Beware the lady on the counter will try to steal all your info.
Instead of getting just basic details, she needs home address, date of birth, phone number, full name, email id.basically everything.
Just be careful.

DC enhanced that friendly atmosphere is going to have the other product I need and carried my items to the car. Great Service. I highly recommend this Sleep Country location for the exceptional service from the Advisors, all of which were very friendly and professional. Most notably, Alex, who assisted us in choosing the right mattress. Alex attentively listened to our needs, and advised us accordingly. He did not pressure us and gave us plenty of time to try out different mattresses, all the while advising us on the differences between each of them. He was very knowledgeable and encouraged us to test out different ones to see what we would like – we thought that we wanted a specific type of mattress and ended up purchasing something different because of the advice received from Alex.

My partner and I came to find a replacement for our “defective” mattress from another big box store. We were greeted by David. First he asked us why we were looking for, then he let us try various beds with various comfort levels and he also took our budget into consideration. Not onc e did he make us feel pressured to buy something we didn’t want or something that is above our budget. He also didnt upsell products we didnt ask for. He explained the delivery for us and provided us with all the information we did. He was very professional. It was an amazing experience mattress shopping. Kudos to you David!

Many years ago I bought a Sealy pocket coil mattress from Sleep Country Canada. It was the ROMANCE Pillowtop. The mattress looked like it was used but at time I did not say anything. One month later I called the store to send someone over to check on the sunken middle of the mattress. The person came but nothing was done. My advice, DO NOT BUY ANY MATTRESSES FROM THEM, in my opinion they will take back a mattress from an unhappy customer and resell it as new to an unsuspecting person. I am still upset about this after so many years. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The Sales Representative I found to be unhelpful when it came to purchasing a Mattress at this Location.
I had ordered a Floor Model from the Store and I was assured that it would be with no Damage and Tear. Once arrived at the Store for a Pick-up I noticed there was a Hole in the Back of the Mattress and it was covered by a Tape, I did point this out to the Sales Rep and it seemed that it didn't Matter and she Refused on working with me to reach a Reasonable solution. After expressing my Dis Satisfactory and her approach to the Whole Transaction I decided to Walk out of the Store and mentioned that I would be posting a Review on what just happened but that didn't seem to have any effect on the Sales Representative who is in the Store to Represent a Reputable Company such as " Sleep Country "

Sleep Country Discontent
My husband and I have spent a lot of money and time on good quality beds, pillows, and furniture from Sleep Country. In the last few years, however, we have experienced sub-standard quality of service from sales reps, delivery people to the customer service reps at head office. The sub-standard quality of service includes; 1) lack of understanding customer’s needs and concerns, 2) lack of professionalism, and 3) lack of product information on Sleep Country’s website.
Our warning – be sure everything is in writing to your specification and the product is manufacture sealed in the box until it is opened at your residence. Inspect the product carefully, and if it is not to your satisfaction, refuse the order and call a manager at head office to deal with your problem. You’ll only be frustrated when the Store goes around and around and then tell you to pay more for something you didn’t ask for.

As an update we contacted the company head office and escalated this up to the President. To make a long story short we are working with the company to correct the situation. Senior management has been responsive and understanding. We hope they take this to heart and take the necessary steps to assist their stores and sales to be more responsive and listen to the customer and their needs. While going through this has been frustrating and really should not have occurred we are encouraged by sleep country's willingness to work with us to resolve in an equitable manner. The warnings above should be taken to heart and be sure to follow so hopefully you (the customer) do not have a similar experience.

Salespeople are GREAT. Delivery SUX. Have already failed twice to deliver; they have my money, but don't deliver. It seems the delivery company is a outside contractor and not by Sleep Country.

Bought the tempur pedic pillow. Very expensive with no change to my neck and shoulders problem. In fact it got worse

The staff is wrost. I bought 1 mattress, 2 pillow and more stuff. After the 15 days delivery arrived. After 1 week they remembered that you missed some signature. I am living in brampton and they called my wife threat her if you will not come we will continue run your cerdit score. Your score will go down. On the purchasing they did not check any thing.we spent on that day 3.5 hours on this store. Now they told me company send the paper for signature. You have to change your ground level staff.

Best and best customer service from Miki. She helped me a lot to find the best mattress. Also she is very polite and cute too.

Scam artists they sell you used defective beds with out telling you and make you pay full price dont trust these people had to call head office and got them to do a internal investigation they’ll be sending my brand new bed and it will be brand new this time hopefully

Bought a P/P EASTPOINT XF TT MATT-KG - This is supposed to be a hard mattress, but within 6 months, the right side of the mattress has become extremely soft and sinks the moment we lie or sit on it causing back aches. The left side is still firm. WHAT A DEFECT!
Sleep country has refused to entertain any requests for warranty claims as there are no 'Visible defects'! The nature of the mattress has changed and is causing back aches, but they guys wont listen at all.
What a waste of money!
The sales person are just focused on selling the mattress and its protector but will never tell you how hard it is to get the warranty. No point in having a 10 year warranty if you cant get it changed.

Hello world, this is the most awful place. I purchased the beautyrest mattress and it was sagging after 1 week. Now I have exchanged my 3rd mattress and it started sagging after 1 week time. Now I am arranging for another exchange. Please don't waste your money and time in sleep country.

Bought the special "cooling" pillows, has to throw out due to horrible chemical smell, high pressure sale tactics. AVOID

We bought a proadapt Tempur-Pedic mattress medium with an adjustable base a few pillows & a protector sheet for our bed in August 2018. We walked into the sleep country by Kennedy commons and met Don, who is the manger of the Fairview location now. His customer service, knowledge & rapport was impeccable. He took all his time to help explain the benefits of each mattress & worked with our budget. He went above & beyond in each interaction. He made our sleep country experience very smooth & enjoyable. He was never pushy & always understanding. He listened to our needs and has always followed through. We recommend that if you are looking into purchasing items at sleep country to see Don. He is the go to. He gave us amazing deals on our purchases. He has surpassed our expectations. 5 stars for Don & loving our mattress. Thanks again Don!
