Smart and Morris Jamaica Takeout

I just finished my takeout of callaloo and pumpkin rice with fresh pineapple ginger juice, and it really hit the spot! Good use of spice and flavour all around, a great spot for top notch homestyle cooking. Can't wait to the secret hot sauce and possibly that breakfast plate I saw in the reviews Also the staff was so nice, would come back again!

The food, the music, the lovely people there make the whole experience comforting and welcoming! The curry goat is soo good!

The chicken here is amazing! Real Jamaican authentic cuisine! The Jerk chicken was seasoned all the way to the bone! They have amazing customer service too! I found my regular lunch spot!

Perfectly cooked jerk chicken, nice and spicy. Buddy who served me had a great friendly attitude and genuinly appreciated my patronage. Definetly reccomend.

Stopped by hoping they would have some breakfast items. Sure enough they did and the ackee and saltfish was DELICIOUS! I'll drop back in for some oxtail next time.

Absolutely delicious home-cooked Jamaican food! We're so happy to have this spot in the neighbourhood. Really sweet and friendly staff too. My partner and I got large orders of the oxtail w/ rice + peas and coleslaw and the jerk chicken with pumpkin rice and a patty- everything was VERY tasty! Oxtail was the most tender I've tried. I wish there was more of it ;) Wishing this spot lots of success, we'll be back!

Walked into Smart and Morris because it smelled so good just outside the shop! Was greeted by the kindest lady - ordered the brown chicken stew; absolutely delicious. Meat is so tender, falls right off the bone. Spices and flavour are top notch. Can’t wait to go back!

I had the Jerk chicken with pumpkin rice and it was spectacular! Literally one of the best Jamaican places in the city! Make sure to ask for their hot sauce, it is incredible!

10/10 food was so good had it one go definitely try any dish. Walked in and the smell instantly hit you I had the oxtails and brown stew chicken. That macaroni salad is so good, food was so good had to go back for a curry goat

So I'm 3 bites into my curry goat and pumpkin rice and WOW! TRULY authentic Jamaican cooking! My friend got the jerk chicken (picture) and has officially stopped talking to me to not interrupt his chewing! IT NICE NUH BLURTNEET! Service with a smile and the food is obviously made with care. Stop by and try it!

Smart & Morris is fantastic. This was my third visit, and each time the food was delicious, and the portions were very generous. The menu has a wide variety of both meat and veggie dishes, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, try it!
