Very nice employees and they were able to get us a very good discount on our storage unit. They have everything you need to store your things

The rent on the units go up, I was told that illegal but yet they do it. It starts off affordable then the price goes up evey 3 months. Ridiculous

Newly built storage with great customer service. The building is units are well priced compared to other storage. Available hour for usuage is convenient. Signing up with Syreeta was a great experience. She was informative and efficient at her job. Made a great choice choosing this location for our storage needs.

Had a terrible experience from previous storage due to uncleanness but this
Storage facility is extremely clean and well maintained and security is top notch, thanks to syreeta for her services, she was very helpful with the unit recommendation. Totally satisfied.

@Syreeta is amazing. It was a joy to talk with her and she spent dedicated time with us to show us our locker options and to answer our questions. The locker we chose was clean and was able to fit what we needed to store, and the other clients also seem very friendly.

Syreeta at the 801 Milner location was amazing! Walked me through the process, made sure I was aware of all the important measures in place and assisted with turning my tough move into a pleasant interaction. She even went out of her way to help me. Amazing staff, great location, I highly recommend it!

We were helped by Ayodele who works at the smart stop located at 801 Milner avenue and he was so great, he was very nice, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I would give him 10 stars if I could, smart stop you have a great employee give him a raise.

This Storage Facility is clean, spacious, convenient (in multiple ways for me), safe and secured. The price seems right, there are so many size and climate controlled options to choose from. I fully recommend using SmartStop at 801 Milner. Syreeta is our customer service representative who has been nothing but very welcoming, informative and helpful every time. It has been thus far a very 5 star experience. Getting that warm/corner shop/ homely, comfortable, friendly vibe (I don't even know if that makes sense to you but it does to me). I'm glad we chose SmartStop as our first time storage facility.
