My Bosch dishwasher was leaking, so I called and placed a request. The technician arrived on the same day and diagnosed the problem, which was the valve. He showed me the broken part and then replaced it. The guy was honest and extremely professional - the best I have ever dealt with.

Eric did a great job diagnosing and repairing my Electrolux fridge. Eric was called to our house urgently since our fridge stopped cooling. Problem was diagnosed within couple of minutes and repaired the same day.

I have used this company’s services couple of times and thought to share my opinion with the rest of you who haven’t yet.

1. Very fast and very reliable. My first interaction with them was half a year ago when my Samsung dryer stopped heating. I placed a request for a technician to arrive and was told a technician named Eric can be there SAME DAY around afternoon time.

2. Informative and friendly. After the arrival of Eric to my Condo he diagnosed the dryer, and explained to me in detail what was the problem (Thermal fuse) and what are some probable causes. I received a very well organized and detailed quote with reasonable pricing and warranty included After which I’ve decided to repair the dryer (Dryer was repaired on the spot and I didn’t have any issues with it ever since)

I’ve used them one more time afterwards for a drain pump replacement in my Washer.

Best appliance service in GTA, I’ve ever seen, these guys are truly amazing and professional. They find the issue and parts with lowest price always by consulting with you in advance, so you pay for what you actually need. I had an issue with my over the range microwave, even the factory backed service company couldn’t help but these guys found the actual issue which was a 40$ sensor and fixed it right away, and even helped me to understand the machine and maintain it in the future myself. Absolutely recommended for all.

My Kenmore washer stopped working mid cycle, wouldn’t turn on and locked the clothes inside of it. I called this company and scheduled an appointment for the morning after between 9-11. A technician under the name Eyal have arrived to diagnose the problem and found it was a issue with the control board. After providing me with all the information needed, and explaining to me pricing in detail, he arrived the day after with an original replacement part for my washer. I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that in less than 24 hours my washer was up and running again. Eyal also provided me with some nice tips on how to keep my washer running more efficiently and preventative measures that needs to be taken in order to keep its life span.
