I had the pleasure of being assisted by both Nary and Mateen on separate days. Both of them were super helpful, kind and courteous and helped us find a great mattress. Thank you for your excellent customer service and assistance in working through our transaction! Anyone looking for a new mattress should come to this location and see Mateen or Nary, they are wonderful and very honest and are very insightful. They both knew lots about the products in store.we are very excited for our new bed, and look forward to coming back to get new pillows!

Nary was the Sales Rep that attended me and my friend. What an AWESOME guy. Chill, laid back, funny, professional, consultative while never being pushy. He was VERY patient in my long search for the perfect mattress. In the end I found exactly what I was looking for and when I left the store I felt 100% confident in my purchase. But it had 99% to do with Nary. He really listened about my back issues and lack of sleep. Make sure you ask for him when you drop in and make sure to listen to his advice. Thanks Nary, I love my new bed:)

The whole experience from the second I walked in the door until the the second I left was extraordinarily easy, stress free and filled with the service A King would expect. I felt like a king. Great prices and superior products is the gravy until I was told THEY TAKE THE OLD MATTRESS AWAY TOO! Incredible store. Highly recommended.

Mr. Many is warm and welcoming, and showed great courtesy. He assisted my daughter in mattress shopping while she's away for college, providing her with an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Called ahead to confirm they had a specific mattress, and they confirmed verbally. When I went to pick it up, the manager said they didn't have it, and gave me a worse mattress instead, charged me $100 more, and didn't allow refunds or exchanges. Avoid at all costs.

Mateen was very helpful and attentive. He was able to help us choose the best bed and deal available for us.

The in-store experience was one of the worst I've ever had. I was basically bullied into a purchase when I explained that I wasn't willing to spend $180 for one pillow. The salesperson told me that online items (which I was interested in trying in person, but the in-store inventory did not match) were not eligible for return/exchange anyway. When I caved in to buy two pillows that were barely in my price range I was offered a ridiculous discount ($9 on one pillow, how generous) and told, *after I paid* that in-store purchases don't qualify for return/exchanges either. This is very likely illegal - or shows incompetence/bad faith on behalf of the salesperson, you choose - and absolutely ridiculous compared that what the competitors offer. That being said, after one night with my new pillows, they're not a great fit. They may get better, they may not. Regardless, I can't return them. Please stay away from this brand or, at least, from this particular store.

Great service. Mateen is very knowledgeable. Bought King and Queen mattresses, pillows, and a duvet. Highly recommended!

I spent 2 hours at the store looking at mattresses to purchase before moving into my new condo. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Ray. Ray is not your typical salesperson. I would consider him a sleep expert. He walked me through the original mattresses I looked at during a previous visit but added so many other factors that I didn't even consider. I learned that a comfortable sleep is 80% mattress and 20% pillow. He was fantastic, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. He values giving you information and letting you make a decision that is best for you. I will buy all future mattresses from Ray. If you are unsure of what you want and don't want to decide based on other people's reviews give Ray a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Ray at this Sleep Country location went above and beyond to help us get our mattress delivered on a condensed timeline. He was incredibly helpful and respectful of our time. Would highly recommend!

There are variety of products and also great salesperson Ray who helped us to find the right mattress for us by listening us very carefully and answering all of our questions and concerns in our minds, he rocks!

Went to this store to inquire about bed and mattress for a patient of mine who is about to be discharged from hospital. The sale person was not very welcoming and attitude was unprofessional. Perhaps that was because I asked the lowest price of a single bed with mattress (sorry, this senior patient has very limited budget). Because the store doesn't have pricelist or pamphlets, I asked if he could show me where to find bed frames quotes at Sleep Country Online store, he was unable to find frames category which is fine, but keep saying my phone is not working well. Very poor customer service and I would not personally shop here or suggest any of my colleagues to go! Feels bad because we used to love Sleep Country for its bed donation charity program to help our low income patients!

Noticed a few other reviews for Ray online! He truly is the greatest and was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right pillow, all while keeping everything very sanitary and safe:)

Someone should give this man a promotion or a bonus, he deserves it!

I recently walked into Sleep Country on Bloor at Spadina to buy a pillow and came out with a great pillow AND a great mattress! Ray, the owner, was so knowledgeable and helpful in speaking with me about how to improve my sleep. He worked with me on the price AND set me up with an arrangement to pay that I was able to meet. THIS STORE IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR NEXT BED PURCHASE!

Last night we bought a new queen size bed from Sleep Country on Bloor street. Our son and daughter in law are expecting their second child so getting the right mattress and pillows was very important. We were fortunate to have dealt with “Ray” who was very patient and knowledgable. Even though he was alone he gave them his full attention and believe me we looked at everything. Great store and terrific salesman. We have dealt with Sleep Country in Oakville before who are great, and I can see that their standards and caliber of people are consistent store to store. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ray was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us chose the right mattress for us. I had expressed my concerns with certain foams due to past severe allergic reactions and he steered us away from the ones that he knew would not be good for me. Not only was the store pleasant to shop in, we felt safe and secure while doing so. He was extremely patient and ultimately successful in getting us our mattress at a great price and in a short amount of time. Thank you!

I had a great customer service experience in purchasing a new King mattress at Sleep Country at this location. Mr. Ray was very knowledgeable and helped me select the mattress that most fit my needs, without trying to push me into purchasing the most expensive one. Delivery was professionally planned and ran smoothly. A big thanks to the delivery team as well, for pushing the mattress up a very tight stairwell.

My wife and I came to the Sleep Country store on Bloor Street. We were greeted by Ray and told him what we were looking for. He took us right to the bed we asked about. Ray then gave us individual covers for the mattress and pillows so we could try it out.

Happy to have picked up a bed from here. The 100 Night trial period was a godsend after the first mattress was WAY too soft. (Don't buy a Dormeo bed!) We picked a new bed and it was delivered quickly, much easier to get a comfortable nights sleep on. Everyone was helpful and made sure I got the best price possible.
