Ik number de chor aa. They knew that I don't qualify for PNP in Ontario because my graduation date (2 years) was passed by the time the PNP draw came. They still forced me to apply for PNP, yes forced me because I did bring up my concern that I don't qualify for this draw as per the rules and guidelines. They took money from me. The morning PNP draw came, I did apply my PNP (entered the draw and submitted my application) by myself. They DID NOTHING and instead asked me to help them to submit their other client's applications since I was in the queue.

Anyways, when my application was rejected and I spoke the representative, he instead blamed me that I shouldn't have submitted my application. I wish I had some sort of call record to prove that you trapped me into it or may be, you don't know the rules and guidelines, yourself.

There are better people to seek help from. Never going to recommend these chor's to anyone.

Very Unprofessional. Worst place to deal with as their staff does not know how to apply application. They hire people with no knowledge and ask them to apply visa application. Review team is just a name they dont review. When asked for application found millions of mistake. Waste of money and most importantly TIME. Just bcz of marketing they are a brand but their work is useless. **NEVER RECOMMEND**

I made a big mistake trusting Smart immigration with my PR file. My agent was Gurleen Kaur and she was helping me with my PR application under Essential Stream (TR to PR). I forwarded her every required document and even I had paid full amount around 3000$ including application fees but still she missed to submit my application when around 2500-3000 seats were empty. When I asked her how did it happen she said she started working on other person's file and she thought she would submit my application tomorrow morning and by next morning every slot had been filled already. It does not make sense.
If she wanted to submit it next morning then why did she ask for money 1 day before because I remember what she said to me the first day me met that they only charge after submitting application. It was Irresponsible and Unprofessional. Also, I got 500$ less in my refund.
I wouldn't recommend Smart immigration to anybody. They do not know what they are doing. I missed a golden opportunity only because of them. There are a lot of immigration services which charge less and help their client unlike Smart Immigration.

Me and my husband got our PR from smart international immigration. Karan, Gagneet nd nistha guided us through our whole PR process. They r knowlegeable. Thanx to smart international immigration. 5 star for their service and proper guidence.

VERY BAD Immigration consultants, there is no 0 star I can give them. They renuined my pr file twice, first my pnp invitation because they didn't sent my all documents which I provided them. SECONDLY they counted my express entry point wrong which lead to refusal of my file. I had to leave the country because of their mistake. SANJAY AND MANJEET was working on my file.
It was my good luck I found professional lawyers Green and spiegel they helped me to return back to Canada under express entry.
Please it's my humble request always go with professional lawyers because fee charges are close to their fee which they are charging people with no knowledge.
