Paul, the sales associate had expert knowledge and patience. Amazing experience! Also the delivery was on time and and the movers were extremely helpful!

A 10/10 experience. Paul let me flop around on every mattress there before purchasing the one that was meant for me. Did you know that the average human sweats up to a pint and a half every night? I didn't before Paul hit me with this knowledge. Feeling so blessed, can't wait for my heavenly sleep on my new bed! To all a good night.

Bad customer service. I wouldn't go here again if my life depended on it.the people working here don't know how to treat customers.if I was the owner of Sleep Country I would really look into how this store treats its customers cause it really affects the whole brand.because of this store I wouldn't go to any other Sleep Country location as well and I'll tell all my friends and family whenever I get a chance about my experience with this store / brand and always suggest them also to never step a foot into any Sleep Country location.you guys think you can treat people however you want; well this is what you get.hopefully this will put some sense into your head and you give proper customer service training to your staff.

Me and my brother bought a mattress from a Sleep County location in Etobicoke. We made the payment here but the salesperson over there said we have to grab the mattress from this location. So we drove the uHaul truck all the way till here. The manager or I think he was the person in-charge in this store was the worst person you can come across in business. Firstly, the first mattress he gave us had a huge coffee stain so we asked if we could switch the mattress and he said this is the only one they have. Btw he just literally "ordered" us to carry the mattress outside the store and that's where we found out the stain in the mattress. No help or any sort of customer service. So, the mattress thing is done we're gonna pick it up from another store. And this is another store in Etobicoke. I don't understand if we could pick up the mattress in another store in Etobicoke which is a 5 minute drive, why send us all the way to this location in College. Now, we had to also take the bed stand like thing from here. He gave us a first one which had a small hole so we told him and he gave us another one which had a even bigger hole. All this while, we're picking up all these ourselves and he just goes like "pick up this one and pick up that one" - ordering is around. This just put me off and I even had a small confrontation with him about how he can talk to is like that as if we work for him (he shouldn't even talk like that to people who work for him) and obviously about why he keeps on giving us defective products. On the end, we just walked away with the first mattress and stand and got the mattress from the other store in Etobicoke. All in all, worst customer service experience ever. For all the advertising and marketing that Sleep County does, I would never recommend anyone to buy from Sleep County again and especially warn people from buy from this store even if they want to buy from Sleep Country.

Takes a bit of negotiating but you can get a good quality mattress for a good price. Great on information and helpful staff.

I want to take the time to review the service at Sleep Country and my experience with Shakeel. I bought a previous mattress and it was giving me major problems aches and pains. Shakeel took the time to explain the different options and with his patience, I was able to find the best mattress for our family since my husband likes it firm and I like the more on plushy side. Shakeel understood our needs and I was nervous of making another mistake with the wrong mattress from a previous purchase. I am so happy with my new mattress I feel like a different women sleeping only for two days! My body is much more comfortable and with much more less pain. I would definitely buy again from Shakeel.
