After 1 year of chasing Ali an agreed resolution was reached, however he ghosted me and blocked my number before finalizing.
Ali is nice to your face but is a lier and not reliable. I guess $382.62 is worth a 1 star review and a lost customer.

Ali was an absolute delight to work with for the purchase of a perfect mattress. Sincere, authentic, honest. Outstanding customer service. Went above and beyond as did his brother Baris. Have 2 more mattresses to purchase down the road and will only go to Ali at Sleep Masters. Thank you!

I visited quite a few mattress stores from big box to small companies. Ali and Baris were exceptional! They gave great advice on which mattress would meet my needs, with competitive pricing and no upselling. But most of all they were the only company that would solve my problem of disposing of my old box spring which would no longer fit down the stairs. They said they would take care of it and went over and above on day of delivery by entirely disassembling that old box spring! They set up the bed and frame. Looks great and the mattress is very comfortable. Very lovely and trustworthy people.

Ali & Baris are amazing! I needed advice on bedframes and mattresses and within minutes, Ali had me sorted with everything I would need and Baris was on his way with my bedframe+ mattress later that afternoon.

We recently purchased a custom size mattress from Sleep Masters. The process was pretty smooth, Ali is very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. The Mattress was delivered within a week of ordering and it was Flawless! I am very positively surprised with the quality of the mattress, honestly, I didn't expect it to be this high quality. The size it perfect to the cm, the thickness is exactly what I asked for, and the finishings and quality is premium. Totally recommend it to anyone looking for either a custom or a standard mattress! Outstanding Service!
I recently wanted to replace my firm mattress with a specific softer one from Serta. I could not find the specific mattress anywhere, but when I was talking with Sleep Masters Canada, they said they thought they could get it for me.

Sure enough they did. And then they told me they could deliver to my door, which is almost 3 hours north of Toronto. The service and communications from this company is one of the best I have ever seen. Ali was the person who helped me and he went above and beyond continuously.

I highly recommend this company - great products and superlative service and value.

Purchased a twin mattress for my child, honestly, if I knew beforehand that I will have no headache with purchasing, delivery, and quality of the mattress I would be buying all of the mattresses from this store. First of all, the salesperson is very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store, answered without hesitation all of my questions. Good selection and prices. I was looking for a great bed and was not happy with the selection I was finding at some of the larger Franchises in Toronto. I came across Sleep Master on line and decided to check it out. I was driving by the store and was thinking how hard it is for small businesses to make it during this Covid lockdown. I remembered that just a couple of weeks earlier my wife and I were talking about changing our bed. So I quickly asked Siri to get the phone number of the store and called them immediately. I told the fellow what I was looking for and he offered a few suggestions. I thought his pricing was fair but of course I didn’t know the quality he was offering. Soon after I got my wife to visit the store with me and we both were convinced that the modestly firm bed was the right product for us. We arranged for the delivery and when it arrived the men were courteous and clean and set everything up quickly and effectively. The bed was firmer than we had before but we are both sleeping well with no issues at all.
I would recommend them to everyone who desires a fair price and a good quality product.

An amazing experience! Very happy with the service so far. Ali was Extremely helpful and knowledgeable…. And there was no pressure! We only have this mattress for a month (Dreamstar prestige Firm) but so far We love it! The delivery was included and they were really efficient. The only thing is that I wished they could have put the bed together for us; although it was not very complicated, it still took us a few hours LOL.

It started with the delivery, the driver was awesome, full of energy and very confident.
He brought up the bed and bedset by himself.
Then l put it together in less then 10 minutes.
My wife and l love the bed.
We love no coils and we enjoy an awesome sleep every nite.
No pain in back anymore.

I was well overdue for a new bed and when I found these guys on Facebook I was a bit sceptical. Traditionally a bed is bought in store after several trips of laying on it and asking a hundred questions. From first contact to deivery Ali & Baris were as professional as they come. OH, the bed is beautiful and the matress extremely comfortable! With all that's been going on it felt really good to have this win all from the comfort of my desk at home. Thanks guys! This review is long overdue, unfortunately i have been recovering from heart surgery so i have been late with this review.i mention my surgery because it ties in with my experience.i had always slept on the floor on a futon all my life but the surgery would require me to sleep on a bed.being in the middle of a pandemic bed shopping isnt as easy as it used to be.as i was looking forshops online i was looking for a shop with a good review, within Toronto, and has delivery; sleep masters met those criteria.never having used a bed before i was very confused.thankfully the website had a chat feature that connected me live with a sales rep who patiently answered my billion questions in a friendly manner that fit my budget.this was what made me dec8de to go with sleep masters.another sales rep whom i spoke to over the phone (i believe his name is Ali) helped me navigate the website to choose my options make the purchase online.i had a slight problem.in less than a week i would have my surgery and according to the delivery date (i think it was like 3 business days?) i may not be there to receive it. Ali took my situation into consideration and personally made sure i would have the bed delivered before my surgery day. I got the bed delivered THE NEXT DAY! And the delivery guys were really helpful and friendly.

I am truly grateful to this store, and i trust them with my next mattress purchase

I needed to upgrade to a king size mattress, Ali made the whole experience super easy. Quick delivery solved my sleep problems in just a couple days. The prices and policy are reasonable, and you can return or exchange if it doesn't work out (unlike other stores which screws you over). I love my new mattress.

At first i was worried since my delivery was supposed to come in before 11 and they were pushing an hour late. I gave a quick call to Ali and he got in touch swiftly to ensure me about the status of my delivery was on its way. We ended up rescheduling for later in the afternoon where they were able to arrive on time. They were professional and careful about switching out my old mattress with the new one. Very confident and apologetic for the mix up earlier. After my first night of sleep on my new mattress i can say that the experience was a lot better for my back. I had a deeper sleep and did not have any back pains when I got up, which I have been feeling for several weeks with the old mattress. Overall I would say that the service provided to me was very good and I would consider using their services again.

I came in to get a queen bed for my 85 year old mom. I had done some research ahead of time based on her needs and wanted a latex bed with springs as mom is loaded with arthritis, sleeps hot and is a side sleeper. Ali’s direction was absolutely perfect! We went with dream star model midnight comfort and added 2 inches of additional latex The price was unbelievable too! Had purchased a double latex bed a few years back from the Bay that was 3x the price on sale.

About 6 weeks in and my mom just loves her bed. I used to hear her groan a lot when getting up and now don’t! Less complaints about aching too. For anyone who values a great night’s sleep go see Ali!

There were a couple of extremely minor issues to do with delivery that Ali called to let me know about ahead of time. That said it came incredibly quick anyway. It’s obvious he cares about his customers, business, product. Don’t go anywhere else.

The absolute best mattress buying experience. From Ali being incredibly helpful and flexible to the friendly delivery team going above and beyond.
