The facilities were clean and better than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that they kick you out at 6AM after the sleep study.
