Don't be fooled by the simple storefront. The "manager" is very polite and helpful. Got everything I wanted for my Queen sized for a fair price.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. My mom told me to browse around to see if there were any mattresses I liked because we just moved and she was too busy to spend time there herself. However, as soon as I stepped in the store, some man started yelling at me and my friend I was with to get out. All I was trying to do was look for a mattress to save my mom some time. I definitely will not be coming back and will be telling my mom to buy a mattress somewhere else.

Me and my husband went to buy a new mattress. Jacob was very nice and knowledgeable. He helped us to choose the right one. We can’t wait for our delivery.

Amazing experience with Jacob. He had me lay on about 3 mattresses before he figured out my style and what I would end up loving and found me a similar mattress for a cheaper price.

When you go there ask for Jacob.

If I could have given them 0 stars - their customer service is so poor! And the mattress got bad just in 6 months. I would suggest don’t waste your time and money on them.

Their system is so messed up - they have old and new system apparently. All the deliveries and customer service requests they keep getting delayed as employees don’t have access to both the system.

WORST COMPANY EVER

Would love to give 5 star review for salesperson but not the delivery man. Salesperson at the mall location was extremely helpful! He showed several mattresses meeting our preference without pressure us in making a hasty decision nor did he try to upsell a mattress that we did not want. We were allowed plenty of time to choose our correct mattress. The only disappointment was the delivery man's service. Mattresses were not only delivered way past promised delivered time range without any explanation and then mattress were just drop right at the entrance of the house without any greeting.

Jacob, the Sales Executive was polite, well informed and helpful. The follow up prior to delivery was prompt and the delivery was smooth.

I have recently purchased a Sealy posturepaedic mattress from Sleep Country Fairview mall showroom. Both Don and Jacob were extremely knowledgeable and they helped to figure out the exact mattress that we needed. We got the delivery as promised. Though there are cheaper options available at the market, but trust me it’s worth to spend a few extra bucks to get the best deal. Also worth mentioning, we received good in-store discounts as well. Till now we are really happy with the purchase.

I had a great experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and the bed, mattress and pillows I bought were all perfect. The delivery came on time and I have enjoyed every sleep since.
