I needed to cancel my sleep test, but their phone number was blocked for all customers during the business hours. Don't want even to continue with them. Will ask my doctor to refer me to Nirth York sleep clinic.

Be careful working with this clinic.it just gives off the wrong vibes. It takes months to get an appointment, it takes months to get the results and every interaction is just difficult. They will encourage you to use one of the corresponding or "approved" device clinics and the device clinics come off as used car salesmen. The worst part is, reception or the admins at this clinic just doesn't care.this whole industry just comes off as a scam.
And if you do decide to use their "approved vendor", do not believe the stores that state "walk-ins welcome", you are not welcome. They will tell you at the desk that you need to book an appointment and appointments are about four weeks out.

Zero issues. Was simple straight forward super Friendly, very comfortable.
No idea what the complaints are about I came did my sleep test woke up went home.

Great at making you wait for no reason and then being rude about it. If your appointment is for 9am show up for 10: 30 and save yourself some time.

They booked me for today (March 27,2023). But when I called them today to double check my appintment they said I wasn't booked at all. The lady said I'm the second patient who had the same problem. Whoever booked me was irresponsible.

Their service was good: clean bedroom, comfortable bed / pillows / blanket, courteous staff / sleep technicians, no noise, very conducive environment for sleep. They responded promptly when I reached out to them for appointment with referral requisition slip given by my family doctor. Appointment given was 1 month later due to long waiting list. The sleep test analysis and followup appointment with sleep doctor will be done at further 2 months later due to long waiting list (unless any severe sleep apnea or other disorder is found, in which case appointment will happen earlier).

They have bed bugs at this clinic! Went there for a sleep test overnight.and a week or two later started having bed bugs bites on my legs and arms!
