Walmart Supercenter, Reitmans, Winners, Staples, Dollarama, Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons, Bulk Barn are all here. Plenty of parking. Good shopping experience.
I was not impressed with the lack of enthusiasm the attended at the copy and fax center had. He did not even acknowledge me and when I asked him a question he was annoyed that he had to get off of his personal phone to assist me.
Employees are really diligent about hand sanitation and wearing masks. There are physical distancing markers all around the store which I like because people do need reminders. A lot of stock now compared to a couple of weeks ago. There are large bags of flour, Lysol cleaning products, toilet paper and hand sanitizers. Still low on Lysol wipes and spray and no parchment paper. I'm sure there would have been some if people didn't hoard.
The title says Shopping Centre, but the Picture shows TIM HORTONS. Soooo.here are my thoughts about Tim Hortons = both, this location and generally for TH: ***OK, except for 3 things: 1) NO Sour Cream Plain donunts (at this location) ; 2) NO DECAF Latte/Cappuccino (= General problem for TH =) ; 3) NO Power outlets, so you won't be able to connect your Phone/Tablet/Laptop (= Hmm.looks like a general problem for All TH locations!? = correct me if I'm wrong! =)
Brought our car in to get a part replaced as part of a recall. Made an appointment. Arrived on time yet still had to wait to drop off the car. They said the work would take 2 hours but it was much longer. Upsold me on a cabin filter that after installation something now "ticks" in behind the glove box when you turn the fan on.
I really only visited one store inside this mall, however, there is a good selection of stores located here. One can get groceries, household items, clothing, food etc all in one place. Ample parking available.
Its the largest shopping plaza in town has Walmart Store, Winners, Canadian Tire, Marks, Dollarama, Sport Check, Rogers, McDonalds, Tim Hortuns, Staples and more.

OK. For years I have bi**hed about Urban sprawl. Living in the former Town of Markham, now the City of Markham, has made me angry in the past to see all these houses being built on my favorite driving range (Larkin Farms) which stood basically at McCown just north of 16th Avenue as well as the "Smart Centers". Assuming the amount of people in Markham was going to triple at least I slowly came to terms with the centers for commerce we know as Smart Centers where usually a Wal-Mart and a Canadian Tire sometimes an LCBO and Chapters or Indigo will be built. It seems to me they have been very strategical in placing their centers in areas that actually make perfect sense. They have spread put but not gone crazy by building one on every corner as I had anticipated. So good for them for that move. I also have realised the convenience of having one a short drive away. It's better than the environmental footprint a "generic" mall would produce, with the deep pits dug out for parking garages and the amount of concrete is doubled at least. So I praise the Smart Center and they are in fact brilliant. It's the Smart way to go about shopping. This one in Stouffville is the best one I've been to with a Bulk Barn, Dollarama right next door, an A&W, Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart and I believe a Staples. Definitely my favorite Wal-Mart and Dollarama and Bulk Barn so the 10 minute drive to Stouffville is well worth it for people living near the east and north ends of town.
There is a Winners, Walmart, Dollarama, Bulk Barn, Bouclair, Staples. A few restaurants, also a McDonald's located in the Walmart. Perfect location for shopping.
Just south of Stouffville there is a big Canadian Tire, Walmart, Mark's Work Wearhouse, A & W, and a bunch of other chsin stores. There are a few stores not in this plaza that would be nice to have all in one spot (missing a Starbucks LCBO, TD bank etc) so prefer the box store plaza in Aurora on First Commerce Dr.
Pretty good shopping centre, has decent options. Parking lot isn't overly confusing like some of these SmartCentres, however it does get a bit odd in some areas when multiple cars come into play.
Very Good Smart Centre with loads of Good stores anchored by Walmart and Canadian Tire. Includes other popular stores like Winners, Staples, A&W, Marks, Tim Hortons and many more. What I like best is there is tons of parking, nowhere do you feel crowded. Easy access to Hwy 48 and other roads.
