Horrible experience arranged delivery time 3 times already they agree to a time then book a completely different time. They were nice at first.really pushy acually. Stay away from the old lady that works there she is a lying wich.awfully people

Ertan is your man. If you're tired of being treated as if you are irrelevant by whomever your buying from and you're in the market for something sleep related i would absolutely visit him. Hes a young man with an old school vibe who's knowledge, professional, thoughtful and available to help. Thanks Ertan, you made my very painful day way less painful.

Warranty is a hoax. They don't want to change your mattress for any defect and they find meaningless reasons like a small stain on the mattress due to which they wouldn't change the mattress which is defective and has a whole formed in the middle of it. Never buy from them!

Buying a $2000 mattres from this store was the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life.

The Mattress wasn't just burned but also stinks really bad. In addition to that when we called they said that a "new one" will be delivered on Thursday (today) then they said that the delivery day would be on Saturday and then next week and if we wanted to get a refund as a penalty we will lose $1000 which I think was unreal to hear.

Don’t buy from sleep country, the spring rising above the mattress surface level and the warranty didn’t cover that
