We rented from 2018-2023 - had 5 different units including parking outside. The last unit I had was $563.00 per month. Around June 15th 2023 everything changed. The service went from friendly to foul. The smiles turned to scowl and grimace. The Bluebird staff was gone and replaced with people who appear to hate their jobs. The manager looked me dead in the eye and told two bold-faced lies. Now there's a time in your life when one man needs to lie to another, usually this would be in a life and death situation and storage rental is not life and death so C'mon just tell the truth. The building went from clean to dirty, especially the washroom. Now the floors are dirty and dusty and there is broken glass outside in the truck ramp. As you can imagine, we moved out and went down the street to 1460 The Queensway, Etobicoke where they treat you like kings and queens and they actually WANT and appreciate your business.

Excellent service from Emmanuel. He took the time to give a tour and make me feel welcomed. As far as the properly goes - very well kept and clean! Definitely recommend.

Great customer service. I've been to others where it's a ghost town for service. Not this place, fast and very professional, the employees are motivated.

Great location with very friendly staff! I came in inquiring about renting a unit and Selena was very polite, attentive and informative.

Former Bluebird storage facility, currently SmartStop.: clean, easy access to your unit, same price for the units: new settings for elevator make the elevator doors to close very fast. In case you need more time to fit big volume stuff into the elevator, it is making this task guite difficult. Before the elevator was in service mode, it was much easier and gave you as much time as you needed. New carts (red) came with the new owner (SmartStop), which are extremely noisy. I would recommend ear plugs when you are using those carts or bring your own ones.

Great customer service, better than most of the storage companies in the area that I have interacted with. Very professional and helpful. Even the process to get the contract signed took about half the time I’ve experienced with other storage companies. I felt like SmartStop really wanted and valued my business.
The location is easily accessible, very clean and well maintained and secured.
