Sluggerz Batting Cage

We had a blast at the batting cage, worth it if you want to get a good practice. Happy they offer a slow-pitch softball option. The only issue (hence why I'm not giving 4 stars) is that helmets are mandatory and if you don't have your own you'll end up with one that a previous person wore. And in our case it was still sweaty and disgusting to put on.

So it was my first time here. I normally don't leave reviews but after my experience, I feel compelled to let everyone know that this place is legit. They care about customers and are super friendly in a very authentic way. I can just tell that they are good people by the way they handle things, conduct themselves and it brings me confidence. This is very important to me when it come to a family friendly environment and there was nothing but good vibes all around. You can't really go wrong coming here and I found out that this is their first year in business, so the fact that they are already so great at this tells me that I can safely expect them to only get better. This makes me want to come back and watch things evolve. It was really nice to be as part of something so special and I can't wait to return.

Good atmosphere! Lots of deals and staff is very friendly! They have a couple of machines on location, you have option for softball and baseball with a variety of height and speed for the pitches. You can bring your on bats and they also have bats and helmets to lend. Balls are provided! Solid place, came a few times already since they’ve opened! Easy to book online as well as walk in!

Patiently waited for a business like this to pop up in the city! Cages are top notch and the real deal.

Very nice facility! This is what Ottawa needed! So happy to have cages in the City. The staff is friendly and helpful, i'll be back for sure!

Beautiful spacious and well-lit facility. Excellent baseball/softball batting cage (2) setup for those serious about keeping their skills in tune during the off-season months. Don't overlook the baseball pitching mound setup for the enthusiastic pitchers that want to stay fit over the winter months. Friendly staff ready to accommodate your needs.

Staff is really nice and helpful and the cages are great. Would recommend to anyone looking to practice or just have fun.
