We recently bought the Jasper bedroom set from Sleep Paradise for a great deal and had a positive experience overall. Koosh was very helpful in giving his honest opinion and was easy to communicate with. He flexible with our requests for some changes to the set and gave us an accurate time frame in regards to when we should expect it to arrive.
They called us the day the set arrived, arranged delivery for the next day, and gave us a heads up an hour before they were arriving. They inspected the packages before sending them out for delivery and were transparent with us about damage to our headboard and that they would replace and deliver it at a later time. We noticed a little damage to our nightstand that was delivered, but had no problem having the issue resolved with Koosh the next day, and made arrangements for replacing/fixing.

I never thought that changing a pillow would help my neck and shoulder pain so much. I bought a copper infused pillow from Sleep Paradise with cooling gel. These guys have ample knowledge about sleeping and rest products. I would definitely visit them again abd recommend it to my friends as well.
