I picked this location as it's close to where I live and was eager to look at the special pillows that they have. Erika greeted us and was very friendly to chat with. She has a wealth of knowledge about the products (plus she's been working with the company for many years!), and makes recommendations based on what you are interested/need for your sleep. She also shares her own experiences with the products which I found helpful as well. I tried out the pillows on a mattress similar to mine, and decided which one I wanted to go with. I got a fantastic deal on the pillow and the satin pillowcase that I also picked out. I'm so happy with my overall experience here! I very much recommend this Sleep Country location and will be back!

Our visit to Sleep Country was only to purchase a mattress cover. The service was good, the product was just what we needed. However, we needed to return one item. Because we had declined to provide our personal information, the returns process became a two visit experience. While not a huge deal, it was surprising that a large modern Company wouldn't be set up to handle this transaction seamlessly.

Got a mattress after a hectic day. Saadia was nothing but helpful and even removed the tax for me, thank you very much and you have my business for the future!

I am extremely disappointed with Sleep Country Canada because my daughter purchased a new mattress and new platform for the mattress. She paid more than $3,500 including pillows and bedding. When the mattress and platform arrived the driver asked us, "You bought used? ". We did not understand why he would ask that. As it turned out, the platform they sent us was a used one missing the center structure that holds the mattress. We did not realize this until after the driver left our house and we opened the damaged box it came in. My daughter can't use the platform without this centerpiece. SCC has advised her they cannot deliver a new platform for two weeks. They ridiculously suggested she put the mattress on the floor. She got a new mattress and platform because she has back issues. She is not a dog and will not be sleeping with the mattress on the floor. I am also appalled that even though she paid full price for a new mattress and platform, the store had the audacity to send something used. What do they do at that store, pocket the difference between used/old products and new products? I will not trust SCC again and I strongly suggest other people do not deal with them. Take your money to a more reputable mattress store. What they did was fraudulent and they say it will take two weeks to rectify their deceptive practices. Meanwhile, my daughter is still struggling with her back issues and they do not care at all about their customer. I gave them one star because Google won't allow you to leave a review with 0 stars, but that is what they deserve. A proper, reputable dealer would get this rectified as soon as possible, even if it means the store manager has to drive to our house personally to deliver a new (not used) platform.

Why not giving 5 star rating when I’m being fully satisfied with their call centre and in store customer service.they have true and very welcoming exchange policy on warranty. I strongly recommend it!

Have to say we were reluctant to buy a mattress from sleep country as in the past we've sometimes found them to be overly salesy (different location than this one). This was our first time to this location and we were quite impressed by Saadia. She was very informative, but also gave us space to talk to each other about what we wanted. She wasn't pushy at all. We felt that the pricing was fair and comparable to other places. Our last sleep country mattress lasted 11 yrs, so honestly, even though it's a lot of money upfront, we know it's going to last us the next 10 years. Thanks again Saadia!

Upgraded our ancient mattress. Dan was able to help us make a choice that was right for us and at no point did we feel pressured to go for something we didn't want. We tried all the beds - some of them multiple times - and had all the patience in the world for Dan. Great service.

We have purchased several mattresses over the years from Erica the manager and her team. They have always gone above and beyond to help us find the right products and have provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Worst staff and worst customer service. I was told to deliver my 3800$ items during 12-3, no one showed up.wasted my time staying til 7 pm.no one came. No calls to the customers until we called and asked. Worst experience. Never ever gona buy from them any more. Worst worst worst.not recommended this store. After no show up i asked for refund. They cannot refund until next day. No Value for MONEY and TIME of others. 0 star.

Very bad customer service.never delivered in given time frame.wasted my time spending whole day at home. When we ask about the time, the guy at stores always tell we dont know.worst customer service.not gonna buy anymore.

Greeted from the moment I walked in. Erica helped me find everything I was looking for and more and was delivered to us on scheduled time! Would highly recommend this sleep country location and working with Erica again!

Since retiring I’ve had plenty of time to write reviews Something I had a little time for when I was working. Today I purchased two mattresses and a box spring from Sleep Country in Waterloo and I can only say the experience was 1st class. I dealt with a wonderful lady named Erika. To say that she was good at her job would be the understatement of the year. She made me feel great about the whole process and we spend about an hour together. She was a total professional who listened to everything I had to say with interest and made some very helpful recommendations that resulted in the sale. I had just come from a big box store in South Kitchener and wandered around the mattress area which was quite large and not one person came up to offer me help after laying down on practically every mattress in the store. I can only say that I would highly recommend Sleep Country in Waterloo and Erika in particular. Not often one is treated so well. Highly recommend.
