My husband and I went to get new pillows. We originally went to the Bowmanville location where the service was subpar to say the least. We ended up leaving and driving to the Oshawa location and Helgi greeted us with a smile. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and cared that we got what was going to work for us. Helgi didn't try to sell us something we weren't looking for asked us to try new products and made the experience fun. Thank you Helgi!

My fiancé and I just bought our first home and that means out first King bed! Helgi was very kind, knowledgable and helpful. He not only worked within our budget but got below without sacrificing quality. He was detail oriented when explaining the warranty and the price break down! I finally have to get rid of this SOY mattress sold to us by Sleep Country Canada. Haven't had a restful nights sleep since buying it. I was too late to return it and was asked to take pics and send which I did. They kept saying pics needed to be more left or right or a different height and on and on. This mattress was totally of the poorest quality, and also sold based on marketing "lies" as to safety and eco friendly. I just want sleep country to know, after buying from them for decades, I'm going elsewhere and I recommend you do too.

Excellent service. The pillows I purchased are extremely comfortable and worth every penny.

I purchases a queen mattress and when I got it home and took it out of the box, it was a king. I then had to wait 4 days and store this king mattress in my house for them to come and pick it up and swap for the queen. The men who picked up the king mattress did not wear a mask inside my house, nor did they remove their shoes or even offer. These men also accused me of damaging the mattress when all I had done was remove it from the box. When I asked them to show me where it was damaged they responded back with "its ok, we will just take it". Nice try! Customer service provided me with a 100$ gift card for my 'troubles', unfortunately there is nothing in their store for 100$ so I ended up spending MORE of my money even though they made a mistake.

Our sales rep Jeremy paid so much attention to our needs in order to help us find the perfect mattress and pillows to fit our sleeping needs within budget. He was kind, courteous and professional the entire time while making it feel like we were old friends. Great guy, great service, would recommend.

First the staff is good. But I bought a pillow and goodness it wreaked me. Everything hurt the morning after. No refund just a $150 pillow I have to throw out. No comfort guarantee. Only if something is wrong with it. And apparently it making everything hurt doesn’t count.

Think twice before you buy at Sleep Country. The reviews on their website are very heavily edited (they only post favourable reviews - not honest ones). I wanted to leave a review about a mattress we purchased a month ago and I am not allowed. Can’t trust reviews when they aren’t all posted! For the record, DO NOT buy the Kingsdown “Silent Sleeper” Ellison mattress. It is VERY firm, despite the sales rep saying it would soften over three weeks. More importantly, there is ZERO difference in motion transfer between this and any other mattress. It’s no better than the 23 year old mattress that we just replaced! Very disappointed.

Went in on a late evening and the only staff member was so attentive and understanding. He helped us find the perfect mattress and we were soooo happy with the price too! Mattress arrived and we absolutely LOVE it so far!

Bought a mattress, but the store does contain salespeople who do sales people things. One store had a laid back guy, another had the hard sell.
