Slice N Bites

Food is amazing. This is my favourite pizza shop in Toronto. I can’t give full 5 stars though because the store hours are inconvenient and honestly shocking for a pizza shop. I work downtown and cannot get to Slice N Bites in time before they close to pick up dinner, which I would do frequently if I could. Seems strange to close down at the dinner hour. I hope they can address this.

Updated Review. Hi Uri, everything was good - the food was good, atmosphere was good, service was outstanding. The reason why I gave 4 and not 5 star in the original review is that I give 5 when it was all just WOW. Your place has very good and tasty food and the environment is very welcoming. Considering that you are very attentive to feedback and actually use it to improve, it makes sense that your place is great. I really feel like I need to upgrade it to a 5 star now:) Thanks for responding to my review and can't wait to drop by for some more yummy food:)

I tried to order online, not only to save time but also for the 5% discount. In the website it says that is not support it anymore. When I called and asked, I was told that they didn't know anything about and to put the order right then. No explanation, no nothing. I would expect a little more of involvement from their part.

Food was good but the staff seemed overwhelmed and couldn't keep track of who ordered what. Basically if you were aggressive.could get your food first.

Pleasant, Kosher dairy restaurant but it's all changed due to covid. Now you have to order ahead by phone or online, or walk up to their pickup window in the back. Menu is more limited now, don't know if they're still selling sushi; french fries, probably still sell falafel. Good pizza, thin crispy crust. I think they forgot about me yesterday since it took a while but then they gave me the slice for free! Very nice of them! 0ct. 13,2020

Don't count on this place if you need your order fulfilled. The customer service and service is next to none. They were able to process my cc though for something i never ordered (which is weird) i guess their "system" knows better. I would snap a picture of the food, but i never got to see it, only the bill on cc. Sad.
PS for the magement: it is ok to make mistakes while taking orders, but simply admitting and rectifying would make a difference. Charging the card for obviously wrong order and stating "it is what it is and nothing can be done" leaves aftertaste and doubts in reliability of the establishment.
