After I fixed my screen, my mobile phone singal is getting worse, and bluetooth connection is more worse too, even I can't listen to full music with a headphone.

I visited Smart Fix initially, to repair my laptop. It was running so slow that I couldn’t even turn it on. I was lucky enough to have the owner himself look after me. The result, my laptop is as good as new!

I then returned to purchase a new phone and again, quick and friendly service by a knowledgeable owner.

I would highly recommend you visit this company as they work hard to ensure their customer is happy and communicate with you along the way.

This place is great. I got a phone here the other day the microphone had an issue I came back in the same day they fixed it for me free of charge. I needed a phone quickly and they had a nice selection to chose from and was able to help me switch over to a new phone. Also they were able to help me charge my old phone as it wouldn't connect to a charger. I highly recommend them and will be using them with future purchases.

These guys really helped me out today, I was in need of a new phone and on a tight budget, they gave me a fair price for trade in on my old phone and set me up with a new phone that was within my budget. I was looking for a 15" MacBook Pro. Wanted a like new creampuff for a good price. Within 2 days found me one, just as I asked, and in mint condition too! I have been screwed by Bestbuy and other used computer stores, but these guys came through! Yes, have had it for 2 moths now, works flawlessly and still have 30 days on my 90 day warranty.

I bought two iPhones from this location advertised through Kijiji. I was disappointed that the phones I was coming to buy were no longer there when I arrived. However, they ordered more in for me. They one phone was fine, but the other didn't have a functioning fingerprint scanner (may have been replaced) so they brought out another that was fully functioning. Nice bonus, this one also had a new battery. So, in the end, I felt it was worth the wait and hassle. They were very friendly and agreeable. The price was definitely competitive. The phones came with a 1-year warranty. They also let you dig through a box of use cases to see if one fits your phone. I found one for suitable for each phone.
* Update: After a month and a half, the lightning port stopped working on one phone. I was very impressed at how willing they were to honour the warranty. They simply tested it and then said they would replace it. I didn't have to explain or argue or convince. To boot, they gave me a loaner phone for the evening!
All in all, very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them.

Oh the staff were great, friendly, and professional when I bought the phone! But wow, does that ever switch up when you run into a problem. Staff could care less about you or your service once you purchase the phone. All these "great" reviews are from the initial interaction which was good, until you have a problem. GOOD LUCK. Dont buy from this shop!

I am so happy I came to Smart fix for my iPhone 12 pro front and back glass repair.it was fast and easy to say the least. I found it a very inexpensive repair lowest cost in town, after calling every repair shop in town I had almost given up, and was about to give in to a very expensive repair. When I called Smart Fix and spoke to Mateo, he was very professional, the guys at smart fix have excellent customer service skills.no wonder they are the best Phone & Computer repair shop in town, if your looking for a quick and inexpensive repair for any of your smart devices I highly recommend coming to Smart fix!
