I've purchased from sleep country in the past but I have never had such a great experience than with Nadar. He is knowledgeable about the product and genuinely believes that everyone deserves a good night sleep.

Purchased 2 Serta iComfort mattresses and 2 hydro lift beds. There were a couple of glitches in the delivery but the sales associate together with customer service made everyone satisfied.
We love our beds and would recommend them and Sleep Country.

My family and I have been into Sleep Country a few times now and we always leave feeling very happy with the experience and our purchase. Nadir is an outstanding sales person! He is great with guiding you through the process of selection to find the perfect mattress. I highly reccomend buying a mattress with him!

Nadir Rupani sold me a 2 mattresses and an adjustable bed. More than happy with the service and in love with the bed. He was so helpful that I went and bought another mattress and bed from him again.

Second mattress purchased from sleep country. Went in today and met Nadir. Nadir was very helpful and friendly, helped us find what we were looking for and purchased the new mattress same day. Nadir was excellent help and would recommend asking for him when you go into look for a new mattress!

We were extremely pleased with the outstanding service we received from Nahir and the staff at this Barrie store. No only did they help us pick out the best bed and frame for our needs but they followed up to make sure everything worked out perfectly-and it did!
We would certainly recommend this store and the very helpful staff.

We visited Sleep Country to buy some new pillows and left with pillows and a new electric bed frame. Jenny was so professional, patient, and kind and listened to our needs. She let us test numerous pillows/mattresses and mattress positions to help relieve my husband’s chronic back pain. She went above and beyond to find us affordable deals and quality products. We visited Sleep country on bayfield street to explore some options for a new mattress.
Upon entering the store we were greeted by a very personable and knowledgeable fellow by the name of Nadir. He listened to our issues and was very patient in showing us what would work for us, and giving us alternative options for keeping things with in budget, but still provide what we needed.
All in all a great experience!

NOT SATISFIED!
At the point of purchase of new beds we were told that people who will deliver will also remove the old mattress, and wood slats/boards. Well, they removed the mattress but refused to take anything else When called the store it turned into; he said- she said.
I should have recorded what salesman was saying when we were buying. My advice to others is to do so!
It remains to be seen if we are happy with the product itself.

Recently visited the Bayfield location and received excellent customer service from both Hamil and Nadir. They were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we receive the best products for reasonable prices. Very pleased with our purchases and highly recommend visiting this store.

Tons of customer service issues.

I won't go into too much detail regarding our unfortunate experience, which they tried to make sure to solve by any means necessary, yet the energy, time invested, etc, won't do. What was supposed to be a regular purchase ended up in a nightmare to finally have our bedframe/ "new" mattress settings almost two weeks after, with stained sheets right out of the packaging, etc.
I am sorry, guys; get your procedures and business philosophy together and keep other customers from having unnecessarily awful customer experiences.

We were helped for buying our new queen mattress, platform, headboard, pillows and more by Nadir Rupani. He was super knowledgeable and fun to work with as we made all the choices about this important purchase. He also wore a stylish 3 piece suit and had a good sense of humour which must be mentioned! Pathetic service. Ordered bed which got delivered today. The sleep country I bought bed in Kitchener does not have any problem with staircase but Barrie store does not even ask if there is staircase, just want to make sales I guess. The delivery guy mentions that they are allowed only 2 flights of stairs but could not even understand my question on as it is straight staircase up and how many flights would that be considered but no response. Left the base of the bed in front of someones house because they wanted to be guided to my apartment, apartment number is on delivery address. We called the Barrie location and Jenny tells us to beg (literally) to them to take the bed upstairs. The delivery guys had so much of attitude that he would not even answer to any question but told that he is going to complaint. Bad customer experience ever.

Went in this morning with my partner looking for a mattress on a budget. Nadir was so helpful and understanding of our budgetary restrictions. He offered us a certified pre-owned Bloom mattress, giving us enough wiggle room to purchase some new pillows as well! Overall a great experience:)

BUYER BEWARE! FRIENDLY SERVICE TO BUY BED BUT ONCE PURCHASED GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY HELP. My mother bought an adjustable bed and a 5yr.warranty. It has been busted for 10 days and after a half dozen calls to the sleep country store AND customer service AND a bunch of calls to third party repair places my 86 yr old mother who has rheumatoid arthritis, which I have told every single person I talked to and no one really seems to care, still has no definitive answer from anyone about anything. One of the repair people told us he would come here when it was "worth his while"? !? !? !? If you buy a warranty don't expect help from anyone. Cause you won't get it!

We visited the Sleep Country Store on Bayfield St.in Barrie today just to check out the King size mattresses that they had available. Upon entering the store, we were welcomed by a smiling young man who immediately made us feel comfortable. He asked how he could help us and he patiently listened as we explained what we were looking for. His name was Nadir and he was friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond to help us find the right mattress for our needs. We were very impressed with the in store service that we received.

I was at the store recently, I was approached by Nadir. He provided very good customer service. I would definitely visit here again.

Nadir was super helpful and was with us throughout the whole process of choosing a mattress. We ended up getting a really great mattress and reclining bed. Amazing sleeps since then.

Paid deposit of 10% for two mattresses and went back to buy four. Shown the mattress by clerk who immediately left to help another client, then another. After 20 mins we asked for our deposit and left
Poor service and lost sale of $3000. Going to the Bay!

The store service was great but the delivery was late because they couldn’t find our address then when trying to bring it up the stairs it would not fit and ended up putting a 4 inch hole in the wall and they would not take it out of the box considering the box was bigger then the bed platform, they said it was impossible and it frustrated us to the point where we said we would figure it out ourselves. Considering how much money I’m spending on the items I would expect some respect. The delivery guys could not speak English very well so communication was hard and confusing.

The sales lady seemed pushy and condescending, and she made us feel like we weren’t worth her time once I mentioned we were looking to purchase online. She wasn’t concerned about the customer, just getting her commission.
Once buying online was mentioned, she simply walked away and didn’t offer any help.
The irony of feeling uncomfortable in a mattress store!
Ended up buying from another company the same day as a result.

There are 2 Sleep Country stores in Barrie and this one is definitely the better of the 2. The salesperson was very informative about what would be best for our almost 3 year old. The store is clean and organized

Great help from the sales rep.spent lots of time answering questions and eventually we bought everything we needed for our master bedroom.he got a very hefty commission on us that day.just saying lol.he knew his facts on all his products.

My experience with choosing a new bed was awesome. Patience, data and helpful tips made my selection easy as the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. The delivery team was efficient, polite and also friendly. It makes sense to go to sleep experts when spending a large sum on something that is important to your health.

I bought a mattress from Sleep Country 10 years ago, a top of the line, pillow top mattress that cost us $3,000 and had to replace it TWO times since!

Called tell them this morning that mattress number 3 is doing the same thing as the previous two, a hump in the centre and sagging on either side. If we were very heavy people I could almost understand this but we are average height and weight. Their answer was that the warranty is up on the first mattress so if we want a new mattress now we have to buy it!

We haven’t slept in the first mattress in 8 years! Bottom line is their products SUCK! Don’t expect them to last more than 2 years! I gave one star only because of the service in store.
