Following up on my original five-star review from three years ago. The Tempur-pedic mattress as well as the box springs that we purchased ended up being a big disappointment. The mattress and box springs ended up sagging after a year and caused some really painful back problems. Apparently, the box springs we were sold weren’t compatible with the mattress and voided the warranty. Everything had to be thrown away. It ended up being a huge waste of money. So disappointed.

Went in because I needed a mattress topper.mattress perfect for hubby but too firm for my shoulders. Got help right away and already sleeping better!

After an unfortunate episode with The Brick, their delivery/customer service department and the subsequent resulting refund two weeks later; I happened upon Sleep Country. I am so grateful for the entire episode as I am even greater in appreciation for the customer experience at Sleep Country.

I met both William and Andrew; they both are very nice and quite knowledgable. I really enjoyed my shopping experience here, as it was honest and helpful. I was able to choose the right mattress for me and my budget. Come and visit these guys if you're in the market for a new mattress. You will not be disappointed.

I had never bought a mattress in my life, and ours was just about done. My wife had been bugging me for ages to get a new one so I decided I would get one for Christmas. I had it in my head that buying a mattress would be pretty easy but it turns out that it was fairly overwhelming. The staff did a great job explaing all the different types of mattresses and materials, hardness softnesses, warranties etc and in the end I got something that my wife (and my dog for that matter) really loved. Would be happy to buy my next mattress from this store. Thanks a lot guys!

Highly recommend going here of you need a new bed. Went in today dealt with Andrew (he was actually filling in for someone, his regular store is at hwy 10 and Eglinton) he was respectful of my budget, friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. Was in and out in less than 30min. The best happened to be almost 50% off.which was a bonus! I really love their recycling plan as well.

Very disappointed in their comfort guarantee
Purchased 4 king size mattresses with 9 inch box springs for my cottage in muskoka. 9 inch was too high for the head board. I needed to purchase 2 more single box springs and mattresses and 1 more queen box spring and mattress and wanted to exchange the 8 box springs for 5 inch ones

Went back to the store in clarkson to place my order and pay another 50.00 delivery charge only to be told that the comfort guarantee doesn’t qualify for cottage country and that I couldn’t exchange the 8 box springs I was stuck with them.

My sales rep never told me this with the original purchase and she knew where they were being delivered to

Checked my bill, no mention of this, checked the web site nothing there either specifying the comfort exchange doesn’t qualify in cottage country

The sales rep at the store called his boss, and no can’t be done

So I am giving you another order for 2k, plus’s delivery, already spent 8k and you can’t dead head back to Toronto with 8 box springs? Makes no sense to me whatsoever

We just got our adjustable bed with mattress delivered and we couldn't be more happier. When we came across Andrew we knew that we'll make a purchase with him. We've been shopping for a mattress for a while and didn't have such a professional customer service. Not only is Andrew knowledgeable but most importantly he isn't pushy and gives you the best price. Other sales person would try to make a quick sale by telling you that the product you want might not be available tomorrow and the price they give you is only valid for a day. Shopping with Andrew was a true pleasure and the product we ended up with is fantastic!
