Hamed handled the call. Older system with a “few” issues. He worked hard to troubleshoot and correct the problems. Took up a lot more time than anticipated but he stuck with it.

I dealt with Smart AV in an extensive project in a Forest Hill property.

Work included complete smart home integration including cameras, speakers, security, tv projection, and smart switches.

Reza and Hamed were always responsive and updated us constantly. Project completed on time which was rather impressive considering COVID supply chain issues. Work was immaculate. A family business that treats you like on of their own.

Smart AV designed and installed a full automation package (lighting, hvac, security, cameras, audio, and video) for my house including an unreal Basement Home Theater system.
