Rusula was a great help and got me the perfect unit that I needed for a great price.

Martin provided me with excellent customer service, I'm so happy I decided to book at unit at this location! I really appreciate him taking the time to walk through each unit, in effort of finding the most suitable option based on my expenses and belongings! I also really appreciate his promptness is getting me signed up, the process was smooth!

Rasula was helpful and easy to work with. He was very friendly and made the whole process trouble free. Would highly recommend this location.

Martin deserves a raise. Fabulous man; he helped me and my mom book a unit last minute, was flexible when we needed a larger unit than our reservation (s). Martin was hilarious, patient, and kind. Today went from being one of the most stressful days on record to surprisingly pleasant. A+

hands down best service, all the guys are super helpful. Honestly a lot faster and easier than I thought it would be. I booked online, I received a call about 30mins after booking. We agreed on a time that I could come in, and that was that. All together took about 20mins super simple, I highly recommend it

I rented the smallest storage locker they have available as I do not have a storage at my condo and needed somewhere to store my luggage and xmas decorations. Storage is clean and staff is nice, however, if you are looking for long term storage solution, this is not the place to go. My initial payment with the 1 time discount was 51.00 April 2021. Every 6 months or so after that, they increased the rate. I went to 67.00 per month June 2021 to 82.00 Nov 2021 to 92.00 June 2022 to 102.00 Jan 2022. I will be looking for another alternative as there seems to be no limit to how high their rate will go.

Great location. Very easy to set up the contract and to start using the locker. Romeo was great at explaining everything, walking me through the process and showing me how the lock worked. I've been a few times now to drop stuff off and never have any issues. Very satisfied with my decision to use this Smart Stop storage location.

Romeo was my customer service rep at Smartstop storage. He has a very nice and humble personality, very easy to talk to and respectable. The entire process from asking about the cost of each unit, to showing me what the units looks like and going through the paper works was smoothe. Very good rates as well i must say, very clean storage units as well and the compound is well kept with camera's.

Today was my first experience with SmartStop Self Storage. I loved the easy to follow online experience i had right from choosing the size of unit I wanted to paying for it. Romeo totally saved me on my move in date! I had the office hours mixed up and arrived with a 15 foot truck full (after moving out of my apt all morning) 15 minutes after the office had closed. I was in a total panic and Romeo was compassionate to my situation, signed me in, gave me my unit # and lock and showed me to my storage unit. He even took the time to help me find a dolly since there weren't any around. I can't thank him enough for being understanding and helping me out when I was in a bind. Thank you times a thousand Romeo!

Account setup service is excellent. Martin, explained all the details very well in a very friendly and accommodating manner. Smart stop self storage at 515 Centennial Rd, Scarborough is highly recommended.

This is the second time that I am using a storage unit at this location since their opening 6 or 7 years ago. The premises is still very clean, well lit, easily accessible, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Martin is super helpful and very professional. Highly recommended.

Me and wife just rented a locker for a few months at SmartStop Storage at 515 Centennial Road Scarborough. Martin who works there was the person who helped us out. Martin was awesome do deal with. Very polite and very professional. He went over everything with us and took the time to explain everything. This facility has great pricing and is very clean and organized. If i have to rate the area based on cleanliness or employees. I would rate this with more stars. However my star rating is based on the monthly payments.

Nobody really review the payments on this storage facilities. At the beginning you'll def going to get a good deal as per most companies. Its the once you're a customer situation. Payment is very inconsistent. I was told not to pay way too late or i have to pay penalty. They gave me a specific day to pay. Based on recorded payments i have. I have never exceeded more than 3 days from the date i was told. The payment was late based on uncontrollable situations as out of the country or area with no internet access. But 3 days is the late i have. I was told never to exceed a week.

My payment rose $60 from the day i started couple years ago. I would have understand if they added something, improved or upgraded something. Nothing.nothing was improved same ol thing since i started using them. Yet my payments just keeps on going up. A few more dollars and i can rent another storage space. It's not like you get points either or rewarded for staying a loyal customer.

I leased a unit about 2 weeks prior to writing this review. My experience from the get go has been top notch. From my first call to do a general inquiry to my visit to the site where my mom and I were met by one of the most customer centric people I’ve ever met. Martin took his time explaining the process very throughly, he then took us on a tour where we looked at a few units and decided on best one for our needs. The sign up was easy and the facility was super clean, and secure. I’ve been back there 3 times since and used the keypad system and It’s been flawless. If you are looking for great service, fair pricing and a very well maintained facility this is the place for you.

Today I visit SmartStop Self Storage 515 Centennial Road Location. I was in front desk customer services and employees who was worked with me named Martin guy was a great employee and helped me he provided excellent customer services and explained the whole process very thoroughly. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody who would like their services.

Recently rented a larger storage unit, wasn't sure about how long would be needed, got the 1st month free deal, did cost an admin fee and a lock at about $50 total.ended up only needing it for 3 weeks. Only ended up costing the $50, No BS about having to pay onward or beyond the 1st month,
Staff are professional and easy to deal with, Facility is clean and well taken care of.
My only complaint is the mandatory $20 round "high security" lock which is a pretty cheap junky lock in my opinion.

I just rented a storage. Everything is going smoothly. Martin is a great guy and explained the details of the procedures. He took me a tour to show me how to use the the facility step by step. Finally he patiently gave me the breakdown of the charges.

Nice, new and clean storage place with very reasonable prices on units. The process of getting a storage unit was made easy with help from Nicole. She is super nice and straight forward about all costs and all other information you need to know as a customer.

Absolutely TERRIBLE and sad that management is what makes this place as terrible as it is!
I visited this location shortly after the beginning of the month and I was told that I would be pro rated since I did not start the beginning of the month. Leave whenever you want and we will charge you the days you only stay. NOT TRUE apparantly! After receiving my unit and finding out that it's not actually 10x20 as I paid and needed a 10×20. The unit was smaller than that.after bringing it up with the manager "nicole" I was expecting some kind of resolution or an apology instead she was extremely rude, pushy, talks over you and has NO customer service skills. I am not sure how she is even in the position she is in to be honest. I went above her to the district manager "Joe" and he did not seem to care at all. He was laughing and condescending which surprised me even more! Joe was nice enough to call me the next day and said that he would speak with nicole and the customer service rep that signed me up to come up with a solution the next day as it was Sunday. Couple of hours later Joe calls back and laughs saying "I've been thinking about it in my head and theres nothing I can do for you" when asked to speak with his boss "Gerlad", Joe refused to put me connect me to him and kept repeating that theres nothing he can do.

I paid for the month of November for a unit that I am not using and I will not move into as it's not what I paid for and having to deal with the RUDEST "managers". That's not how business is conducted. You can not mislead a customer to sign them up and give them the run around after. I came to SmartStop Self Storage thinking that they may live up to their appearance as a clean professional storage facility however that is NOT the case. Be careful of the misleading and lies.measure Your unit yourself and try to avoid "nicole and Joe"

Very disappointed having to chase after the company's senior vice president of operations via LinkedIn for a refund since his managers are unable to handle a simple task.

I only stored my belongings here for a few months and chose this place cause it was closest to my home but I sure lucked out. The Experience started with a conversation with Martin, who was knowledgeable and very helpful. The unit and the facility was clean and I never experienced any difficulties when visiting my locker.
